Extended Stay America Norwalk - Stamford - นอร์วอล์ค

During my four night stay at this hotel I had numerous problems including hair on the bedding, a broken bathroom sink, leaking kitchen sink and poor service. Maids walked in without knocking then never came back to clean, front desk was rude and unhelpful, and many problems were never fixed during my visit. I would never stay here again.

I was very impressed with the set up and location of the hotel. Very convenient and relaxing, but apparently the hotel staff are lacking in critical thinking skills. They managed to mess up the dates on my reservation and on my key cards.They sent housekeeping to my room waking me times when I was not scheduled to check out. The third housekeeper didn't […] even knock. He just opened my door. I tried to come back to my room after the front desk was closed and I was locked out. The hotel was okay however unless I was receiving a special offer I would not seek out this hotel for a future stay; I have stayed in other hotels for about the same price with better service and amenities.

I awlays stay here when going to New York City. Very convienent to South Norwalk Train station and Metro North service to NYC. Lots of services nearby.

Everything from check in to check out was great! I would recommend that if you like more than one pillow you ask for one at the front desk upon check in. Queen bed only had 2 pillows.

I've been here several times, because of the low cost and that other hotels in the area were booked. The walls are generally very thin, the beds not very comfortable, and the blankets are, well, synthetic feeling. In the past, I've had to change rooms because the toilet didn't shut off or the room had trash. This time, though, there was no hot water […] in the morning. It was a very nice experience. It is located next to the highway exit. Every room has a kitchenette, which makes the room bigger. Even if you not going to cook anything, it is still nice to be able to make some coffee and a toast.

Brenda K. on the desk was extremely helpful changing my room when it was shown the card would not open the room lock ,also her tip about having both light switches in the up position allowed us to be able to watch TV . My boyfriend and I spent a Saturday night at the Homestead. The first room we checked into was dirty (towels on the floor, bed not made etc.). This hotel was great! After a stay at a more expensive hotel which was a total nightmare, this hotel was very clean and above satisfactory!!! Great staff, local yummy dining, beautiful hill top hotel to stay at... I will visit here again for sure!!!

Pretty nice place. Very nice people. No pots or pans, however...so not sure why it is considered "extended stay"..maybe that was just a mistake in house cleaning.

The mattress was old and bumpy. The room had no bar soap when I arrived. The tub did not drain when I showered. The fitness equipment squeaked too loudly to use. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk did not acknowledge for a long that I was standing there. Not even a simple, "I will be right with you."

Very good choice by this price. If the hotel can upgrade the carpet along corridor and make the lights more bright along the corridor, I will give rating 5.

It is excellent for a small suite/kitchen type hotel. We have used them before for a wedding and will do so again.

Rate was good and space was available, but the shower needed a really hard scrub on the walls and the TV had poor reception. It was a basic setup with a basic kitchen, and pretty quiet except for the occasionally barking dog. Not a problem for us. Booked at hotels.com for less than half the posted rate.

There were alot of teenagers walking the halls and having loud parties. The guys that were walking the halls scared me cause i didn't know if they were plotting to rob me or break into my room. A little scary if u ask me! But overall the hotel was nice.

The hotel was fine for our purposes, since we were visiting family in the area and it is the only one which seems to allow pets. I think it is overpriced for what you get and I do resent paying an additional $25.00 a night for our dog. A great, simple, clean hotel that welcomes pets. Stayed a night here while on the road - convenient location just off highway. Quiet, friendly staff. One caveat - not clear if the WiFi is free - tried to charge me for access when I checked in, but when I questioned the charge, I was given the code for free.
