I visited in April 2012 and the rooms are in a sorry state. The bathrooms, specifically, are small, dark and with faulty piping and faucets. A loud sound and vibration akin to a jackhammer is made if you turn on the faucets to any volume other than a trickle or a full blast. While the pictures on the website are true and accurate, they mainly only feature […] the renovated lobby and restaurant. They seem to have intentionally omitted the rooms and toilets...There are also hardly any meaningful amenities or tourist attractions around the hotel. Hotel is located right next to the Cathedral and in center of the town. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. In contrast to many of the other hotels within the walls, this hotel was very quiet, the room was spacious and everything worked well. Our room looked out through an archway in the city wall to the river.

Trots centralt läge mycket lätt att komma fram med bil. Bra läge för en snabbvisit på stadens sevärdheter. Tillgång till parkering (mot betalning).

Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und somit angenehm. Das Frühstück lasst zu wünschen übrig. Wenn die Rühreier um 9:00 Uhr alle sind,, gibt es keine mehr obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:00 Uhr angeboten wird.

Localizacao e atendimento muito bons. Poderia aumentar a divisoria de vidrona lateral da banheira, pois uma chuverada molha todo o banheiro.

l'hôtel très propre juste un "ic" j'avais réservé une chambre avec petits déjeuners compris et à l'arrivée on m'a certifié que mes petits déjeuners n'étaient pas inclus. Le petit déjeuner étant onéreux, nous ne l'avons pris qu'un jour à la place de 2. Ottima la posizione che grazie ad una scaletta ti porta direttamente nel mezzo della meravigliosa piazza del palazzo dei papi che lascia davvero senza fiato!

The location is excellent, the staff are really nice and service minded. The rooms could use an update, but all in all a very nice hotel that I'd love to visit again. Didn't try the food there so I can't really say anything about that.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour un séjour touristique. Au pied du Palais des papes. Peut être cela explique le prix un peu élevé (il faut dire que la reservation a été faite en période pleine et une seule semaine à l'avance). Zugegeben, dadurch das Hotel ausgebucht war und wir die Suite bekommen haben, kann ich nun wirklich keinen schlechten Kommentar abgeben. Aber auch sonst war das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Personnel adorable à la réception.

Excellent service and quality of the Rooms. It might be a bit expensive, but the quality is also proportional. The Hotel close to the Castle and the Bridge, as well as the main places to visit. Yet it is quite and silent at night.

Posto centralissimo, facile accesso e uscita in auto. La camera che mi è capitata era pessima: attaccata (letteralmente) all'ascensore e con la finestra all'altezza del giardino dovendo, quindi, tenere sempre le tende chiuse. Hotel gradevole. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Peccato che tutti parlino solo Francese! Esperienza da ripetere.

Hervorragende ruhige Lage in der Stadt. Leicht zu erreichen über die Einfahrt zur Garage Papstpalast. Man muss aber durch Gänge und über Treppen gehen, um das Hotel zu erreichen. Trolleys können nicht benutzt werden. Keine großzügige Lobby, kleine Zimmer, schmales grand Lit, aber immerhin etwas Landhausflair durch hölzerne Möbeloberflächen. Ungefragt […] bot man uns am 2. Tag Frühstück zum halben Senioren-Preis an. Säfte, Salat und Obst schmeckten aber irgendwie blass, künstlich-konserviert. Bis auf das Bringen einer Tasse Kaffee blickte das fein gekleidete Personal nur in die Luft. Sobald jedoch ein Glastisch leer war, wurde dieser mit Desinfektionsmittel oder einem vergleichbaren Kampfstoff emsig eingesprüht. Da für uns weder Gasmaske noch Abdeckung für Tasse und Teller zur Verfügung standen, haben wir uns ergeben müssen und den Frühstücksraum verlassen. Tip: das vom Hotel empfohlene Restaurant Brigadier hat eine feine Küche und ein bürgerlich-französischem Ambiente, noch etwas provencalischer war das Restaurant Fourchette nebenan. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Very central location, walk to the bridge and to town. Room OK. Parking is not free (8 EUR/night). Internet is expensive.
