My sixth trip to Singapore in the last 3 years and stayed at this hotel every time. Service is fantastic, staff are very friendly. Hotel is great value for money.

Staff were extremely friendly and always there to help. Resturant was average. They gave us a late check out. I styed at this hotel a few years ago and service certianly has changed for the better

The room they offered me was quite oldl broken renovated rom and this room they never showed in their profile picture even though the profile picture shwed a variety of their rooms but they never showed these kind broken/badly renovated room !!! even i checked in at 6 pm they told that my requested queen bed is not ready so i had to go in 2 single bed […] type room !! any way the experience was not good at all !! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel ambiance and upkeep. Great deal. Got upgraded to deluxe. Real value for money

Nice clean hotel and very spacious rooms. If you are a large family like ours, request for a connecting room, very convenient. Very affordable hotel in the expensive Singapore. Only negative : it is a taxi distance from every popular place. You can't walk to Clark Quay and there is no MRT station nearby. Someone was constantly smoking on the non-smoking floor and nothing was done during my 7 stay even thought I made several phone calls to the front desk. The hotel staff was very nice but they didn’t solve the issue. Staff in Square restaurant is nice is not cleaning plates during breakfast and refilling coffee at all or in time. stayed at Furama with husband and teenage daughter. perfect hotel - best service and very clean. rooms nice and big. pool area very clean. staff at all levels l very friendly and helpful. would recommend this hotel.

The hotel, located conveniently at Havelock Road, is close to Orchard Road, Singapore's shopping district and the heart of the city. It was good, the staff was very helpful.

there was is no way to get the temperature of the rooms above 22 C, which I think is way too cold for Singapore. they changed us to different room but same problem there. otherwise a reasonably good hotel, and good service from the staff.

Actually it depends on the places that a person would like to go to. In our case, the location of the Furama RiverFront Hotel is just perfect to the places that we have visited. All the hotel staffs from the entrance door to the front desk up to the restaurant and everybody we met at the alleyways are very polite. Pros: We booked a club room and our room was huge with a separate sitting room. The club room includes free evening (2 hours) of nibbles and drinks - the food and drinks were very good (and good value). The Hotel is not on the river front but only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the river where ther are plenty of bars and restaurants. Cons: Parking was advertised […] as free but we were charged S$30 for one night ! Breakfast was adequate but hot food needs to be hot not luke-warm and having only cold plates does not help. Very comfortable. A little. Expensive. . Walking. To public transportation. Was not bad. Take bus to the rail stations. Or taxi. Good food in walking distance. Hotel. Restaurant. Cost way too much. Overall. It was very comfortable. And friendly. Way way better than 81 on bencoolin.

a/c was was silent like in the US & did not chill the room either. Other than this the Hotel is nice compared to Hotels around.

This was great, the staff and service were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. We mentioned the bed was a bit hard for us and they quickly sent somebody up to fit a comfort topper pad to the bed which made all the difference. We paid to upgrade to the executive level and it was more than worth the extra. The staff and service were outstanding […] and they did a wonderful job of remembering our names, and what we liked. We have stayed in a number of hotels in 4 different countries over the last year and the Furama Riverfront would stand out as our favourite. We would certainly stay there again even though the MRT (train) is about 15 minutes walk. Booked this hotel at last minute from a reccomendation (they stayed 10 years ago!) pleasantly suprised. Stayed in fantastic executive rooms. Immaculately clean. All staff I encounted were friendly, helpful and cheerful. I didnt eat in resturant or breakfast so cant comment on that. (breakfast looked great!) Fifth time in Singapore and fifth time at Furama Riverfront. Another excellent stay, fantastic service, friendly staff and great room and facilities. We will definitely stay here again and again and again.......

we stayed two times and asked for a three adult beds in our reservation and paid in advance, both times we had to ask to change a kid bed in a proper adult bed. they changed it rapidlly but seems not to learn from the guests request! for the rest the hotel is good value for money if you find a special offer

I cautiously booked this hotel as some reviews were negative. I very much enjoyed my stay. Check in was a bit of a zoo & they did not have the queen bed executive floor room that I requested. I was upgraded to a suite. It was large, comfortable, well maintained & it was nice to have a large sofa to stretch out on & watch tv. It's a good walking from […] Clarke Key station. I and my wife stayed in Furama Riverfront for 2 nights. The hotel is extremely nice, well maintained, clean, looks upmarket and posh. The staff and reception is polite and try to help you in every way possible. They upgraded me to a King Size Bed room free of cost, since they did not have a Queen Bed which I had booked. This hotel is located amidst […] the tourist center of singapore where there are another dozen good hotels. Taxis are available at the front gate almost any time of the day or night. This hotel is frequented by decent business people and tourists and is good for family, couples or business trips. Only 2 things that might have been better: 1. It is about 1 KM away from nearest MRT station (Outram Park MRT). So you need to either take taxi or a bus to reach MRT. However there are frequent busses. The maximum time that I had to wait was 10 mins. 2. The in-house restaurant and room service menu are insanely expensive. We were "upgraded" to suite upon arrival meaning the room was in need of slight modernisation unlike the photo showing executive rooms. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Some distance from the MRT but taxi prices are more reasonable than Singapore bar prices! Stayed twice whilst I was in Singspore and not disappointed both times. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Only downside is the internet is a bit expensive and room very cold .

Is is just an average tourist hotel. Front desk was nice and helpful. Phone operator was rude.

Things went wrong from the first minute. The most incredibly unfriendly, unsmiling, sullen front desk officer I have ever seen in nearly twenty years of traveling. Far from the notion of 'hospitality'. Singapore is lovely, but I'l never return to a Furama.

Great Hotel offering fantastic and attentive service. Have stayed there 4 times now and each time the experience has been great. We will be returning again real soon and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing. Recently renovated in beautiful style and color. Amazing "zen" bathroom with a wonderful "rain" shower. Nothing bad to say about this place except that it's a bit of a walk (approx. 15 minutes) from the Outram MRT station but you walk past a lovely park and nice area - plus cabs are plentiful and inexpensive. We had a wonderful two-night stay in Singapore ending a 10-day Malaysian vacation. This hotel was wonderful - room newly renovated, wonderful zen-like bathroom, comfortable bed. The only slightly down-side, was that it was a 15-minute walk to the nearest MRT Station (Oldtram Rd.) For the most part, I had a lovely stay at Furama Riverfront Hotel. However, there were some aspects that drove me nuts. The internet charges for this hotel were extremely high. It's as if I were in a 3rd world country with limited bandwidth. It was really difficult to get work done. Even when I decided to pay the internet fees, the service was extremely […] slow. I had to call an outside maintenance service to troubleshoot connectivity issues. This hotel is lovely for families and guests who are on vacation and need quality time by the pool. It is not for business travelers. The room was really cold despite having the fans turned off. I even called hotel maintenance to fix the problem but there was no way to control the temperature in the room. The best part of this hotel was the friendly staff. Almost everyone was kind and helpful. Also, it was well situated in Singapore with access to lots of transport.
