The hotel has friendly and helpful staff and they always found someone who understands English. Breakfast was much better than expected. The hotel is located in an industrial area but I didn't mind as I arrived late and left early on both nights I stayed there. Even if close to the airport, it is on the other side of a highway so don't expect to go […] there by foot. Had an early flight out of Valencia Airport, stayed one night; the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the main terminal. Spotlessly clean, comfortable room with all conveniences. Recommend highly.

Well located hotel near to the airport. Very good food in the restuarant and excellent service of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful regarding all of our queries. Very happy to recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and service received from hotel personnel. I will make a point to book my future hotel needs in the near future. Note, we requested cab service to the airport at 5 am, we were amazed at the promptness of service.

very good location for airport & car parks, great hotel good service very clean 8 out of 10.

Decent hotel. Room was clean, spacious and light. Didn't try the pool but it looked good. Burger from room service was cheap and delicious. The most frustrating thing is that you can almost see the hotel from the airport, but still have to get a taxi because it's on an uncrossable dual carriageway - taxi cost 10 euros on the way and 6 euros going back. […] There is a shuttle bus but not before 6am and I'm not sure how you'd find it if you wanted to take it from the airport. I imagine the location might be a pain if you were staying more than just one night, as there didn't seem to be any restaurants/shops etc in easy walking distance. If you need nothing else than stay near the airport, this hotel is it. But don't expect a nice neighborhood or anything but a filling station and the main highway. Why it has four stars, I don't know.

RELACION CALIDAD-PRECIO EXCELENTE

Excelente ubicacion muy cerca del aeropuerto, el servicio tambien de calidad. El area no es muy bonita, el GPS me llevo por otro lado y los alrededores no son atractivos pero definitivamente para llegar rapido al aeropuerto es una excelente alternativa

Hotel très bien placé pour prendre l'avion tôt le matin. Le service est "orienté aéroport" : café offert à 5h00 !! Taxi devant l'hotel à l'heure demandée. Bravo. Station de métro à 10 minutes de marche à pied.Si je devais reprendre l'avion à Valence, c'est bien cet hotel que je choisirais sans hésitation.

The Hotel is nice and staff is great. The restaurant is very good, and also the gym is ok. Of course the Hotel Is not in the centre of Valencia but The Location is very good for early flight. There is a free bus service to the airport every 30 minutes.

hotel trés bien, proche de l'aéroport, personnel trés accueillant !!! rien à redire !!!
