"Hotel William with Quebec City!"
The hotel was quiet and nicely appointed. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, in an attractive dining area. Above all, the service was attentive and the front desk very helpful with terrific interest in our well-being. Quebec City was a 15 minute walk and provided a great ambiance. Strongly consider a stay here!

A good value. Very clean, great staff, speak English. Restaurant was closed during our stay. Continental breakfast was good, different than American in that it was served, everyone got the samething everyday. Parking was in an underground garage across the street. OK, but different. Elevators very slow. Due to many big hills the walk to the old city […] is not that easy. For a few bucks take a cab. Plenty of good eating places within easy walking distance. "pleasant stay in downtown area."
Right in downtown quebec city, but quite a walk from old quebec. room was modestly appointed and quite small, with nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. room was small though and very dark, as we had a view outside of the back of a building. in-room lighting was a little dim which gave the room a bleak look. there was no breakfast but a few fast food […] restaurants nearby as well as some really good ones. if i had to nit pick, it would be the tv remote not working and the drink and snack machine not working.. but generally a good price for quebec city. there is too much to do in old quebec so as long as your bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean..then you are ahead. Extremely clean hotel. Nice, big airy rooms. Excellent service. Very well situated... Starbucks right in front!!!!!!

"Great Experience"
Great rooms...on the small side...but well appointed The baths are very very nice. Great staff, very knowledgeable... Very well maintained property.... Parking is across the street...no valet...keeps the price to $16.00 a day with in and out.. Close to Old Quebec City... Fantastic restaurant "Versa" in walking distance

"Quebec city experience"
I was attending a conference in Quebec city and found this hotel's rate attractive. I was a little concerned about the location of the hotel in comparaison to the old town where the conference was held. I was able to walk to town in about 20 minutes, the walk to town is uphill so was a good exercise opportunity. It gave the opportunity to discover a […] neighborhood outside of old quebec that was surprisingly very nice, however there is not much to see around the hotel at night, which on the other hand made the area very quiet, so great for sleep. I could have taken public transportation accross the street and would recommend for those who are not so keen on walking. The walk back was easy downhill. I personally felt safe walking to hotel even at evening time. Breakfast was included with the room and was great. Internet access was free in the lobby and easely accessible. Room was large, bathroom great and everything very clean. There is a DVD in the room and DVDs can be borrowed at the front desk. Bed was comfortable. Furniture a little old but did not matter to me . Access to the highway was fast and easy. Parking was accross the street and a bit pricey but it was underground and i left the car there through my stay so it was safe.Overall a good experience at a very good price. Easy walk to historic district (15 minutes) - quiet hotel despite being on a busy street. Parking lot 2 blocks away but was secure, enclosed.

Les gens à la réception ont toujours le sourire et sont très accomodant. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je m'arrêtais à cet endroit et c'est toujours le même excellent service.

Nous avons réserver cet hôtel pour un séjour à Québec entre filles et nous avons adorer. Près de tout, très propre avec des chambres très spacieuses.

Ce n'était pas la première fois que nous allions à cet endroit. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai connu les hauts et les bas de son administration et des forfaits qu'on y offrait. Étant donné le bas prix offert par hôtels.com en cette période plutôt achalandée de l'année, et la proximité de l'édifice en question par rapport aux endroits intéressants de la […] ville de Québec, c'était parfait. Les chambres sont toujours bien entretenues et confortable. Les gens de la réception sont toujours cordiales. Essayez toutefois d'éviter le premier étages de cet hôtel, surtout si c'est le jour du ramassage des déchets, surtout sur le côté de la chambre 105. C'était plutôt bruillant à 6:30AM. Un détail vous me direz, mais on y est pour dormir. Un petit déjeuner continental y était inclus, et si vous préféré un plat plus consistant on vous l'offre pour seulement un dollar ou deux, considérant que le déjeuner était d'abord inclus. Bel hôtel, bien situé, pas dispendieux. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Mieux d'aller à cet hôtel que de prendre un hôtel sur le boulevard Laurier, il est mieux situé. À deux minutes du boulevard St-Joseph à 5.00$ en taxi de Grande-Allée, de la rue Cartier, etc. Starbucks en face. Ne prenez pas le parking à 16.00$ en face, c'est un attrape touriste. […] J'ai stationné dans un petite rue à 30 secondes à pieds de la porte d'entrée, gratuitement. Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen, also gute Lage. Gut mit Auto zu erreichen, Parkplatz vorhanden. Internet bestens. Zimmer wirklich schön, Frühstück ok, hatte mehr erwartet. Servicebereitschaft nur unzureichend vorhanden. Hatte erst ein Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank bekommen, obwohl gebucht. Angeblich gab es keine Zimmer mehr. Erst nach 5 Minuten Diskussion gabs […] dann doch ein Zimmer. Wollte bei Abreise frankierte Ansichtskarten abgeben mit der Bitte, diese an die Post weiterzugeben. Abgelehnt. Ich wurde auf ein Geschäft verwiesen, das angeblich Post entgegen nimmt. Dieses Geschäft schickte mich dann zum nächstgelegenen Briefkasten, der sich nur einen Häuserblock vom Hotel entfernt befindet. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert.
