The staff was so nice, the rooms very clean, great free breakfast (best coffee ever Boyds) and the price was just right. It is so easy on and off the freeway, easy gas up and on your way! Will stay every time I am in Missoula. Thanks Gale

I really enjoyed the bed, a great night sleep after driving all day. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the bed was super cozy. I did not enjoy the age of the hotel, the dated bathroom and bedding. Yuck. But the staff were great, the sleep was quiet and deep and location was perfect.

More than expected for a 2 star budget motel. Quiet, clean room, good service at desk, free coffee or tea in lobby 24 hours. No pool, but they do have a hot tub off the lobby. Amenities in room include coffee maker (not tea), iron, hair dryer, wi-fi, TV. The breakfast was unimaginative--bread, cereal, donuts (no muffins), juice, and fruit cups (pre-packaged […] and apparently not refrigerated). Walking distance to several nice restaurants. very convenient - right off interstate with a gas station and restaurant close by. Didn't eat breakfast - donuts and cold cereal available. Coffee was terrible. Bed was fine. Clean.

The room was old smelling but sat back far enough from the interstate that it was a quiet place. Desk clerk was very helpful and nice. Short stay.

I was impressed with the Eco shower head and the Eco air machine. Service was good and the desk clerk was very well informed about college basketball. He gave me an update every night after I got off work. I skipped the breakfast bar except for a cup of coffee. It was all carbs. No fresh fruit. The hotel itself was pretty average. Room was clean and hotel was in decent shape. We checked in very late (after 11) and while the clerk was telling us about the continental breakfast at 6 we commented that we would be hitting the road at 4, so no free breakfast for us. This is an older hotel and doesn't appear to have been remodeled in a number of years but it's kept up very well. The housekeepers do an excellent job and even though the rooms are feeling a bit like the 90's they are very well maintained. i was extremely happy with my room and would not hesitate for a second to stay at this hotel again.

I had a 76 year old mother who could not walk very well. I asked for a first floor set of rooms that were adjoining. I ended up on second floor more than half-way down the hall. After my mother had her procedure on Thursday Nov 8, she could barely walk. It was so far away from the front door. It was a struggle. Simple and clean... the bed is comfy but it wiggles too much. I enjoyed the hot tub.

Room was a little small but immaculate and in good repair; comfortable furnishings; we had a nice hot shower even tho we got up a little later on Sunday. I have alot of perfume / cleaning product allergies and happy to report that i had no trouble here. Nice people; but we were told it would be "no problem" to get a bus or a shuttle to U of M for the […] game and that turned out not to be the case... it was a $30 taxi ride away. I thought that this was a good price for what you get. It is an older building and smelled like an older building, but it was fairly clean. The service and friendliness was great, except I had a difficult time sleeping in because the maid service began up above me (vacuum cleaner) and the talking in the hall outside my door wasn't very quiet.

Our stay was about as good as any so far on this trip. We did forget to ask about amenities before reserving, and were surprised there was no refrigerator or microwave in our room, (on the third floor, which was o.k., with the elevator) & the ice machine was on the first floor. It was ok the staff was very friendly. The rooms needed to be updated and you could smell the smoking rooms from the non smoking room.

Disappointed with Desk Clerk. Gave us a key card for a room already occupied. We made three (3) trips up and down stairs until finally received the right room key.

This place is older and is in some need of an update and the room was rather small, but was just what we needed for the price. The breakfast was good and the desk clerks were very friendly. Also, there was no air unit in the room that we saw (we did get in late so we were tired, we could have missed it).
