Pretty and comfortable hotel, good buffet breakfast, relaxing pool area, beatiful view of the mountains. Helpful and cordial staff, most of them speak English. Beautiful hotel with a large pool area. It is very relaxing, with very warm days and cool nights. My room was spacious with a good view of the city and mountains in the background.

Nice hotel, good rooms, very helpful and friendly service. Food was very good and waiters helpful and accomodating with my "very, very strong" coffee request (a difficult one in the land of coffee...!) Room service good and very fast. Location seems a bit isolated as have to take taxis everywhere, but they are cheap and readily available. It's a nice […] residential area otherwise and makes for nice grounds around and feeling of security. One small nuisance was very loud music by the pool during lunch time, but they even reduced the volume on request. Highly recommended. Booking was paid in full on hotels.com but reception staff didn't have the record. As usuall very excellant even though there was a mangament change. Avoid weekends if you can as locals stay and bring their kids who take over the pool and jacuzzi, but very quiet during week days and nites. Es mi quinta vez en este hotel, el cual hasta mi última estancia era un excelente...porque no habíamos tenido problemas. Llegamos el día sábado, y encontramos un baño sucio con pobre mantenimiento en la ducha y paredes llenas de moho. El día domingo a las 7:30 am, en nuestro fin de semana de descanso y relajación, la llave del lavamanos del baño se […] estalló generando que se inundara el cuarto. Con angustia llamamos a recepción y se ofrecieron a enviar a alguien de mantenimiento, mientras mi esposo y yo, como pudimos, cerramos el registro del baño. Media hora después no había llegado nadie a ayudarnos, y mi marido furioso exigió cambio de habitación. En medio de la angustia me tomé una botella de agua del minibar (como si no fuera suficiente toda la que había en la habitación), y un botones llegó a entregarnos la tarjeta de una nueva habitación. Al bajar al check out la niña de recepción ¡me cobró el agua! Llamé al gerente, y este muy amablemente me miró a los ojos y no hizo nada más que decir "lo siento". ¡Qué falta de personal, ideas y cortesía al tener una crisis!. Y les recuerdo a todos los que se hospeden en este hotel: En las malas es que se conocen los amigos... y este amigo no parece muy bueno atendiendo problemas. Las actividades variadas que se pueden disfrutar al interior del hotel, son muy relajantes, en espacios amplios con mucha iluminación y excelente ventilación, la comida del restaurante es exquisita. Vale la pena probar los platos y la cordialidad de las personas que prestan los servicios para los huéspedes.

Me gusta la tarifa y la ciudad es una muy buena ciudad para descansar

Apenas lleguè al hotel al registrarme me indican que debo pagar un excedente debido a que el niño tiene màs de 12 años. Les expliquè que cuando hice la reserva por Hoteles.com se considera niño hasta 16 años. Fue necesario llamar a Hoteles.com, quienes llamaron al hotel a explicar que todo estaba bien. Pero al momento del checkout, vovieron a salir […] con el cobro adicional. Finalmente no lo hicieron diciendo que Hoteles.com deberìa asumir el excedente. Fue bastante deagradable este incidente y espero que corrijan estas inconsistencias entre las reservas por Hoteles.com y el propio hotel. Gracias por la atenciòn. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Lo único para decir es que el mantenimiento del jacuzzi estaba recién realizado y nos quedaron un poco azules los pies.

Ya he estado varias veces y y la expectativa de llegar alli es muy agradable porque todo en el hotel combina para una estadia de descanso inmejorables. Buena vista, buenas instalaciones y excelente servicio.

the hotel is big and in good conditions. the rooms are clean and well manteined. The bed is comfortable. The staff is kind and the restaurant is ok. They only need more variety in salads menu. I only expent one night but it was satisfactory.

ce séjour fut parfait et il est est envisagé d'y retourner les yeux fermés.

Gostei muito do hotel, da sua localização, limpeza e da cortezia e educação de seus funcionários, recomendo e devo retornar em outra oportunidade, me agradou muito todos os serviços do hotel, sem mais.

Maravillosa ciudad..., extraordinario evento..., el hotel muy bueno..., con gente super amable..., una vegetación de embrujo..., clima ideal..., buena comida..., zona húmeda muy agradable... LO RECOMIENDO A OJO CERRADO...
