Staying at this hotel was a great experience, but what made it really special was the customer service and attitude of everyone I met. They were friendly, helpful, and most of all had an incredible service orientation that I truly appreciated..

This may not be an extravagant hotel, but it surpasses my 5-star hotels in terms of quality customer service and general friendliness. I really have nothing but positive things to say about my stay. The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great (which one SHOULD defintely purchase as part of the reservation rather than as a […] true breakfast on site). The staff are just very welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. Many folks stay here for business and I noticed that staff referred to them by name as they walked by the reception desk. There is a hotel van that drove me to and from a local mall to pick up an item that I was in search of. There were warm cookies at the reception desk. The location is convenient. It just is all one needs for a satisfactory hotel stay. This is a nice place to stay. The room was very well kept. The only thing that would make it better would be a free breakfast!!!

This is our go-to hotel in this area because of its location to the districts that I work with, to our families in Ventura and Camarillo and the accessibility off the fwy. We find it safe, clean, and the hotel staff is always welcoming and friendly. We have eaten in the little restaurant for breakfast and it is standard breakfast but clean and easy […] to self-serve. Other than the furniture being a bit old and outdated, the conditions of the hotel are well kept. The service is excellent.

I stay at Courtyard by Marriott properties quite often; this one was a bit more worn, and my room was a bit smaller than I'm used to for CBM. Decent, friendly desk staff, but for the accommodations I got, this property is about 25-30% overpriced.

Good price, however..thought i could get an even BETTER price......

Well worth the money. Included a breakfast buffet.

room service lady opens door without asking and peeks in. many kids during summer, pool is full and no coffee accommodations like other marriotts i have stayed.

At first glance, the Hotel looks freshly renovated in the lobby area. After checking in and going up the elevator with a huge picture of someones face, it starts to go down hill. The hallway is dark charcoal drab grey, the hallway smells musty, the room is then down to the bare minimum. No closet, No fridge, paint peeling off in bath tub that doesn't […] drain and has a dirty soap dish full of shave hair. There were also crumbs on the bar area above the safe. There was only one small window to crank open and the ac didn't work well. The bedding was lumpy and uncomfortable. The Hopscotch bar and pool area is also cheaply set up, although drinks are still at a $10 minimum. The pool was smaller than an apartment complex shared pool and looked dirty. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. When I mentioned the cleanliness of the room and bathtub falling apart, the front desk replied " I know" and continued on his personal cell phone. The hotel is well located and I really like the fact that the rooms have fridges and microwaves. There are plenty of stores to purchase food, etc. within walking distance and the area is clean and quite. The staff is always friendly and the rooms plenty ample and clean.

Easily accessible to freeway, beaches, and shopping opportunities. Our purposes and needs were well satisfied with comfort, cleanliness, and cheerful staff.

I could hear the man next door snoring and people at the pool were up late and noisey.

Improvement needed: bathroom not cleaned well...dirty toilet and fixtures need to be shined up or replaced. Not a great value...rather disappointed.

Room had a fridge,microwave and a balcony for a view,over all it was a great value for the price...

Dette hotellet ligger litt langt fra spisesteder etc. men er OK for en stopp på enlang bilreise. Lite OK svømmebaseng med jacuzzi.
