I never wrote a review before but in hope of saving someone else vacation I would like to warn you about this hotel. The service is a disgrace and the staff is really what destroyed parts of our vacation. The food and location isn't very good as well. I have never been to an all inclusive before. The grounds and hotel were very nice. The staff and food was top notch. We had plenty to keep us busy.

We have travelled all over the world, and Couples Negril was one of our favorite trips of all time! Everything is taken care of for you...food is decent, and the beach is AMAZING!! So beautiful! Highly recommend!! Also very nice that all of the screaming children on or flight over weren't staying there :) We will def be back!

The cost of this stay was terribly over priced since hotel did not have much live entertainment and at night went dead. Had to PAY extra to go on another resort to enjoy the trip. I had to use a regular key instead of key card. There was no bottle water and room had too many bugs in bathroom that I was told I had to get water from. Best, most romantic holiday ever! Amazing food, service, pool , beach, everything! Highly recommmended!

Just returned from a 10 day stay at Couples Negril. After countless hours of research I chose Couples Negril over the two other Couples Resorts because of the beach, and it lived up to expectations. Plenty of shade and beautiful Caribbean water! Not to mention a plethora of water sports. Everything from scuba to sailing to paddle boards. We never ran […] out of things to do! The food was pretty good. Our favorite of the 4 dinner restaurants was actually the Asian restaurant, Lychee. The lunch buffet was decent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the jerk chicken and fries in the beach grill. I paid more to have an ocean view room, and unfortunately they put us in a room right by the road. The sound insulation in this hotel is seriously lacking, so we immediately requested to be moved. They were very accommodating and we were relocated to a much quieter building. The rooms are comfortable, but I can't say as much for the beds. We really enjoyed our stay at Couples Negril. The entertainment staff were warm and very friendly. Everyone we met - from staff to house keeping - made us feel at home. The food was wonderful and so much to choose from. We will be back!

Awsome! All inclusive is the way to go, and Couples Negril is the best. We felt so pampered, accomodations, sports, food, locations, etc. were all fantastic! Very well recommended!

Don't sweat the small imperfections. Beautiful grounds, ponds, walkways, all nicely kept. Room roomy, very close to everything, comfortable, nice tv, clock radio with ipod plug-in, personalizable mini-bar stocked daily with your choice of liquids, turn-down service with nightly little cards with Jamaican sayings (eg, "May you grow old on one pillow" […] - - very romantic). Shower not quite hot enough for me but adequate. Beach is waveless but beautiful with secluded nude section with its own bar. Every beach chair gets its own raft and there are plenty of hammocks among the palm trees. Jetski solicitors are pesty but just wave them off. Food at Otaheite (dress-up) is very good - - buffet is good w/good selections - - Asian restaurant is fair - - grill is good for quick, informal meal. Waterski, kayak, sail all you want - - couldn't be more convenient/easy. Great beach volleyball twice a day plus pool volleyball, aquacize, etc. Lots of tennis courts in fair to good condition, two with lights. Plenty of scheduled activities during the day. Took no trips and didn't do spa/massage. Pool is totally adequate with a spa at each end and the obligatory swim-up bar. No fresh fruit at bars but you can bring fruit from the buffet and they'll mix whatever you want. Evening entertainment is great reggae, of course. Everyone is friendly, mon, and asks if you're enjoying yourself. And you will be, no doubt - - it's all good! อ่านเพิ่มเติม
