Hyatt Regency Tulsa - ทูลซา

Took a little staycation here. The hotel is very nice. The pool was closed, which was disapointing since that's why we wanted to stay there.

No complaints at all. The location is nice being close enough to walk to the Blue Dome area and other downtown attractions such as the PAC, BOK Center, etc.

When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned. There were dirty wash clothes in the sink and the bed was unmade with makeup stains on the pillow cases. They sent up an employee for our room change but I was very dissatisfied with the condition that we walked into. I've never had such a thing happen to me. Clean, nice room a little small but with a great view. Hallways are a little noisy but nothing out of the ordinary. Right in the downtown area, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around.

We had such a great time at the Jiggle Jam and Memorial Day Symphomy concert. The room looked out over Jiggle Jam and was very convenient for my 3 year old grandson to take a begged for afternoon nap, while five year older brother continued with the fun activities with his parents. We enjoyed the convenience of the shops nearby while both children napped […] with their father before dinner giving then the second wind to enjoy the symphony and fireworks. It was especially convenient not having to compete with traffic after the celebration. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The green room credit allowed me a glass of wine before bed. I went to an event at the BOK center. We had supper at the hotel and even thoughthe hotel is not brand new, there were great meals at dinner and clean large rooms that had comfortable pillows and beds. We stayed at the Hyatt, the hotel itself was nice but the room wasn't what we expected for the price. I was not impressed by the room at all, it reminded me of a Motel 6 only a lot pricier. 3 people stayed in the room, had to ask for more towels, shampoo, coffee pot etc. The beds didn't even have a fitted sheet just a sheet draped over the bed. Floors […] were dirty, had to wash my feet after walking around for about 30 minutes. The only benefit of staying here was the BOK Center was a couple blocks away (concert convenient). The price was good. We booked three rooms at the same time and it would have been nice to have them on the Same floor. Hotel this big and nice should at least have a hot tub for additional relaxation. And contental breakfast offered at least a banana or apple to be offered.

The location was great for me because I attended a wedding at the Jazz hall downtown. Not a 5 star but a nice haotel for the price.

Friendly and prompt service but with no breakfast and internet included, the value was not as I had hoped. The charge of $9.99 per day for internet service per device seems a bit steep. The thermostat was not accurate and it took almost a day to get up to a comfortable temperature. I did report this at the end of our stay because we did not want to […] move to another room. With three of us staying in one double bed room, we had to ask for more wash cloths and towels on the second day. Stayed overnight with a friend. We were there for a concert at the BOK Center. We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance, only about two blocks away. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a great time at concert. Food, meeting rooms and front desk staff all excellent. Great gym and loved the heated pool. Stayed 4 days and room only cleaned once. Had to take out my own trash & get fresh towels from the pool area.

We came for the USA conference finals, and it was close to all the action. The price was great and there were fun St. Patricks day activities on the streets a few blocks down. The room had a strange smell, and strange noises coming from the window area. It sounded like something rattling in the ceiling. I'll keep it short and sweet. Room was very comfortable, we had 4 adults total and it was fine. Location is perfect if you are looking to go out at night for local nightlife such as Cain's Ballroom as we did. The service at the hotel was fantastic, from check in to check out. Best part about it, the Hyatt offered a shuttle that not only took us from […] the hotel to Cain's Ballroom, they then came and picked us up from the same place, drove us to another bar, then another and then picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. Really enjoyable stay. Rooms were great. Big bar and good food in the restaurant. Hotel shop was nice to browse.The only thing I missed was decent coffee! The coffee at the bar was weak. Have stayed at this hotel 100+ times, including when it was Crowne Plaza. Excellent location for downtown concerts & getting around Tulsa. Typically, very good service but Hyatt should upgrade rooms more--still very similar to Crowne Plaza. On this stay, housekeeping did not clean room, even though they were standing outside with cart cleaning room […] across from ours when we left for the day. We even told housekeeping lady that we were leaving, so please clean room. When we returned that evening, the room was untouched. One quick call got us everything we needed--towels, toiletries, coffee--but it was a hassle. Also, toilet did not work first morning, but maintenance came & fixed quickly. Beds are awful like sleeping on top of a barrel. Left room at 0900 returned at 1530. Room had not been cleaned n much complaining to front desk finally resulted in clean room at 1630. Drinks in the bar while waiting had 22% tax or was the bartender padding the bill. All in all would not stay there again

Overall we were disappointed. All rooms were listed as non smoking, however ash trays were provided in rooms and there were neighboring rooms that were actively smoking. Me and my husband stayed here because we had tickets to and event at the BOK center. The hotel was in a convient location. Also we received a 75$ welcome credit which was so nice. We had drinks and dinner and used he welcome credit!

The hotel was clean. Our sole purpose for using this hotel was so the kids could swim. After we were in our room, about 5:00, we went to the pool and it was closed for painting the walls of the room. Not sure why they chose to paint on a Saturday? There was no one in there painting but they still wouldn't let the kids swim. The room's heater was very noisy especially whenever it kicked on it made a loud noise. This prevented me from enjoying a good nights rest of which one would expect from a Hyatt Regency Hotel. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa the night before running the Tulsa marathon. Not only was the hotel close to the start line, but the staff was super nice and completely accommodating to the runners. Here's just a few examples: the hotel gave everyone a 3 p.m. check out! I've stayed in a number of hotels pre-marathon and I've never been given such […] a late check out (in fact, the last place I stayed wouldn't even budge past noon). tables set up in the lobby with course maps, shuttle times, area attractions etc. as well as people manning the tables to answer any questions. Finally, when I called to schedule a wake-up call the lady asked if I wanted to schedule a second wake up call a few minutes after the first. (Of course!).
