My wife and I were on our way to a wedding and were running late so we called the hotel. The staff put us in a room right off the main lobby so we would save time, and while we were getting ready they printed out directions to where the wedding was being held! We stayed at this hotel so we could attend a nearby wedding. The desk clerk, Gretchen, was friendly and very helpful, the room was neat and clean. My only complaints: the bed was not comfortable (we both had back aches in the morning) and the lighting in the bathroom and vanity area was very dark - not good for applying makeup.

Rooms are way too noisy from the travel. Very hard to sleep.

The rooms were set up nicely. Appearace and comfort were good. However loud noise from trucks on the highway which is on both sides of the hotel made it very hard to sleep. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Minor noise issue if hotel room is on highway side.

It was very dog friendly and quiet. The room needed to be updated ex. carpets. very small closet. the couch was horrible, very uncomfortable to sit on. Needs updating. The maid did not show up on wednesday, we left at noon and put out the clean this room sign. This hotel was in a great location close to everything. The staff was very helpful as we had a problem with our room. They immediately helped with the situation and then provided us with a new room. We would definitely return.

Me and my family had a great time. Even though we only stayed one day it was very pleasing and the staff was great and breakfast was very good. We decently would stay again here

Front desk person on our arrival and during our stay was very friendly and more than happy to help.. The staff in the dining area was good and willing to accomodate us anyway they could. This is our second year here at this location and very pleased. We would stay again..

nice new clean hotel BUT ITS ON THE HIGHWAY. Trucks and cars flying by all times during the night. My room was very clean & new but i couldn't sleep

The staff were lovely and more than willing to help. Rooms were very comfortable, although fairly close to traffic. Breakfast was great and the Wednesday night light dinner was a nice surprise. I would stay here again. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

was a little tough to find because of the trees but other than that it was great. friendly staff, very clean rooms and hotel, we didn't have milk for our son before he went to bed and the staff gave us 2 glasses of milk with some free cookies. breakfast was ok. wish they had more waffle machines. The hotel is located with two major highways on each side. The noise of semi trucks all night long kept us awake. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Shower head sprayed water everywhere, towels were scratchy. We paid for two nights but, only stayed one. There is an abundance of hotels in the same area. Traveling with a baby is a task itself but this location was IDEAL for our family, I would absolutely stay here again, it's a convenient location, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the value you cannot beat. Great if traveling with kids, and the free breakfast is a real breakfast, a big plus!

The hotel is hidden back off the road and the sign for the hotel should be placed so when coming under the by-dock you can see the hotel to turn left into the drive. Our bed was wonderful, but the neighbor next door had his TV on so loud that I could hear the words coming from it. But he turned it off at 2:00am. So then I could sleep. Filthy room, old beat-up beds, old flat pillows, room had a stench like a dead mouse. When I complained the Desk clerk said " Sorry, there is nothing I can do, I would take some money off your bill but you paid in advance."

Amazingly clean and comfortable. We traveled with our two year old and she had plenty of room to roam. Very clean premises, the room was immaculate. The only downfall is that it is very difficult to find the main entrance from the main road. It is hidden next to an overpass and even when aware of its location it is very easy to miss. Great location, great price. Would recommend to anyone wanting a not so expensive place to stay. Not so sure why hotels.com has it listed as only a 2.5 stars, in my opinion this is at least a star if not a 5!

Nice room- large in size ..very clean and comfortable. the highway and hallway noise was noticable. breakfast buffet was disappointing mainly because it was biscuts and sausage gravy.

Nicest staff ever! This hotel even puts on a light complimentry dinner... Accommodations were gorgeous... Very comfortable room...

We requested a room on the 1st floor and got what we asked for. The room was close to the kitchen and lobby area, however, and we could hear a lot of noise very early in the morning. They had a hot breakfast every day that was very nice. Upon any return visits I think we would stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor to avoid the noise issues. Nice staff, comfortable rooms. Adequate breakfast, no fresh fruit though. Near mall shopping. Get directions ahead, location hard to pinpoint without preparation!

The staff at the Hawthorn Suites was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, however I think it could have been set up to better accomodate a large weekend crowd. I suggest having more than one waffle maker. Otherwise, it was a great stay for one night. Very convenient to all of the attractions near Route 30 in Lancaster.

The hotel room was fine, everything was as expected. However, the major downfall was lots of traffic and truck noise from the adjacent highway made getting a good night's sleep impossible, which was kinda important since I was running a marathon the next day.

Wyndham made a big mistake building this hotel wedged between two freeway onramps. The noise from truck air brakes kept me up each and every night. My room was literally 50 feet from the freeway (I measured it on Google Earth which I will use from now on to make my booking choices). Staying in a hotel with a pet was a first for us. We were leery about what the condition of our room would be. We were amazed at how clean and spotless our room was. We came to this hotel with our small dog. They accept pets, it is a $50 fee per stay, but that seems to be a common practice. They have a great dog walk area, which is fairly large, that you can let your dog relieve themseleves and even run around and play for a bit. Very happy with this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was nicer than I thought it would be. It is a little hidden from the road (view blocked by an overpass). Hotel has a hot breakfast that didn't look very appetizing (microwaved eggs, greasy sausage, etc), but there were other items available. They charge you $50 for your pet, because they have to sertilize the room. We had a little puppy and felt $50 was kind of too expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very comfortable.
