What you expect, helpful staff, fair rooms 2 exits from St Joseph very close to the freeway

I was greatly suprised, the Hotel was nice and clean. The room was large and had all the necessary conveniences. The Staff was Friendly and helpful recommending places to eat. It is close to all main hwys and my appointment. I would recommend this Hotel to all sales people traveling in the Toledo area.

Take your own pillows.....they had the small, lumpiest pillows we have seen. The hotel was clean, it's an older hotel that has been updated. The breakfast buffet was average...no typical yogurts or bananas.

Hotel breakfest was normal for free , everything was clean

Upon arrival (and the remainder of our stay) the front desk was less than courtious. The internet was down. Other guest were at the pool running, yelling and using profane language unsutable for my childrens ears and the staff did nothing about it. There was an infestation of large black beetles. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

The hotel was clean, the bathroom shower was the only real negative, the spray was weak and I could not get the head to move to adjust it. The breakfast was mediocre. We were just sleeping there on our way to another city, so it was a great location right off the toll road.

First morning when we went down for Breakfast, (served from 6:30am - 9:30 am) at 8am. Sausage gravy was gone, three biscuits left, very little waffle mix left and no one was around to ask for more!!!!! The pool was a bit chilly but hot tub was awesome!!!! Would stay again, just will plan on getting up earlier to go to breakfast!!!!!!

My husband and two kids stayed here in July and were very pleased with the cleanliness and service of the hotel. The breakfast was very good (doughnuts were even from Tim Horton's, not some boxed, stale store brand), although the eating space is a little tight. Recommended stay.
