Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel - เลคบัวนาวิสตา

We had an excellent experience. While only here one night, we are planning to return for our next Disney trip. Buses to Disney parks were convenient, parking was great, view was beautiful (recommend the fireworks view to see Epcot show), room was immaculate, service was professional and hospitable.

Stay here for first night when we come to WDW and always have an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and we love having a balcony. Location is great, convenient to everything. Parking is easy. We don't eat here so can't say anything about the food. A bargain price for a clean and comfy room with a view.

This hotel is one of the first off 535 when on Hotel Plaza Blvd., and is very close to Downtown Disney. This hotel was a steal! An amazing, big, clean and friendly location. It was a fully booked hotel so all the parking was taken. They allowed us to park in valet for free to accommodate everyone. Everything was clean and organized and we had the friendliest waitress at the restaurant. Delicious breakfast buffet (not free but very good food). This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Disney and has free shuttles going back and forth to Disney parks every 30 minutes starting at 8:00 a.m. Till about an hour after park closes. Downtown Disney shuttles start at 6:00 till 3:00 a.m.! I cannot stress how wonderful it is to rely on these buses instead of driving to and from parks & paying for parking. If you want to get to the park before it opens, I recommend the 8:00a.m. departure. The buses pick up at several hotels and then drop you off either at the park or at the parking and transportation station ( which is not directly at any park and will require taking a monorail or ferry). This of course depends on where you're going. I can definitely say I am very pleased with our decision to stay here. When we arrived in our room we had to call the front desk, there was no safe in the room, the remote for tv didn't work. The toilet was loose, the counter in the bathroom was loose the bathroom sink was cracked and on the second day we discovered that the microwave was broken.

my girlfriend and I loved the hotel and the room , the manager was rude and raised his voice to my girlfriend . And when we parked under the coverd area to check in because it was raining outside the valet rudely told us to move to a parking space out in the rain.

How can they call this a resort? Rooms in horrible condition. Trash was under the pull out sofa couch(which tells me housekeeping obviously didn't pull out the sleeper sofa to change the sheets??), bathrooms had areas of mold in the shower, nail was sticking up through the carpet and when we tried to open the balcony door the handle fell off!! I live about 2 hours away and we had a random Disney attack and made the res. right before we left. Had no problems with the res. no weird fee's etc. Hubby didn't like the beds but I had no problem. Is a old hotel remodeled.

We checked in rather late and wanted to go right to bed. However, our air conditioner was so noisy that every time it turned on it woke us up. Not a very restful night to say the least. We reported it the next day.

Maintenance has to be done of course but it was a little distracting to have painters on our balcony scraping paint, etc etc. Also when hotel maintenance or security is having some type of issue in the hallway at 4 in the morning maybe they should speak, if not in hush tones, at least in normal conversation tone.

We were visiting Universal and after a really fun time at the park, we were just too tired to drive 3 hours back to South FL and therefore picked a deal available on Hotels.com. A good choice for a hotel off the resort property. Shuttle to Disney was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we had to get them to adjust a non functioning therostat the maintenance person was prompt and efficient. Fitness centre could use a bit of upgrading, but generally good all around.

The room and bed were very comfortable -- nice TV and great view from the balcony. The added resort fee should be included in the advertised price. Also, we have rarely had to pay extra for a minifridge in the room. Even with the fees, it was still a good buy in the location.

Not fancy but if you are staying in Orlando to do theme parks and experice Orlando on a budget this will work. No fridge in the room so you have to rent it. Bed are comfortable and clean. Just not fancy. I didn't use any of the facilitys as we were busy all day. Convenient and ecconomical .
