Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg - วิลเลียมสเบิร์ก

We found this hotel to be spotless. Linens were immaculate. Service was very good. Not too far from Colonial Williamsburg. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, I hadn't realized that we booked a suite, and were pleasantly surprised. It was a very reasonable price for a suite for Spring Break in Williamsburg. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies and coffee that were put out, as well as the indoor pool & hot tub and the outdoor patio for sunbathing. It was very conveniently located to Historic […] Williamsburg as well as William & Mary College, which is why we were there. The only inconvenience, is that when we arrived at around 3:00, our room wasn't ready. They assured us it would be ready in 30-45 minutes, so we went to Wendy's for lunch, and when we came back, it was ready. Amenities such as the indoor pool, cookies, breakfast and closeness to many shops and restaurants make this ideal for travel with kids.

I know it's February and that tomorrow the high will only be in the mid-50s. But today it's 80 degrees. Please turn on the AC! Other than that, free cookies after 4 p.m., fully-stocked business center (stapler, paper clips, rulers, scissors, etc.), free internet, convenient location, good price, refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and available throughout the entire visit. My greatest concern was the incomplete advertising. I selected the hotel to have access to the pool and jacuzzi which I found out upon arrival were closed.

Just what expected from the Hilton, great rooms, great accomodations, great staff. The location was perfect, there was 3 spectular resturants in walking distance from the hotel and it is about 2 miles from the outlet. The breakfast was good, and at a resonable price and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I think this hotel was one of the best values of any that I have visited. The personnel was accommodating and kind, the place was clean, convenient and the breakfast excellent for the cost. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked that eveything I needed to do was a short distance to the hotel. Any kind of resturant you could want is practicaly on the door step, you can walk to many of them. The place was very clean in the rooms and out.

This hotel is wonderful! The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. Anytime we had a question, they were more than willing to help us. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is a great stay friendly service free coffee. The rooms are pretty clean and I am really picky....great stay

CLean, quiet, and great location. Enjoyed our stay. It was close to outlet mall and colonial Williamsburg. Also Bush Gardens but we did not go there. Will stay there again.

My husband and I brought our family to visit. Hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and happy to see us. Pool was fun for children. Nice location for our visit.

The hotel was nice, fire in the fireplace and cookies out for the guests. Receptionist was polite.

Wonderful clean, quite and safe hotel. Only problem experienced was that they failed to transfer my in coming call, which could have been a problem for someone else. They compensated me with a voucher for a free breakfast which I didn't use. I had no cell phone service in the room, only outside. The free cookies at 4 p.m. were a nice touch.

Not only is the facility great, so is the staff. I arrived early for a function and needed to change clothes. They were full so couldn't get me to a room early but provided me with a place to change. When I did return they had my key ready and provided me with info re eating, shopping, etc. Great stay though all too short.

I've always been happy with Hilton's Garden Inns, and this stay was no different. My ONLY criticism is that the "high speed" internet was painfully slow. I did a speed test at speediest.net and the fastest connection I got was 0.47Mb/sec. That's just about dial-up. Other than that, it was great.

I have to say I do have high standards when it comes to hotels but this was an acceptable stay to attend a friend's wedding. Good location, decent accommodations, and a friendly maintenance man who explained why our heater smelled (rusted radiator coils that aren't used for months and then turned on for the first time is bad news). The smell was pretty […] bad but subsided after running the AC for a bit and the maintenance guy tracked down some air freshener. The bed was comfortable, nice flat screen tv, and a good sized bathroom. Didn't have the chance to try the breakfast (~$8 per person) but the lobby area and front receptionists were friendly. Great location, clean hotel, just wish they had queen size beds!! Will definitely stay at again.

Our room was close to the elevators, and between the AC and the ice machine, the noise was unacceptable.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice and enjoy the comfort of the rooms and availability to the shopping areas and restaurants. Our most recent visit was not as pleasant due to kids running around upstairs (we were on the 2nd floor). I shared this information with the hotel clerk and all she said that she was sorry. The hotel was clean, well kept, pool was small but good for a quick swim. It was easy to get to all the local attractions with in minutes. The favorite part for the kids...the large tray of complimentary cookies each evening :)

Hotel is very well kept, and only 2 1/2 miles from Colonial Williamsburg. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Though in a mostly commercial neighborhood, it is a very nice one. Clean, comfortable, spacious room at a very reasonable price. I liked it, and would recommend it without hesitation. You won't be disappointed.

we had a problem with loud pumps in the wALL COMING ON ALL NIGHT WE ASKED TO BE MOVED AND THEY HAD NO ROOMS AVAILABLE

Wonderful staff that was friendly and attentive. Clean rooms and great service. Within 10 minutes to all Williamsburg attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a nice stay here, front desk staff could not be nicer, EXCELLENT breakfast, fire alarm woke us at 6:30 in the morning and they offered compensation, went off again 2 hours later (neither was the hotel's fault)... would stay here again without a doubt
