Executive Inn at Woodbury - วูดเบอรี

We were very pleased with the value we received for the price that we paid, especially on Long Island. It was clean, staff was friendly and responsive, breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is in a good Long Island location but could be upgraded to more a current look. There were some issues but the management was very quick to resolve them.

I did not get a wake up call the next day although front desk assured me the previous night. The bed linen was not ironed. Looks like they do not clean the sheets after guests leave. I also got a nasty itch. I am hoping it's not bugs and was -just- harsh chemicals used to wash the linen. The location is good for me, but I've also used the hotel two […] blocks up on a previous visit and would prefer that the next time. I needed hotel/motel close to Merrick, ny. Didn't need glamorous with ammenities, just location and cleanliness. One of the lowest prices found. Ive now stayed twice. Only big complaint is walls are thinner than i would like so if your neighbor is up late, makes for a unsound night. I would stay again but would ask to be away from any large groups expected […] in. Almost not mentioning is toilet and sink handles needed to be adjusted cause toilet would keep draining if you didn't pull handle up. Sink if lowered handle to turn off would actually turn back on. This hotel promised a flat screen TV, separate sitting area, and a shuttle service for up to 5 miles away (just needed to make a reservation). The sitting area was not separate and was a torn and dirty pull-out sofa bed. I opted to sit on the bed (with a stained comforter) over sitting on the couch! There was no flat-screen TV (not important to me but […] I know it is to some people). As for the shuttle service, I called on Sunday evening to reserve a Monday morning shuttle and was told that the shuttle service is based "on availability" and that they did not know if the driver would even be in Monday morning. I asked how they typically make reservations for the shuttle and was again told, "it's by availability." I was able to contact hotels.com (after calling and being disconnected 4 times) and they called the hotel directly. This seemed to help as the front desk called me to say they'd have a shuttle for me Monday morning. One last complaint...the shuttle was late picking me up. Very courteous office staff. Clean, confortable room. The heater made a little noise, but all in all, a good stay.

Clean room on main road at good price and breakfast.

Upon entering the room the "message" light was flashing, it was for the previous guest. This should have been deleted. I found straight pins on the carpeting. Both nights we had noisy neighbors which woke me both nights. With so many vacant rooms, place guests in everyother room to avoid this disturbance. One room left the tv on all night long.

Easy check-in & out. Very accommodating. Dining & shopping very close by.

The Inn looks much nicer from outside. I found it seedy. The Front Desk service was lackadaisical, unprofessional. We had some mishaps that couldn't be fixed until the next day. Two weeks later, I had a charge on my credit card that was unexplained. The Inn has a great location, but it needs to be revamped and run in a more professional manner.

We stayed here as a result of a recommendation from Hotels.com for an overnight stay near to an event at the Westbury Theater. We were impressed by the friendliness of the front desk staff, cleanliness of the room and more than adequate self-serve breakfast included all for a very reasonable rate. First off...hotels/accomodation in LI is very expensive and sometimes you don't get your money's worth...Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for about 2 weeks. conveniently off of highway 135, it is located in a safe and presentable area of Woodbury. The free hot breakfast is a definite plus (omlettes, toast, bagels, waffle, cruissant, muffins, juice, […] milk, coffee) and there is plenty of free parking. They also let you print what you need in business center for free, as well as do free fax. All roooms have flat panel TV and fridge...they can also give u a microwave if you ask, which is handy. It is close to a big grocery store and a strip mall with a variety of businesses. A few drawbacks: 1) we asked for wakeup calls and half the time didn't get them. 2) front desk staff don't seem to be liking their work and don't seem too happy 3) a couple of times the cleaning/ maintenance staff knocked and OPENED our door in the morning which we didn't like at all. 4) room decor is a bit dated but is good for the money 5) phones needed to be switched on from the front desk which was annoying. On the plus side, bed is nice and comfortable, room service is good, rooms and bath are clean. Conveniently located in the center of long island. Room was a bit musty, needed updating. Relatively clean and comfortable, inexpensive for the area.

What more can I say? We stayed there for 10 days, and almost everything is perfect. Plenty of friendly staffs; fast service on the things you need for your room (microwave); various choices of breakfast. The room we stayed needs a little work in the bathroom - the shower tap is broken, but the shower is perfectly fine. As for the location, there are […] two supermarket nearby, and a restaurant right next door. If you want a car rental service, walk only about a mile to reach there. Not somewhere I would want to spend a lot of time, but room was not bad for a night. A bit annoying that the sink and mirror were at the foot of the bed and not all of the amenities advertised were in the room.

Nice room , quiet neighborhood but a litle too quiet at night. Didn't provide breakfast the first morning thou . Other than that I d stay there again -

The rooms are small and very out-dated. The television did not work in my room and when other rooms were checked, the televisions did not work there either. The staff was ok, but did not seem to really care if the tv's worked or not. I was told that I could watch tv in the lobby, where it was working properly. That seems a little rediculous.

The hotel was a reasonable price and close to where we needed to be. The hotel is laid out more like a motel than a hotel, however the room was clean, and all usual things you would expect from a hotel were available.

Had a great stay here! Breakfast was pretty good and the staff was great. I will definately stay there again!!!

Other than a few small problems in the room, like an unplugged phone and no clear instructions for wifi access, the room was clean and comfortable. Not a bad place.

If you are looking for a simple affordable getaway, this is the place.

Staff was courteous, friendly and responsive. The room was clean and requests were handled promptly. For the budget minded this is a good place.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever stayed in! This was a great choice, and it was pet friendly! Will definitely stay there again!

It was a decent cheap hotel. Got a good night sleep, with no noise. The lady at the counter was so extremely nice and funny, sorry I forget her name. The shower was kind of broke. Overall 4/5.

not that common you see fresh made omlet to order for breakfast for hotel this price. excellent!!

EASY ACCESSIBLE FOR EVERYONE, VERY QUIET JUST ALL AROUND NICE .FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND VERY CLEAN!

Pleasantly surprised how comfortable, clean, and convenient it was for the price. Very pleased. Read other reviews about strange smells, but had no experience of this. The linens were clean and new and the bed was extremely comfy.

You never know what you are getting when you book a non chain hotel/motel but I was actually very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room at this hotel. It was very convenient and in a good location. My only problem was I checked in late at night and they initially gave me a key to the wrong room that someone was asleep/staying in.
