Room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and needed replaced. Road noise

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the Best Western Route 66 Rail Haven in Springfield MO. The staff were very nice and attentive, rooms were clean and overall very quiet motel. Will definately stay here again!

we love this hotel..we were so impressed with how clean and cozy the room was..and for any couple who love to enjoy some together time in the tub I highly suggest getting the jacuzzi room..it was so wonderful..and bed was amazing ..the outside of the hotel has a wonderful cottage feel to it..and housekeeping couldn't be sweeter..and the front desk staff […] that I met were also so great..I just can't say enough good things about this hotel..this is the only hotel that we'll be staying in if we can help it..AMAZING!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The staff was cheerful and friendly, the room was sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was the best we've ever had! Besides the usual cereal, waffles, bagels, coffee, bananas, etc. they also offered egg/cheese/biscuit sandwiches that you could heat in the microwave, yogurt & applesauce in individual containers, and […] these great mini-cinnamon buns that were the perfect end to a nice well-balanced breakfast. This is a great old motel that is a real value for the cost per night. Had lots of little luxury touches and great customer service. Bed was very comfy. The only problem is that the pool is right alongside a busy highway, so it's difficult to just relax and enjoy that feature. But other than that, we were very pleased.

If you are looking for a great rout 66 hotel this is it. I was a bit disappointed that the original sign had been removed and it had lost some of it original vintage look (best westerns fault). It still takes you back to the 50's/60s era with the classic cars and oldies playing in the lobby. The rooms were in great shape and my only complaint is that […] the hotel was once all smoking and it is impossible to convert a smoking room into non smoking. Call me history buff or a Route 66 nut, but I rather enjoy this little motel. It's cheap, comfy, cute, and on a hot day, the pool is pretty cool.

Excellent for the price, very quiet and comfortable beds. Clearly has been redone recently. Friendly staff. Careful of the shower, we got either very hot or cold until we hit a particular spot. Otherwise, great family place.

Cozy, comfortable and great price. Love the location and rooms.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. This time however, we booked the same type of room and were placed in a much smaller one. No fridge or microwave, no separate wash basin area, mini TV with no remote, overall the room was small and cramped. There was not even enough floor space to open our suitcase without having to step […] over it to get to the bathroom. I spent 2 nights at this lovely little establishment. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Great little cafe area with a good selection of items (including some microwave things I have not had before) hot coffee at all times and juice on tap. Location is prime for travel in the area. Many great restaurants nearby (try Avanzare). My room was impeccably […] clean for a small hotel and had the usual amenities. We use this motel a few times a year when we drop our student off at nearby Missouri State. We like the nostalgia of the place. We drive right up to our door and always find a comfortable room at a great price.

Best Western Hotel in Springfield, MO, is a very clean, comfortable, very convenient located hotel at an affordable price. Even the "continental" breakfast was awesome.

Fast and friendly check-in. Place is not a typical cookie cutter hotel and is older, which we liked, consequences of that are that the rooms area little smaller, but nicely furnished and everything is very very clean and tidy, nothing broken and everything worked. We had 2 x double beds as we 3 kids and 2 adults, double bed could have been a little […] bigger, but then we were pushing fitting all of us in! Pool and hot tub are outside. Breakfast facilities are a little sparse, really you are meant to grab something and then take it back to your room to reheat and eat, there is not much seating there and limited choice, but there are many places a very short distance away to eat at...even walk they are that close. Only a 20 minute drive away from the Fantastic Caverns, which was the purpose of the trip, they are well worth a visit. The room was very pleasant. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It had a nostalgic feel, and I would definitely stay there again.

The Room was clean Checkin is normally around 3 but they let me check in at 12:30. I reserved a room with 2 queen. got a room with 2 full. Room rather on the small side for 2. The smell of smoke hit me as I opened the door. For a non-smoking room that shouldnt be. As I discovered smokers smoke outside the door and sometimes leave the door open. The […] nextdoor person smoking outside their door might as well smoke outside yours. The Hotel need to put a STOP to that. Got woken up at 3 in the morning from people having a goodtime outside. They wasnt out of order but with the rooms so small you might as well come inside and talk if you are talking outside. Bring your own pillow, the ones they provide are tiny and flat. One was a flat foam pillow and the other was a tiny pillow about the size of small decorative pillow but barely any filling. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The room had the largest small fridge you can get, a microwave, and a nice size tv with a dvd player (no other hotel i've been […] to offers that). In the front were some 50s cars to go with the old family road trip theme and a great pool in the center, a major perk to it being a warm summer night.
