This was the perfect fit for us visiting family in the area. Close, clean, comfortable. Need I say more?

Friendly staff and clean comfortable room.

This is our 3rd stay. Works very well. My only complaint is they have gone to Direct TV instead of cable. 80% of channels are infomercials, almost impossible to find real TV. And there were constant glitches on the TV. I had to do my own reset (unplug, replug, 10 minute delay to reset the box). Cable connection is 100% better. My family wanted to spend the weekend in Santa Cruz, but all we could find near the Boardwalk were older motels. So, we decided to stay at the Hilton in Scotts Valley. We weren't disappointed. The hotel is very nice, with well-appointed, clean rooms. Though we did not go in the pool or spa, it looked very nice, and the pool was heated. The employees at the front desk were very nice. I usually dont post about hotels but the service was amazing. I don't think I have ever had such a wonderful experience as I did at the Scotts Valley Hilton. The view was pleasant and a very great location.

We picked this as we wanted a quiet getaway with our son and close by both Sanat Cruz and the Steam Railway. Attentive staff who made my 3 year old extremely welcome and made us all happy wth their level of service. 10 out of 10

Very nice hotel for the price paid. Convenient location and good service. However, restaurant area was quite ordinary and breakfast omelet ordered from regular menu wasn't very satisfactory.

This is a very nice hotel overall. However, when we stayed here last July for 3 nights, we had a wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet and special order eggs as well. This stay, no complimentary breakfast, the breakfast buffet was almost $20 and even the "continental" breakfast was about $5. We chose to go to Safeway and make our own breakfast (yogurt, […] oatmeal, fruit) each of the 4 mornings we were there. We enjoyed our stay very much. Much nicer than staying in Santa Cruz, but short distance to everywhere. Very clean, and a great staff!

It was a great location for family to be close and the hotel is beautiful and comfortable

Quiet smaller scale Hilton with clean contemporary rooms. Free parking. Appreciated country surroundings but close to Santa Cruz and San Jose. Breakfast buffet not as sumptuous as some Hilton's but is lower cost.

This was a special night for me. We had paid for a King Room with a balcony. Since we were going to arrive late, I called and confirmed our reservation with the front desk and let them know that we would be arriving late. When we arrived there was no King Room with a balcony. Very disappointing.

close to the pier in Santa cruz, was close to shopping, wonderful staff, comfy rooms, great food and bar service. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton in Scotts Valley. Room was very nice, especially the wet bar set up outside the bathroom. The hotel was listed as pet friendly, but we missed the fine print at the bottom of the page that there is a $50 fee for pets. I realize that they may take a risk with pets, but we have a little 10 lb. dog that can't tear anything […] up. You also have to sign a pet waiver form that says they'll charge you for damage, so it seems like the fee is excessive. I would recommend the hotel, but be aware of the extra charge. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great hotel we got upgraded to a suite on arrival which was fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a 10-15min taxi ride to town which is the only drawback.

Great hotel right off the main road. Perfect size rooms with upscale bath/shower products. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Would definitely stay there again!

close to university, clean, friendly staff. Love the fact that rooms comes with refrigerator and micro wave.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with great ambience and staff but just make sure you have the directions correct if driving as the street goes off both sides of the freeway and the hotel is not seen from the freeway. Took us a while to find it.

The hotel was great! The plan was to go to Santa Cruz for a friends birthday, but I couldn't bring myself to spend so much on a dumpy Santa Cruz hotel. This hotel was just a few minutes out of Santa Cruz and MUCH nicer for the same price. I will definitely be staying there again!

The condition of the Scotts Valley Hilton USA comparable to a decent motel like holiday inn. Actually was the lowest quality of this chain that I have ever stayed in.

We decided to stay in Scott's Valley vs. Santa Cruz and go to Roaring Camp (Felton) and the Boardwalk. the location was very convenient: close to the freeway and less than 10 minutes from both destinations. We have stayed in a variety of hotels in the Santa Cruz area and this was BY FAR the best. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast buffet was […] excellent. Great overnight place to stay for a family. We came from Sacramento to visit the CA Academy of Science in SFO then stopped here overnight on the way to Monterey Bay aquarium. Kid friendly staff, restaurant opened late >9. Small but nice outdoor pool and hot tub that the kids enjoyed. What a great place to stay. The people were friendly and the hotel had a welcoming environment.

I have taken my kids to this hotel 2 times over the last year and it has been consistently good. The food prices are high and food quality average, but many other restaurants are just a block away, Definitely, the best hotel in Santa Cruz and a great family hotel with a nice outdoor pool and hot tub.

The best thing about this hotel was the fitness center. It was not a "closet" like many hotels. It had good quality equipment and free weights. A down side of the hotel is that you have to take two different elevators to get to your room and walk clear across the hall ways to get to the second elevator. This hotel was easy access from hwy 17 and quiet. I liked that it was close enough to Santa Cruz and Monterey, and a nice haven away from the the noise and crowds when I was ready to rest.

Very accommodating and dog-friendly. Bed extremely comfortable. Room clean. Service at front desk, room service, maid service and restaurant very helpful, smiling and willing to please. I have stayed here many times and will always choose this hotel in the Santa Cruz area.
