Very nice stay, even with the remodeling in the front going on.

Breakfast room was very tight and waffle maker and toaster didn't work well

I typically am leery of any motel 8, but I was surprised that this one was actually not too bad. The room was clean and very affordable. The pool was also nice to enjoy. If you don't want to spend a fortune but get a good nights rest this place is for you.

This was the cheapest place we found and it was all we asked for and more. Our daughter liked the pool and the waffles for breakfast. We liked the price and the service. We were too busy to use the pool or hot tub, but liked that they were available.

Staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. We were able to use public (breakfast) space for business meeting with 3 people, which was very handy.

The pros are the location in the community is close to restaurants and other businesses. Dogs are permitted! It has a pool and hot tub that is warm. The cons are the pool is small and the pool area needs repair and updates. The beds are rather uncomfortable but fine for a night or two tops. The breakfast could use some eggs (hardboiled?).

I always stay here when I am in Menomonie. The service is great and friendly, the rooms are comfy and clean, and I really enjoy the hot tub. The rooms are priced fairly, too. You are surrounded by good places to eat. You are located near all the main streets and Highway 94. Wakanda Park is near by. Clean, reasonably priced & most importantly, comfortable mattresses! I am used to higher end hotels and needed a place in town, Super 8 was clean & comfortable for a motel.

Very good overall. We filled our thermos at breakfast, bur we did not eat the breakfast. Great location, easy access to highway. Try the Red Cedar Trail near the university, it made for a great late afternoon walk.

Quality of the facility & service was adequate for the one night stay we needed. Beds were small & too soft for our liking but we survived.

This worked out perfectly for my son's graduation from UW Stout. Friendly staff, breakfast and clean rooms. Can't ask for much more! Thank you

The room smelled funny, the carpet in the common areas was worn, and the service was moderate at best.

A nice place to stay.

Our stay was pretty good for the most part. Enjoyed the pool being open until 11 PM and the free internet. Our only complaint was the room was SO dry it was difficult to sleep.

Great place for the price. Very clean. Very Very friendly staff. Continental Breakfast was a bonus.

No complaints about the room. The location was ideal (<1/2 mile from Interstate). Continental breakfast was skimpy (bagels,mini cupcakes), Overall I would stay again due to the convenience.

Our 11PM checkin was a little rough, since the Hotels.com Visa was declined and we had to use our own CC card to check in, and our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, even though it's a no smoking hotel. However, management quickly gave us a different room, which was fine. We were in town for a horse show, and so the best feature for us was the […] super early (5AM) breakfast available before we headed off to the show grounds. It had lots of "grab and go" items, such as yogurt and hard boiled eggs, as well as the usual fare, and belgium style waffles on Sunday. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. It was nice to see American English speaking people working in all positions on staff and cleanup!

The room and bed were comfortable.

Good Value

Why would you have the non smoking floor on the top floor? Smoke rises! The elevator smelled terribly of smoke. The bed was terrible, parking wasnt that great, and the pool was tiny. Also we had free casino money that we accidentally left out in our hotel room and when we came back that night, it was gone. Considering the room price, we were very satisfied with our overall experience.
