We reserved 3 nights, arrived late and tired. When we went to the room we noticed a 1/4 inch gap in the door and light shinning through. The bathroom door looked as though someone punched it. We stayed anyway. During the night the bed frame broke. The next morning I went to the manager and reported the problem. He did not apologize , just explained […] this has happened before and could fix it. When I asked to be moved to another room he argued not wanting to. After a few words he relented. This hotel served the overnight pit-stop requirements, but I can't say it was fantastic. Relatively high rate for a medium level hotel, and definitely no frills. Room was clean, breakfast was so-so, and staff were friendly.

It is a bit far from Nashville, but very clean and safe for a family staying the night. A decent hot breakfast and great service. The beds were comfortable and sheets brand new. The bathroom was fine and could have used more soap. I would stay here for passing through again.

This hotel was ok. It was clean but needed to be remodeled. I would go to the holiday inn express at this exit instead next time for a few dollars more.

Not horrible. There were no towels in the room when we got there. When we did ask for some, they only gave us two. Seen a spider. Even though there was coffee in the room, the water was very cloudy. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was great.

Hotel staff was very nice. Room was clean and lots of stores, restaurants in the area. I will stay there again I'm in that area again.

This hotel has recently been renovated and was clean. The room came with a small fridge and microwave which is perfect for any family traveling. The staff was extremely friendly which made the place perfect.

The continental breakfast was less than desirable, but overall it was good experience. Room was clean, staff was helpful, and had no troubles with my reservation. Great room for the price.

Clean. Close to the highway. Good breakfast. But, online it said pets ok with a 5.00 pet charge. when we got there they had a big sign NO PETS. Need to remove that piece from Web site.

It was ok for price.. The A/C had no happy medium either way hot or too cold.. No fan by itself to keep air circulating..

the rooms could have been cleaner we had to go ask for towels they did not make up our room have stayed in better

The air conditioner was VERY noisy and could not be adjusted. Room had a vague musty odor. Painting over old stains is NOT a renovation.

Place is clean and pretty comfy. Would pay more and stay in better place for an extended stay, but is fine for a night while traveling.

not too bad for the money. there was a beverage left in the fridge from another stay. over all clean and would stay again

Can't argue with the value of this place. A friend and I stopped here on a roadtrip, we needed somewhere affordable and booked here. Staff was incredibly friendly, room was clean and stocked with everything we needed...met our expectations. Was quite convenient, only problem , I found the door handle broked one night on my way back to the hotel and I have to sleep in another room, until they fix it next morning. I was concern about my belongings since I can not access my room that nigh. TV didn't work well. Called front desk & they said to unplug the cable box. Workes somewhat, but kept having to unplug cable box. Not a real big deal cuz we were just there to sleep, shower & get back on the road.

I was very pleased with my room and would highly recommend it to anyone. My niece & I as well as other family members stayed here and found it clean, comfortable, & in a very good location.

They say this hotel just became under new management and they are fixing the place up. But when I got there my room was kinda dirty, the bed spread had a hole burnt in it, and I was not comfortable with it but i stayed. I woke up one morning with bugs crawling by my head and that was the end of that i checked out and stayed somewhere else. We live in Nashville and could have gone home, but decided to crash. For the price, its was fine. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was average but you get what you pay for.
