Woke up to find that my shower didn't work. Had to bathe in the sink. When I shared the info with the front desk upon checkout, the agent stared at me... with indifference and asked if I had any addiitonal charges. When I shared that I didn't, he said, then you are all done here, thank you for your stay and walked away. No apology for the broken shower or the fact that I just shared with him that I had to bathe in the sink. Things break and I get that. The indifference is what I have a problem with. I didn't ask for a credit or to speak to management. Just wanted to let them know that they had a broken shower that needed to be addressed. My bet is that the shower is still broken.
