Excellent Hotel looked newly renovated staff spoke excellent english were very friendly. Hotel is away from the centre but excellent for us as a stop over they have a bus which takes you into the centre if you need it. Restaurant was excellent staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast.

great hotel pleanty of parking very clean and modern good size dinning area good views and grounds good staff we were given on arrival a 3 day lausanne travel card for free nice thought.enjoyed our stay and would use the hotel again.

We stayed in an "executive" room. By Swiss standards, it was spacious and it was cleverly laid out. We were going to a restaurant in Crissier so it was convenient for us but farter from Lausanne if that is your destination. We will return.

Great room, wonderful farming community, but too far from town and public transportation. Other than location we loved the place. Very quiet and peaceful

Reception services very good, quick check in, friendly pleasant. Hotelrooms ok, price for the hotelrooms ok ,pool nice and fitness small but ok. Terras excellent, quick drive to the city center of lausanne. Food, club sandwich could bigger with patatoes etc, quality is good. Friendly bar people. We want to come back in this hotel. hotel was really nice, modern, clean, and with a good view, however let down by the expensive breakfast, which was below standard, food was missing, and under staffed. If your not fussed about breakfast, good hotel to stay at, but you do need your own car to get around.

Good convenient hotel if you have a car. Everything was fine, a shame the food of the restaurant is not as good as expected, and expensive.

Without a car this hotel would not be convenient, but if you want to stay a bit outside the city, it's perfect. Located close enough to highway for convenience, but not "too" close. Hotel staff very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast good. View from restaurant / breakfast room beautiful!

Businesshotel mir sehr gutem Standard und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Ok, mais ils ont juste oubliés de nettoyer la chambre et lorsque j'ai fait la remarque a la réception, on m'a reproché de ne pas avoir mis le panneau a la porte pour faire la chambre. Comme reponse on peut faire mieux

ns avons quelques regrets d'avoir fait une reservation dans cet hotel devenu trop cher. la degringolade de l'euro face au franc suisse y est pour quelque chose. Ns avons testé 1 seule fois le restaurant : c'etait hors de prix et le reste du temps ns avons diné dans la chambre en pique-niquant. par ailleurs , la piscine est d'une taille tres modeste. Buen hotel, a las afueras de Lausanne aunque el hotel facilita pase de autobús al centro y hay una parada muy cerca del hotel.

Gutes Hotel. Jedoch von der Autobahn aus nicht gut ersichtlich, ob Süd od. Nord Ausfahrt zu nehmen ist. Es steht nur Crissier. Das heisst man weiss nicht wie weit es bis dahin ist - Nord od. Süd? Wäre gut auf der Anfahrtsskizze zu erwähnen.

Das einchecken war nicht professionnel. Für 4 Zimmer gemeinsam einzuchecken hat es über 20 Minuten gedauert obwohl die Zimmer bereits bezahlt waren. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Z.T. waren die Geräusche von der Minibar etwas laut.

Nous ne pensions pas qu'un NOVOTEL de plus de 30 ans puisse ressembler à un hôtel tout neuf d'un ou deux ans . Une rénovation superbe et très moderne Hotel situé à environ 6 kms du centre de Lausanne Beau buffet de petit déjeuner , très belle chambre spacieuse

Très bel hôtel, spacieux, moderne, très bien entretenu. Un havre de tranquillité. Très bonne situation. Adapté aux familles avec enfants. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Un excellent choix !

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Als ich im Garten etwas zu trinken bestellte und die Glastischplatte voller Fingerabdrücke war (der Kellner übersah das gefliessentlich) war ich etwas enttäuscht. Das Zimmer ist schön und komfortabel. Im Bad klebte am Spiegel ein toter Käfer. Das Wasser im Lavabo floss nicht ab, da es verstopft war und es roch […] nicht sehr angenehm aus dem Siphon (merkt das das Zimmermädchen nicht beim Reinigen?). Très bel hotel avec un magnifique jardin dans une ambiance très naturelle (il y a même des ruches) tout en étant raffiné (piscine extérieure naturelle). War mit meinr Freundin eine Übernachtung im Hotel. Die Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Hatte das Hotel für eine übernachtung ohne Frühstück gebucht da wir auswärts gegessen hatten (günstiger). Es gib auch einen sehr guten Gasthaus richtung Lausanne in der nähe des hotels (ca. 2 km). très bel hôtel avec un personnel très performant et très à l'écoute. Chambre très vaste et cabinet de toilette séparé de la salle de bains ce qui est un plus. Parking voiture gratuit.

tout est génial, juste que les lits queensize mesurent 160cm!

Het hotel is comfortabel en netjes. Voor mensen met Astma en Cara geen aanrader. De kamer was licht en netjes, comfortabel. De matrassen en kussens roken sterk naar sigaretten. Uit de wc en badkamer kwam ook sigaretten rooklucht. Toch jammer als je op een niet rokengang zit op je niet rokers kamer. Verder een echt overnachtings hotel in een zakelijke […] area. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig und ist ab der Autobahn gut erreichbar. Vom Hotel ist man sehr schnell in der unmittelbaren Umgebung (Weinstrasse und Stadt Lausanne)

Séjour de 4jours très agréables! Hotel très propre et surtout un personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Nous avons une fille de 2ans qui a été la reine de l'hotel pendant toutes nos vacances. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. La seul bémol, au niveau du restaurant, la viande était un peu dure mais les légumes et les poissons sont forts bien préparés. Hôtel très agréable très bien situé, outre les prestations des Novotel, il possède une charmante piscine écologique et un espace remise en forme très agéable. La vue est magnifique sur le lac Léman. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour à Lausanne.

Hotel sympatique mais pas tres bien situer...Pour le meme prix vaut mieu prendre un hotel un peu plus proche du lac. Hotel Propre et sympatique. Pas d'internet en WIFI. (uniquement par cable donc maximun un pc) Je suis par contre tres insatisfaite car il mon debité 2 fois le montant!!!!
