Nice update done to the Hotel, everything was good except the elevators. It was still old and it smell bad

Room was great. The gentleman working the desk could not have been more helpful. My wife and I could not have been more satisfied.

Nice quiet clean safe location in business park area, close enough to airport without having to deal with its noise. If you have an easy going attitude and bring your own stuff, you can handle the issues others are complaining about. Main problem I had was the rock-hard pillows, so you might need to BYOP, too! its only 15 min. from downtown, me and my wife went to see a basketball and a baseball game in 2 days that we stayed there. its very close to the stadiums. safe neighborhood. smoke free hotel so thats always a plus. nice people working there. and the price was excellent because its only 10 min. from the PHX airport.

Staff at check-in was extremely friendly and welcoming. Very surprised to not find a hairdryer or conditioner in the room at all.

Several things were not quite right about this stay. I booked for 2 weeks because this website said there were microwaves and minifridges in the double room I booked - there weren't and when I asked the front desk the personvery pointedly said that was a mistake only the king rooms have those amenities. The stairwell was very dirty and I was using it […] frequently. I asked the desk to schedule me for Room cleaning every 3 days, but they gave me clean towels and cleaned the sink and bathroom daily and only did a complete room cleaning, (vacuuming, etc) one the whole time I was there. I won't stay at Red Roof again. One evening a call was put through to my room even though the person didn't know my name and pretended to be from the front desk "verifying" the names of residents. I called thw front desk after hanging up on the person and they said they had pit through the call even though the man didn't know my name because he had called several times อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Staff was very friendly. The room was nice, especially for the price. Clean and comfortable. Not too far to the airport.

This has to be the worst Red Roof Inn I have ever stayed in... the beds might as well just be mattresses on the floor because that's how low they were. The housekeeper needs a lesson on how to make beds because it was pretty messy; I finally redid the entire bed myself. The shower/ bathtub drain was plugged up so that the water backed up; it was gross! […] I informed the Front Desk and they said they would inform Maintenance. Great experience, starting with the front desk staff. Very helpful to our needs. Convenient location for us. Great value. Though no on sight breakfast plenty of eating establishments very close, and staff provided us a list of places we could eat. Would bring a hair dryer. Rooms comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was off the main highway and away from the traffic noise. I took two grand kids with me and they said they like the place and would like to stay there again sometime. I would recommend the hotel to others to stay there if they are ever in the valley.

I came in late at night and Nora was ready to get my papers that had to be signed and was very helpful in giving me whatever help I would need. The price was fabulous and very clean. All that I needed was in room. I chose to stay at the Red Roof Hotel a second time And saw Nora who again gave me the help to get in my room. My stay both times were very […] pleasant and if I go back to Tempe, I will certainly stay at this Hotel because of the help, and the price which I hope will not change along with the cleanliness of Hotel..Thank You so much for having such a lovely Hotel which I hope others will experience what I did. The hotel smelled of re-heated fish dinner, the online pictures of the room were light years nicer than the actual room itself, and the bed was literally as hard as a rock. My arm kept falling asleep through out the night because the bed was SO hard. What an awful experience!

We stayed here as we had a very early flight and the rate was very low, the hotel was by the airport but they didn't have a shuttle and the cab fair was 15.00 dollars. If I had known that I would have paid more for a nicer hotel with a shuttle. We left room at 3am and there was no coffee or anything available to eat or drink. I thought the room was very clean. I had a fridge and microwave in my room overlooking the pool. The Office personal were very kind and helpful. I will be back again next year.

The women at the front desk (both in the evening and the morning April 3 pm and April 4 am) were exceptional. Very helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

Nice for the price. Bed a little hard. Shower leaked a little, but overall not bad.

This no-frills hotel was clean and in a quiet area not too far from the airport. The air-conditioning was blessedly quiet. However, the towels were flimsy and the toiletries (shampoo, etc.) either non-existent or tiny. I will look harder next time I need a place to stay, unless price is the only factor.

The Hotel was in a good location central to most of the things that we were interested in. Night time staff was not very professional, although the Daytime staff a guy named Eric was extemely helpful and nice. Our room was small and smelled funny in the evenings when we got back. It smelled musty and mildewy.

This was an average hotel at best; and you get what you pay for... However; the staff at Red Roof were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable.

We picked this place due to proximately to the Phoenix airport and for the price. On our last day we chose another hotel near the airport that included transportation, a hair dryer, ironing board and a full box of kleenix, and a breakfast!! All of this was included for the same price as the Red Roof.

the pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was hard; no complimentary breakfast; no hair conditioner or hand cream.

None of the features that i was offered were in my room!!!

This hotel is clean, quiet, relatively cheap. The negative is that it does not provide meal.

Wonderful, clean, well-kept hotel for a great price from hotels.com. The pool was clean and inviting.

I had a three night stay in Tempe, Arizona. This hotel was worth the price. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had efficient service. Thank you!

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms very basic. Beds were way too soft and nor inducive to sleep. Zero amenaties other than TV and two straight back chairs. No breakfast nof any kind and no near by (ie: walking distance) restaurants. Basic Motel 6 quality with Holiday Inn Express pricing. Hotel desk staff seemed the epitome of organized confusion.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and major interstates if you are traveling around the valley. The quality of the room and hotel itself were definitely two-star. For the price though, it was fine. it's just not a hotel you'd want to spend much leisure time in.

Area was very nice. Close to airport and fast foods. Not far from a neat shopping area. Hotel a little hard to find. Room was typical and in good repair. Clean and beds comfortable. Good, free and ample parking. Walls are paper thin, but neighbors went to bed early.

The room was comfy and very conveniently located to I-10 which made it possible to get wherever we needed to be within 20 mins! The beds were nice and the staff was amazing, however; at first appearence the room seemed cleaned, but when I looked under the bed I found a lip gloss that didn't belong to anyone in our room! Also, in the restroom I found […] a few plastic disposable razor covers! The price was really good for the location, would I stay there again? We were happy with this lodging. The staff was friendly, the unit was clean and quite and very reasonably priced.
