Great location and great frontdesk staff. Pull out bed could use a new mattress and hotel could use more linens.

One of the better hotels I've stayed in recently. The rooms were wonderful, the employees were great, and everything else was top-notch. The pool/hot-tub area was great, and very clean. Close to highway. Hard to sleep at night at least in the rooms close to the highway where I stayed. May be they need to insulate windows facing the highway. Good service, good breakfast, very close to UNT.

Bathroom floor was dirty. Sink was not cleaned. We were on the bottom floor and could hear every move those on floors above us made. Very noisy night. Sheets appeared to be clean but comforter smelled dirty.

Staff at front desk friendly. Welcoming after long drive. Offered different room when I checked in because my original was next to elevator.

The air conditioner or the ice machine outside our room....216 was making a weird noise all night long. My in-laws said it kept them up for awhile, but otherwise the room was perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't arrive until 9:30 and the pool and hot tub close at 10 so that wasn't good. We wanted to sit in the hot tub after a long afternoon of driving. We got to for a few minutes but it was cold so we didn't stay in it. Breakfast was self serve but very good.

Hotel was good, A/C unit made some noise. Breakfast was decent, couldn't get the lady in charge to make fresh coffee.

Had a good stay

My stay was good except we lost internet access TWICE, on two separate days, once all afternoon and evening, once for 24 hours. Staff were wringing their hands, couldn't do anything because folks at corporate didn't care enough to treat it as urgent. I couldn't do work in the evenings or prepare for the next day's meetings, and had to drive somewhere […] else to use neighboring wifi. Not acceptable. The whole experience was great! The staff was friendly and helpful! The neighborhood was great! The hotel is just a few blocks away from a lot of great resteraunts! The continental breakfast that is served is extremely good! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Denton!

Great hotel. Spacious and very clean. My family said it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It is conveniently located by UNT (3 blocks away) and close to shopping and restaurants. They have a staff member that makes and continuously replenishes their continental breakfast. It was very good. A wonderful place to stay.

The hotel was great for the money. The daily hot breakfast was a plus, although it should have been served from 6 - 10am for those early and late risers. The room could have been cleaner. The soles of my feet should not be dirty from walking across the floor of my room. I also killed 3 spiders and one roach during my stay. front desk very helpful/friendly. Safety important to me. Felt very safe here and comfortable. Would stay again.

The room and beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was great. The hot tub was extremely hot. It was relaxing once you got used to the temperature. The breakfast the next morning was disgusting. The eggs were soggy, the sausage nauseating, and the cereal was stale. But all in all I would stay there again.

The hotel was very nice for a small college area. The beds were VERY comfortable, with very nice dressings, linens and lots of pillows, the air conditioner was in great shape and cold, and the front desk clerks were very helpful.

We had a king suite for two adults and one teenager - great king bed - comfortable linens and lots of small pillows. The sofa bed was just average, but I didn't like that we had to go down to the front desk to pick up sheets, pillows and blankets. Those should have been waiting in the room and ideally been on the sofa bed already. Enjoyed that they […] had coffee out around the clock and the hot breakfast each day was nice. Pool looked inviting, although we never got a chance to use it. Hotel had a weird little elevator, but we ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Total Non-Smoking facility. Room fresh and clean and quiet.

Although I requested a non-smoking room, I think that previous guests must have smoked in there because it had a stale smoke odor. However, the smell dissipated quickly, so I didn't bother complaining to the desk. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and the room was quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. It offered plenty of choices […] (hot and cold cereals, pastries, toast, fresh fruit, DIY waffles, an egg and bacon dish, and coffee, tea and juice). One reason that I booked this hotel was based upon reviews of other guests who said that restaurants were within walking distance. This is true, but I was expecting sit-down restaurants, not fast food joints. There could be more lights for the parking lot. The room was bigger than expected but I was glad since I had my two year old. She had more room to run. This hotel did not have a business center. If you are needing a place to stay for the night to rest, it would be ideal but for vacation, I would pick something closer to Dallas.
