The hotel was clean and the staff was great, but the pool was no so. The water was dirty and smell.

Everything was very good. The pool's blinds did show a lot of rust and the pool was drenched with bleach. Overall, great.

Excellent place for a reasonable price...needs some updating, especially to bathtub/shower and bed, but it was quite comfortable overall.

Hotel isn't fancy but its clean, the staff is excellent and the breakfast was a huge plus. The rooms were a nice size and included a microwave and fridge for late night munchies.

We had absolutely no complaints at all. Very nice staff, very clean room, very comfortable bed. We stayed for 5 days. Nice variety of breakfast items every morning! I will stay there again. And again.

This is not the nicest Fairfield Inn I have ever stayed at. It is small and old, and the king-size bed was broken down in the center.

Positive: Good value. Convenient. Negative: Elevator smelled of sewage leak - was drawing air in from elevator shaft. Pillows were way too soft - flatten out thin. Not modern decor in general - needs updating. Small pool.

Lock to door malfunctioned and required 30 minutes surgery at 11 pm. Shower head rotated towards shower wall and could not be positioned where it would spray the person taking the shower. Staff friendly. Pool okay but could have used some TLC Room 200

I would recommend that you call to see if they have any groups of kids (teenagers) staying there. I'm sure it was just teens beeping teens, however, running up and down the hall, jumping on the floor above us, and pounding on our door in the middle of the night did not make for a good night. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The rooms have a microwave AND a refrigerator. The breakfast was good and more than just muffins. I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel!

The service was great very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and room was clean location was great for the locations we were going too, with food places very close...We would stay there again good rates.

We stayed for two nights the first night was ok. However, after a long day the following day we were expecting a clean room we opened our door and NOTHING had been cleaned. There were no clean towels, no soap, unmade bed, trash overflowing as we previously had cleaned our car trash out, and all we got was an apology. No comps, extra night, not even […] soap. We did however, get towels. The manager showed us where the maid service had signed off on cleaning our room but the proof was in the room and it has been documented at the hotel. I Was Surprised Of How Small The Rooms Are, This Was Our First Time Staying At Your Hotel Chain. Housekeeping Was Less Than Acceptable, On Saturday The Cleaning Lady Come By To Clean, She Cleaned The Bathroom, Gave Us Fresh Towels And That Was All. Sunday Morning We Took Our Sign Off The Door @ 10:00 A.M, And Waited For Service, So At Two O'Clock I […] Went Down To The Service Desk To Ask About When Our Room Would Be Cleaned And A Young Lady Said She Would Get Them To Come Clean The Room......At 5:00 I Went Back To The Service Desk To Report Our Room Hadn't Been Cleaned, There Was A Gentleman There At That Point, I Let Him Know My Previous Yrip To The Service Desk, And He Assured Me He Would Get Someone Up Right Away, And He Held Up To His Word. I was very pleased with the entire stay. The cost was very reasonable. The cleanliness was excellent. The managers were very pleasant and helpful. The pool was open to my family and was clean. The overall rating was great!

The king sized bed was super comfy! There were good breakfast options and the cookies were GREAT! The location was perfect for what I needed for visiting family in Lewisville and Dallas. The hotel staff was very nice and also took care of my request for at least a second floor room.

We chose this hotel based on its indoor pool and convenience to Grapevine Mills, but I had just come out of a teacher conference at the Gaylord Texan, and the rooms themselves are VERY COMPARABLE! 99.9 % of the time I write good reports on hotels BUT this time NOWAY......The room A/C would not keep the room even comfortable, when I contacted the front desk all they said was we will get it checked.NO ONE ever came to check. The breakfast area is way to small, poor quality and selections. Not worth staying at. Would not recommend to anyone.
