I have stayed here several times this is the first time I have a complaint. The toilet was not working and they didnt have a comparable room available to switch me to or anyone that could come up to fix the problem. So I ended up having to take the top off the tank and manually push down the flap to get the toilet to flush and then when I went to take […] a shower the temperature control handle fell off leaving me to have to take a luke warm shower. The front desk assured me that the manager would be up to talk to me, that never happenend. There was no adjustment to my bill or any offer of rectifying this situation, very displeasing but as I said this is the first time and overall it is a pretty decent place...just make sure you really check your room before settling in or it gets too late in the day or you might be stuck or forced to find a different hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Everything was just ok... Except the air conditioning. could not get it to cool the room to a good sleeping temperature... it would cycle but not cool very much. room remained at 75 deg most of the awake time but cooled to only 73 for night sleeping.

Clean but not fancy. Has local places to eat. Central location to area offerings. Rate was good. I selected this hotel based on other reviews and they were fairly accurate. Staff is friendly.

This hotel was fine for the price. This was a non smoking room in a primarily smoking section. The air freshener odor in the room was very strong. The bathroom was very small. This hotel is on the other side of the water a good bit from VA Beach and the Newport News airport. The service was friendly and the breakfast adequate.

The Hotel Staff were very nice and helpful. The Hotel itself was a dissapointment. The pool was dirty. The Hot Tub was dirty and was actually cold, the pool temp was warmer. The room was not very clean either.

Would stay here again.

This hotel is in a bad area. There was all kinds of people hanging around outside too.

If you are looking for a top notch-no flaw hotel this in not the place. HOWEVER the service was great and the hotel is clean. It is an older hotel, so some minor cosmetic features are needing a face lift. I will say that the pool is very cloudy and it maybe due to being indoor, but the colorine smell is overly strong.

The hotel room was not clean and this is not what we expected from Sleep Inn which usually has a good reputation for cleanliness. We asked for another room and there were none. We were in town for a wedding and did not have time to change hotel, so we settled for this but it was not a good expereince and we were not comfortable. I ended up checking in very late. I had called ahead to give notice and there was no problem. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was more than I expected and the customer service was excellent.

Check was suppose to be at 3, we couldn't check in until 6, because the room clean, the workers had attitudes, and not professional about the job. They put us out at 6 in am because they said we was doing too much walking from room to room. SO WHATEVER U DO, DONT STAY HERE!!!!!
