hot tub was cold and not in working order

The bathroom and toiletries were the nicest part of the room. The towels and linens were very thin - I could see through a wash cloth! The window unit did not have an option to have the fan running continously, which is something I need to provide white noise at night. Either the air conditioning was running or it was off. The carpeting did not look […] as if it had been vacuumed wel as there was built up dirt around the edges. Conventient location from I-20, but a rather sketchy looking area. The B.C. Ramada wasn't bad, but could use more concerned attention. Upon checking in, 4/5/12 at 1p.m. the clerk was more occupied in talking to someone at home on her cell phone than she was anything else. Again at check out 4/6/12 10:45 a.m., a clerk with no id/rep. whatsoever simply told us ok your good. He offered no receipt, no thank you, and no […] have a nice day. Our room was very clean, appearance was very nice, however comfort could use improvements. The mattress felt as though it was an air mattress, hollow like. It even thumped liked an air mattress if you patted it with your hand. The sofa offered no support at all. I sank into a hole when I sat and the back of the sofa felt as though it was actually faux. I do not mean to make it sound as though our visit was unpleasant, on the contreary, we enjoyed our stay very much. The bathroom was very clean and pleasant. Please do not ever change soaps/shampoos, as the fragreance treated me to something above aromatherapy. The contental breakfast A+. Exercise room A+. A stroll around the entire hotel is a necessity. While the price was very reasonable, it was not in the best neighborhood and the hotel was very dated with an uncomfortable (king) bed. The one side door that is supposed to be key access only was simply opened by a simple pull without the key access.

Room was comfortable but the bathroom floor was sticky--probably because the soap was not rinsed off after washing, and the stopper in the sink did not work; Otherwise every thing was very good

Overall I had a good experience. The room was decent. And the breakfast was the best I've ate at any hotel.

The beds were very bad, would have been better to sleep on the floor. Bathroom tub still had someone elses hair left in it. One of the lamps didnt work in the room. Never got the wifi to work. The lady taking care of breakfast was rude when we asked about food that was empty. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly.

by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in... and I've stayed in A LOT. The security key passes on the outer doors that go into the main hotel... every single one was broken, so anybody off the street had access at any given time. I had to go buy a can of lyson to use in the room... the condition of the room itself was disgusting, and the front desk […] staff barely had a pulse. More like a Motel 6 than a Ramada Inn. A/C not a/c heat pump so wouldn't cool. Something made noise the whole time. Hallway has some strange smell. Sign to Laundry pointed the wrong way - was outside by pool - not inside by weight room. Old washers/dryers, etc. No soap dispenser for laundry. Price should have provided a little more than it did.

When I arrived at the front desk to check in, I was asked for my i.d. and method of payment. I informed the clerk I paid on Hotels.com and I had a confirmation #, she told me she didnt see it, but I wouldnt be charge. I asked her two more times if I would be charged and she told me no. Really nice hotel. Can't beat the price. Good warm breakfast. Easy to get to anywhere you need to go in Shreveport. I don't know why you would pay more.

room had big fly fying around. need to make sure rooms are free of insects. bathroom need more attention.

people stomping up the stairs all night looked like chocolate milk sprayed on the wall they didn't change the sheets just made the bed up not happy and will not stay again

No elevators, hair and dirt behind bathroom sink. Old carpet, gentleman in front of us got his clothes stolen from his room. Will not go back

Do not let the price tempt you, this hotel is run down and in the process of being revamped. The management was rude, we booked a king room was given a room with 2 queens and they would not change it. Bad water pressure in shower and tub in need of repair, the walls were stained and multi colored. Great breakfast, nice variety of food. Hotel was centrally located to everything. Our toilets wouldn't flush right, other than that not bad. Was older Ramada.

The layout of the building made it very hard to locate our room. Other than that, good price for decent room

The staff at this hotel listen well and went above and beyond to satisfy reasonable request.

This hotel was close to everything you need. It had a very nice lobby-but smelled like cigarettes. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bedspread was very heavy had to move it. she is an older builder and 30 years ago was great! now her age is starting to show but is stil very comfortable.

I arrived to our hotel about an hour before my husband. I sat in our room for no more than 10 minutes and had to wait outside because of the horrible smell. I actually got nauseated and was sick. I had a headache for the next day and had to wash my clothes( once home) twice before the horrible musky smell actually came out of my clothes, from only TEN […] MINUTES in the room. We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary for just a small getaway. The Bathtub Grout was not clean. The room smelled stuffy when we went in, & the first room the attendant assigned us was already occupied.

This hotel was dirty inside and out. The grounds had lots of trash. The people working there were not friendly at all. The bathroom in our room had mold in the shower and around the toilet and floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room had an odor. The bathroom was substandard. The spicket came off the wall while I tried to take a shower. I was not compensated for this. I was very disappointed with this hotel.

Between the roaches and the double charging our credit card and the manager never being available, I would've rather slept in my car. Don't stay here unless you like being disappointed.

The only reason we stayed at his motel was because we went with a group & the majority was staying there but otherwise I would have never stayed there & don't ever plan on going back! I honestly felt like I got what I paid for which was crap!!!!!!! The bed linens had smoke holes, the floor had stains, the coffee maker didn't work AND there was a ROACH […] in the bathroom! When showering, the tub filled up with water as if u were trying to take a bath! I wouldn't recommend this DUMP to my worst enemy( oh wait, on second thought maybe I would!). Anywho, my stay here was horrible & to add to this nightmare, once we got back to our room the entrance door was broke so had to walk in the freezing cold to the next entrance just to get to our room! The employees were so nice an helped with anything we needed answered all questions. The hotel itself could use alittle maintenance but was still nice. The bar that is in the hotel was very laid back an the bartender was very nice. So if u want a layed back place to stay this is perfect. :)

Staff was pleasant and the room was clean. It was about 1/2 price the casino hotels in Shreveport/Bossier City. If you are looking for a sleeping room at an affordable price, this one works.

Not at all happy with this Hotel. The security lock on the back door into the hotel was broken and anyone could walk in. A fight errupted in the hall at 1:30 A.M. No amenities to speak of. Blow dryer was broken and some of the electrical outlets did not work.
