Just very poor restaurant service. Not great knowledge, and didn't have 3 of my choices :( The rooms were very nicely done, comfy bed :)

In spite of a hockey team staying at the same hotel our floor was very quiet. We would stay here again.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was aloof and did not offer many suggestions for meals and location of shopping. Location was good based on the reason for my stay, but did need to travel for meals and shopping. Would recommend this Hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel where the housekeepers will come into your room while you are still in bed, this is the place to be!

Very upsetting to have guest (young adults) running through the halls, singing and knocking on doors still at 2:00 a.m. I shouldn't have to call down to have this taken care of ...the staff should automatically enforce a reasonable time for quietness so we can do what we came for --get some sleep.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. Burned out light bulb in our bathroom was replaced quickly. Only complaint-bartender should have had more help. She was all by herself-there was no waitress.

Holiday Inns have come a long way. I would stay there again. It was a great experience.

Great staff except for one woman at the front desk. She was a bit snooty. I asked to have late check out and I would have had to pay $10. When do hotels now charge for late check out? I liked everything else about the hotel.

This hotel was very beautiful. I found out it was just recently renovated. For the price, it was a good bang for your buck. The staff was also very courteous! I would stay there again!

Wonderful suite for our family of 5 including 3 children under 6. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly! Easy drive to Bronte Park with wonderful playgrounds for the children.

Our children had never been on a train, so we asked the gentleman at the front counter and he was very nice. He directed us to a Go train station, only two minutes from the hotel. It took us into Toronto, where we enjoyed walking around, playing at the park, looking at the boats on the lake, and having dinner. there was too much noise till 1 am and we had to call two times the front desk to control the rowdism and noise going on in the coridor.

Very comfortable room, friendly staff and lots of free parking. Would gladly stay here again if I was in the Oakville area. Only problem is that the computer in the business office is slow, and has few programs other than MS Office.

The staff were friendly and efficient. the hotel was very clean and well loooked after. Parking was free - a nice perk in Toronto. The hotel also has a restaurant were you can obtain all meals. Food was very good, but a little more attention needs to be placed on seating the customer in the restaurant. Customers are made to wait until seated.

Very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Found the staff to be very helpful. For example: in the restaurant, we requested some changes to accomodate a restricted diet and our waiter cheerfully made that happen. Front desk staff looked for and located a BB charger I'd forgotten. Rooms comfortable, clean and quiet. I'd recommend this hotel.

All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The facility was exceptionally clean - every where - and the beds were very comfortable. A very positive experience.

Enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel is much nicer than it appears from the outside. Even though it is located next to the QEW, the road noise was non existant and we have 2 great night sleeps. We have already booked our room again for Christmas as it is so convenient for travelling around the GTA. I have stayed in the hotel for 3 days with my wife and two older children. Very nice hotel, clean, modern and very nice staff. Actually it was a better stay than four start hotels that I stayed in Toronto.

One thing i would like to say about this hotel is that this is one of the best holiday inn's iv ever stayed at. Room beds are comfortable, Restaurant has great service and food and the front desk staff is very proffessional and helpfull.

The whole experience was great, from the room, the facilities in the room; two tv's (great for the kids), kitchenette (extremely convenient if you have had time to shop), room service and other hotel faciities were also excellent (only tried the ) gym.
