Fairfield Inn Fort Worth I-30 West Near NAS JRB - ฟอร์ตเวิร์ท

PROS: We needed an inexpensive place to stay and the online reviews were mixed. We decided to take a chance and were so, SO glad we did! The hotel accommodations were perfect, the room was larger than we were used to with a bonus seating area, but the most important attribute was the friendliness and positive helpful attitude of EVERY staff member we […] dealt with. We have stayed at posh hotels before and can honestly say that the room quality, cleanliness, and size were comparable. In addition, amazingly, we can say that that while we have stayed numerous times at various hotels in Hawaii, the "ohana" family spirit is certainly matched at the Aspen Suites in Fort Worth. What a treat in this day of such poor customer service! CONS: the hotel is undergoing renovation, so the pool was closed and no one told us we could use their sister hotel's pool.We did not attend the free breakfast, but the sign said, "coffee and muffins" and nothing else. (Disclaimer: we rarely eat the free breakfast in hotels.) In addition, at 6:20AM on Saturday morning, the sounds of loud construction work began. (Apparently, they don't work on Sunday or my complaint was conveyed.) All the cons seemed to be due to renovation activity. I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. The hotel was being renavated so the pool and spa was closed and the breakfast was terrible, the bisquts where as hard as rocks the milk wasnt cold and there wasnt a good selection. Do not book this hotel until renovations are completed. I booked this hotel unaware of the fact that they are going through a complete renovation. Two thirds of the hotel wa completely gutted, including the area where you access the elevator. There was no coffee or juice available at, what they called, breakfast. Only warm milk and cereal. OUR BATHROOM WAS COVERED IN MOLD AND LOOKED AND SMELLED LIKE IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS!

The Aspen suites was located very well for me and my wife to run the Cowtown marathon. Our room was ok, not the best - not the worst, I will get into that later. The obvious problem being that the hotel (except for approx 5 rooms) was being remodeled. Down to bare studs remodeled. There were just several things that seemed kinda sketchy to me other […] than that. For 1 - breakfast was supposed to be included however when we got to the front desk at approx 6:00 am to ask where the breakfast was (because of aforementioned remodeling) the clerk literally told us "yeah I went back there to look for it and there is none, it's not that big of a deal because it was just some muffins and stuff like that anyway". Ok big deal to us as we didn't know for sure where to go before our race to get something. Another annoyance was the door to the stairwell slammed extremely loud and people were going in and out until after 11:00 pm. Ok I'm not THAT old but I needed to get up at 4:45 to run a marathon. So I was tired all day. The bath tub didn't hold water as the drain leaked so to sit in nice hot water you had to have it running the whole time. Another thing is we had to use the neighboring hotel pool to swim and not sure from where we received 24 hours of Internet access for our 2 night stay. My only complaint was breakfast was 30 minutes late Saturday morning.

Not bad, carpet in the room had stains but otherwise it was clean. Beds were ok, one too soft but the other was fine. Over all location was nice, parking wasn't bad, the only complaint I can come up with is they need more "on staff" at the front desk, breakfast bar seemed to thin out quickly with out being restocked or slow to restock. This hotel had dirty sheets that had to be changed first of all, then bedding for couch bed was given to us covered in hair. I booked a suite and it had only two bath towels and when I asked for more I was given small scratchy pool towels. To top it all off we found the maid using a towel for a mop head! Can you imagine the person that got that towel […] in their room. Oh yea can't forget about the rude woman at the front that would not even try to see if we could check in an hour early. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, It was near shopping and some great resteraunt. The beds were so comfortable my bf slept great that night. I reccomend going here for a place to stay while in town for business or just to get a break from home

Nice stay for this money. The room was clean and quiet. Additional coach is a useful thing to have. Quick and responsible personnel. Breakfast was so so, with a long waiting for fresh coffee and warm water that suppose to be hot.

Not much of a 'breakfast', but it was free. No towels in pool area. Very considerate staff, very helpful. Quiet hotel. Good value for the money. Will stay again.

staff was very friendly upon arrival...room was fair, pillows werre ridiculously small, clean room, but outdated. overall served our needs for the one night we were there

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights during Christmas. All employees were very nice and helpful. Overall, very good experience. We will stay again in the futrue.

We relocating to the U.S. and we changed 5 hotels in two weeks, so I know what I'm saying. This one was not fine, it was perfect! Clean and spacy rooms with sofas, friendly staff (even the housekeeping!). Equipment of this hotel isn't very new, but it maintained in excellent technical condition (and clean), and it's far much better than get a new equipment […] which not works properly. Enjoyed the large room, comfortable beds, microwave & fridge - and just about everything else in this hotel! Breakfast was very nice too - several options to choose from. And the price couldn't be beat! I will definitely stay here again - and will recommend it to others!

the location was good. the price was real good but you get what you pay for. the rms arent what they showed online they are very small and they are not updated at all they also mention that there is a spa tube in the king rms which i couldnt wait to relax in well that wasnt there either. but again u get what you pay for.

Air did not work..called tbe desk at.3 am ..notjing wss don..it was hot.. Coffee pot did not work in tbe room Remote contril did not work... Ciffee downstairs was cold and it was 9:30 in the morning... We come a lot and wzs trying yo find a nice motel... Tha.ks

I would only recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel that is a decent price with a spa available and a good surrounding area with things to do. Have stayed there several times now and I am handicap and never have a handicap room. When I go to front desk always told they cant help me. Its hard to get around in a regular room when in a wheel chair.

Friendly staff..nice shallow relaxing pool-whirlpool....hot small buffet breakfast...very pleasantly surprise with comfort and quality for the price...will stay there again

we stayed there 2 nights and the staff was great. We checked in late and they already had us set so that our 2 rooms were conjoining w/out even asking!! The beds were a little soft but cant be helped. The had a sofa that we also pulled out for extra sleeping space. The Aspens was an old Comfort Suites. It was had 70 rooms which made it nice. Great hotel. was completely above expectations. had a dishwasher available, and those traveling with infants or small children know how hard it is to keep bottles and sippy cups available and clean. This was a good hotel for just spending the night in and leaving in the am. It was located by a put put golf and arcade game place that was awesome for the kiddos. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub was very nice. It was a great place to stop and wind down during our vacation.
