I would stay here again. The hotel can be a tad difficult to find. It has a N. University Dr. address but it's set back off the road on an access road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

Everything met expectations except the sink area in the bathroom which was entirely too small. All toilet items had to be stored on the floor. Maybe we had a handicap room since the area in the bathroom itself was more than adequate.

PILLOWS:The only thing I didn't like is the bed pillows were all to fluffy. I prefer a flater feather pillow.

Very clean comfortable room but no hot water for the 4 days I was there, Also the pool area was not maintained there were leaves everywhere, the hotel address is on a main street but the hotel is located a block away with no signs indicating where to turn.

What the hotel lacks in decor and appearance, the hotel staff sure make up with their friendliness and good nature. The hotel has a funky smell, and the decor is dated AND old. While I was there, they were in the midst of renovations, so things might improve in the future. On the plus side, there is a mall less than 0.4miles from the hotel, and a McDonald's […] right by the entrance. The guy in check out wasn't too pleasant and wasn't at his desk, the security guard in duty had to go and fetch him wherever he was hiding

The maid staff was awful, I had to ask repeatedly to clean my room and by time they were ready for it, it was almost 3pm. I needed to come back to my room to shower and get ready for the night. So for 2 straight days they didn't clean my room. In fact in 5 days my room only got cleaned once with one day I gt them to change the sheets, unacceptable. My […] shower didn't have a curtain so there was water everywhere when I showered. Room was very loud being next to the elevator and i couldn't sleep much. Staff wasn't very helpful either. Checked in late after a casino concert. No soap or shampoo, called desk and guard brought up in minutes. Carpet and interior in great condition. Comfortable bed. Slept late but was not harassed (was out by noon checkout time.) Did not use any amenitites but there was a nice 'store' at the front desk that sold candy and toiletries, etc.

Nice hotel with some very friendly people! Excellent location....close to some eating joints as well the big mall Coral Square! The room however gives the impression that the hotel needs some renovation! Also the internet though was free had a very weak connection that kept breaking. This stay was great. The hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, exhibited a friendly, warm attitude. Very refreshing compared to some other hotels. Rooms were clean, comfortable and fresh. We only had breakfast in the dining room, but the food was great. Would definitely stay again!!

Wouldn't you know it? The pool was being serviced the week we were there (rating ding#. But the room was very nice indeed, with amenities galore #iron/board, hair dryer, in-room coffee, and more#. It's a quiet hidden hotel off University which is great Bcuz University is full of restaurants and shops and movie theaters. The hotel was clean no complaints

For the price, decent value; the mattress was hard like a concrete slab and not nearly as comfortable as mattresses at regular Marriott property- but there is free internet
