There was not a phone in the room ( until I complained) I needed a wake up call as i did not have a clock either. Manager was very congenial at check-in. Hotel is very run-down. Furniture is old and worn. Carpets are extremely stained and worn. Enamel surface of vanity sink was badly chipped. TV remote did not work. Some lights did not work.

It was a non-smoking room but I could tell that has been used for smokers. It would have nice to have air conditioning unit also in the front part of the hotel room.

hotel was okay except we were unable to get internet in room. Had to stand out side.

I left early since my bathroom smelled like smoke and the carpet was stinky and disgusting. They forgot to give us towels the second day and no coffee refill packets for the room.

It was impossible to sleep at night at this motel. There were two nights of thumping and banging in the room next to us, one night of local Tucson teenagers partying downstairs and one night of door slamming, and loud talking from a large family in the two rooms next to ours. The carpets in the room #104 were filthy dirty, there was no plug for the bath tub, the kitchenette had brooken doors on the cabinet and the remote for the t.v. didn't work. Im was very disappointed!

This hotel is not in the "best" of areas, its within five miles of the mall and a nicer surrounding area. When we received our first room, the door key did not work, they had to get us another room; that room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. At that point we didn't care, it was late and we were tired. Front desk clerk very rude. Asked for the owner, he said he was the owner.

I did not enjoy this hotel. The actual rooms look absolutely nothing like the photos online. I ampretty sure they are not even the same facility. It smelled really bad and was dirty. I was afraid to use the shower and the towels. I was very nervous about putting my head on the pillow or even sitting on the bed. Also, online it says there is an iron […] and board in the room. That is a flat out lie. You have to go to the front desk and carry it to your room - carry a huge iron board to your room - ridiculous! It was super cheap, and we got even less than what we paid for. Good Value....carpet was dirty and not enough towels in room

We drove 6 hrs. We looked inside of a room prior to checking in, it smelled musky. Our room had the same smell & mold stains in the bathroom. We moved to another room & it was the same. It was so bad that my husband & I agreed that we would not be able to eat dinner in our room. On our way our for dinner, we encountered Housekeeping (rooms we still […] in process of being cleaned) in the room next to us. She asked if she could go in to leave towles. We waited outside for her & watched her use the mold disinfectant spray as room freashener in our room & the one next to us. This hotel was clearly not what we expected so we canceled our 1/29-1/30 reservation. I had also informed the desk clerk that we also wanted to cancel our stay for that day (1/28-1/29) but she would not refund us. We stayed somewhere else & lost/forefited that $. Wouldn't wish this hotel on my worst enemy. Horrible neighborhood, very dirty rooms, etc.. Left immediately to go to another hotel. They wouldn't give me a refund. I didn't care...wasn't willing to stay in such a rat hole.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. The neighborhood was trashy, the rooms were disgustlng, no internet as promised, etc... We had booked 2 rooms for myself and my construction crews who were working down there on the Air Force Base. Needless to say, we are construction guys and we just aren't that picky. We lasted 1/2 an hour, checked out and moved […] to another hotel. We could not get any refund for 2 rooms for an entire weeks stay. Franky, that's how bad it was...we were willing to lose hundreds of dollars. The money wasn't worth staying in that filth. Our room was great but a little toxic. The fumes of bleach and other chemical agents used in the cleaning andsanitizing process were extremely powerful. The sheets had chocolate in them and went over my clothes. There was a bad smell that gave my wife a headache all night. I tried to spray, but it wouldn't go away. It took more than 30 minutes for the heater to get hot. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

You get what you pay for

Wonderful hotel with all rooms being suites and very nice looking . grat price and the staff was very helpful

If you're visiting relatives, or going for a couple of days only under a moderate budget; this is a good place to stay. The parking lot is very reduced, it is an open lot, and there is no security, nothing happened in our 2 nights stay, but it is worth the price per night if you have fully insured your car.

Do not stay here!

Our room was very nice, seperated into 2 rooms. It was clean as well. When we reserved our room, we listed 5 people, but when we requested extra towels because we only had twels for 2 and had 5 people, they were shocked and said we were only supposed to have 4 in that room. The hotel was what was expected for the price. The front office was friendly and tried to accomodate everything we asked for. I was disappointed that the WiFi did not work in our room. Checking out was just as easy as checking in. I had read in a previous review that there may be a problem with the neighborhood but it was very quiet during our stay. The parking was very close to the room so we did not have difficulty getting our things in and out. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Be it that I am in a wheelchair, and was promised a room with no step (handicap rooms were not available) and there was a step, a 4 inch step, they were not as I expected, but the staff...Joe I believe handled the mistake with grace and honor! He was able to scrounge up a board and a phonebook to allow us access to my room. Employees like him are few […] and far between! I love the fact that there were two rooms! the climat controle factore is neat! the rooms are spacias and cute although the carpets could use a deep steem clean. We checked in, in a hurry. Through our bags in the room then left. We got back to the hotel late and started to relax when we noticed that when we took off our shoes the carpet was sticky. The room also smelled like old beer. After walking around for a half hour and the bottom of our socks were black. There was a melted spot in the middle of the floor […] in the shape of an iron. Huge dark stains all over both rooms. The shower curtain was broken out of the wall and the curtain would not stay closed to keep the water off the floor. It soaked the entire bathroom and surrounding carpet in the room. We called down to the desk and asked if someone could come check out the room and help out. We were told that there was no one that could come. Motel was average and good price just for room and sleeping. It was very convienent to the air force base. Which allowed us to visit our airman and have less driving time. Would recommened and stay there again.

i cant even imagine how anyone would be able to survive in az summer temperature. the front room has all its windows permanently sealed...air conditionor in the bedroom, which barely worked , was in celcius and needed seriously instructions to turn on...claimed it had wireless, and didnt (staff knew that it didnt work but no one had bothered to do anything […] about it)...also, im not sure what they use to clean thier sheets but i had a rash all over my body the next day อ่านเพิ่มเติม

In horrible part of town, room very small, and someone broke into our room through a window that was located towards the rear of the hotel. It was not lit & located in the corner so room could not be seen.

The rooms are dirty, carpet have stains and the sheets are very dirty, its also in a very bad location. They have Gangsters that lives there, not a one night guest. The hotel manger have no management Skills. If you ever been in NJ Downtown apartments, that have drawing on it, that's what this hotel looks like. The refrigerator in the room was broken. I called the front desk person and was told that refrigerators are only gauranteed if staying in a suite. What????

good bang for the buck

Mal Servicio en General , Batalle con el Internet , Desayuno muy chafa .- Tele Vieja ,Mucho Ruido cama demaciados rigidas en general no me gusto por el precio que pague creo q me salio muy caro para lo que ofrece.-

El hotel no es muy limpio, en la estancia de dos días no colocaron toallas de baño al segundo día, la cafetera no servía, no había tapete para tina, en recepción no hablan español, no había microondas y refrigerador. Lo bueno es que es un hotel tranquilo, tiene buena ubicación y es muy barato.

creo que le falta remodelar el mobiliario del hotel porque ya esta un poco deteriorado. tiene excelente servicio y espacio amplio de las habitaciones.

Esta muy viejo deben renovarlo, la ubicacion esta bien pero si esta muy maltratado
