Microtel Inn & Suites Yuma - ยูมา

Not enough space in room and bathroom to put our suicases and toliet items. Also. the toliet paper dispenser iiiiiiiis completely hard to use without standing up from the toliet seat to tear a sheet of paper off the holder.. I am 6'2"' tall and I could not reach the toliet paper holder.while sitting on the toliet. Bummer!

The room was clean and comfortable. They do need to upgrade thier TV's. Was hard to watch from where they were placed in the room. They were old. The pool was great. Wish the Hottub would have been working. We had been traveling many days and we were looking forward to the hot tub. Staff was nice.

Great location on the East end, little noisy after 11pm as I was right next to the pool and they apparently didnt close it, but clean and good service.

This property is OK but it is a non- smoking property and the room I was given had someone smoking and no one knew about it OR DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I mentioned it to the Front Desk and they didn't offer to fix it or make it right. Even the towels smelled smoky. Very UNIMPRESSED.

Good value for the price. We were not on the highway side. We did run the fan all night as it was warm so that blocked out any noise. We appreciated the breakfast and that hard boiled eggs were provided. Frys market close by has anything you could ever want. Hotel staff at check in were rude. Quite obvious she didn't want us there. Walls were paper thin. Could hear people in adjoining rooms visiting. will never use hotel.com again.

The hotel -and car park- were full each evening which indicates its popularity. It was difficult to find, hidden behind a shopping centre, otherwise an excellent hotel. We stayed at the Microtel Hotel in Yuma, AZ for 4 nights. We rhought we may have to extend our stay and the management was very receptive to the change. As it turned out, we did not have to stay longer than planned at there was no problem changing back again. The hotel was very clean and the accomadations very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the Microtel - Yuma. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and breakfast wonderful!! Have no complaints! Would definitely stay there again.

Had business in the area and this was a perfect place to stay, resturant right next door, comfortable room, great staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and has a very good breakfast bar and the staff was OK, But the room was very small and the bathroom shower sucked. I will not stay again.

nice price for a decent place to stay

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was small, but it worked well for us. The rates were reasonable and the help was very helpful.

The staff is extremely customer friendly and willing to help in any situation. The hotel is is convenient for us because it is close to family, handicap accessable, and the price is terrific and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is very nice and comfortable. The staff is AMAZING...the pool is crystal clear!!!

Management was difficult to deal with when I tried to check out a day early because of ealy completion of my business. They seemed to be a disconnect between Microtel and Hotel.com. After several long discussions with the day manager and several calls to hotel.com my reservation was changed, but do not yet know what my actual bill is going to be. There […] is only one modest chair per room and no table. WIth double occupancy this makes any type of business work most difficult. Staff was courteous and room was well-kept. Facilities are also nice - pool and spa. They have a "gym" but it's very small...3 cardio machines and some dumbell weights. Price was def right too. Some distance from downtown, but bed comfortable, room clean, pool and hot tub nice. The breakfast was not elaborate and eggs only available to early guests and only one waffle iron, otherwise OK. Be sure to ask for side away from hiway or is noisy until midnight.

the hotel itselft was fine however i could hear anything that happened in the rooms next to me and even noise from the pool outside. they should have built the walls to block noise but they were paper thin. also the hotel was full of boaters on the weekend and the took up all of the parking spaces and were in a party mood. the hotel also allowed animals […] and i did not appreciate seeing a pit bull brought into the hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Single room with double bed a little small for wife and I. There was no such thing as cold water in the bath, and the water control valves should be changed to allow temperature and pressure selection (by far my greatest disappoinyment). The Dove cleaning station was nice but someone should empty the liner bags in the trash more often ( smell was starting to get ripe). This is a convenient and clean place to stop between Tucson and San Duego. The free breakfast was fine, not great, and would be much better with just a little fruit. For the price it was a great value. I will stay there again.

We pick this hotel because they have a few rooms with a jacuzzi in the room. My husband and I find this very relaxing. These rooms also have a kitchen bar with a microwave, sink and refrigerator. We were very pleased with the over all comfort, price, and convenience.

The remodel of lobby/breakfast area is very nice, good breakfast foods. Room was very nice, clean. Staff is efficient and accommodating. Addition of a gym is a great touch too! Conveniently close to river!

I advise people not to stay at this hotel for a few months. There is major construction being done on this hotel. There is no carpet on any of the hallways and the dust is everywhere. It was a bummer finding out in the morning that they would be starting the construction day at 6:30 am. The beeping of the trucks right outside our window and the powertools […] (including jackhammer) at 6:45 outside our room was not a good environment for my sleeping children. We were awakened by the shaking of our room from the powersaws. If you have kids or want to sleep late call first, make sure all of the construction is completed prior to arrival. Room is small, and complimentary breakfast is extremely limited, but room was quiet and I got a good night's sleep before continuing on to California.
