Best Western Valencia Inn - วาเลนเซีย

Odd number floors on the lower level, even on top. Would have been nice to know before I went in search of my room. (It does say so on the small map, but verbal as well would help.)

It is an okay hotel. I just wish I had paid the extra 9 dollars a night to stay at the Holiday Inn. Room was nice just a very good continital breakfast. Had ambulance and firetrucks at the property about 9:30 at night. Was glad just went to play at Magic Mountain will not book this Hotel again I would rather stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

This has to be the worst 'Best Western' I have stayed in. While it had free WiFi, breakfast, a small pool and is convenient for Six Flags Magic Mountain, it is a rather run down motel and not a hotel and we wish we had booked the much better Holiday Inn Express next door.

Upon check-in we were told our room had a mini fridge and microwave. We arrived in our room to see it didn't. Called to ask for a room with what was promised and were told that some rooms did not have these yet and we were not allowed to switch for a room that had them. Nice room, loud with being next to the freeway exit. No extra blankets in room but […] one was brought up as soon as we asked for one. Breakfast was good. We arrived at the Best Western and upon checking in I thought the hotel was closed. The hotel is currently under renovation so the front desk appearance is not very welcoming they have plastic trap up every where. We check into our room and the building faced directly in front of a busy highway. Sitting in the room you could hear all the freeway noise. […] We requested to move rooms which they accomadated us. However still hearing the freeway noise and the renovation that was taking place in the other buildings did not make it a comfortable stay. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We got one of the Pet Friendly rooms and it was c;ean but the noise from the freeway was pretty bad. The door to the room had NO weather stripping and the noise and cold wind came right into the room with the door closed. We will not go there again.

FEW FRILLS BUT VERY CLEAN, NEAT AND COMFORTABLE AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT.

Decent value for the money, I would have preferred a continental breakfast but the free coffee/hot chocolate bar was appreciated. The lobby is simple, and the property seems a bit outdated, but the room was clean and suited our needs well. We called the front desk for towels, etc, and someone was there in minutes. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. […] Denny's is a short walk across the parking lot shared with another hotel. Over all the room was very nice and clean the bed very good condition, Not much to say about the coffee in the lobby, it was cold. The only big draw back was staying in a room next to the pool area, people were in the pool area after 12 mid night and were very loud, no cosideration for other guest what so ever. Our hotel room had a spider in it. The online booking site told me there was a continental breakfast...there is no continental breakfast. This is the only Best Western without a continental breakfast. (The front desk employee told me that.)

This was just OK for the price ... nothing special. I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast as I had requested that when making the reservation.

The hotel was good for the nightly price paid. I had wanted and requested a hotel that provided continental breakfast ... this one did not. But, there was a Denny's next door ... so it was fine.
