not the greatest surrounding neighorhood but didn't feel unsafe coming and going late at night; good value for the money

We always have excellent service and all the amenities at the Comfort Suites line of hotels, and this stay was really no different. The only concern I had was that it was in a terrible location. There was a strip club 2 doors down from the hotel and at least 2 more in the immediate vicinity, with multiple billboards advertising "gentlemen's clubs" and […] a couple "massage parlours" in the area. This isn't Comfort Suites fault, of course, but the reason we chose this hotel was because it was one of the only ones in Dallas with an indoor pool, which my kids consider an integral part of any vacation. Also, for some reason, the housekeeper would strip our bed at the beginning of the afternoon and not make it until the evening, which meant no rest time for us and the kids until I or my husband asked for linens and made the bed. Location was near "gentlemen's clubs" and massage parlor--didn't like that! Pull out bed was uncomfortable.

the hotel was clean , the food service people were excellent and the cleaning staff. the person checking us out was not a pleasant person but the checkin persons were good.

Had a suite with most of the lights not working. Toilet ran all the time and not much of a continental breakfast. No juice or food. Employees are letting this place run to the ground. Have stayed here may times in the past 15 years and sad to say it looks like it should be closed.

Location was great. Indoor pool was green. Had a clean, maintained room everyday. Happen to see a bug in my room, though. Guest services informal but good. WIFI in rooms was a plus. Food service is outsourced, which may lead to a 45 min wait.

Very nice...clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Pool is indoors and open 24 hours which was fantastic. Definitely will stay there again.

Fit our needs---close to train stop so could drop husband off for train into town for meetings and I could keep car to meet friends. Not fancy, but did the job for what we needed.

I was expecting a little more life around the hotel, like better restaurants and just an overall hotel experience, but the surrounding areas were more industrial, lots of liquor stores nearby, rough area of town, the pool was a bit murky but I still had a swim in it, there were different things that if you are not picky you will overlook. The standard room was a little bit small, but it was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and spa was nice, the pool water was very cold for an indoor pool. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definately stay again.

We were there for trade show, location was okay, but hotel condition is very bad, you can smell it... bathroom sink so low you cannot even brush your teeth, we will never stay this hotel anymore, we sugguest don't stay there,

I used to stay in this neighborhood - 20 years ago and it was rich with nice restaurants like Old San Francisco Steakhouse and Randy Whites. Now it has massage parlors, tatoo shops, gentlemans clubs, used car lots, etc.... The hotel itself was good - decor in the room was tacky, mint green paint with vine border around the ceiling. Bed was a little […] on the firm side. Room was clean, workout facility was small but not used much so it was OK. The free beer and wine was a nice tought if you like box wine and budweiser. No other choices. Breakfast was free and had waffles, bagels, cereal, etc... It was good. There is a Limo service just south of it and they work late and yell in the parking lot until 9 or 10. On Thursday night it turned in to a night club, complete with patrons with 24" wheels and THUMPING music that they play in the parking lot to impress each other. We took this hotel as it was on I-35 on our long drive and location was convenient. The room just about average and would not reccomend for long stays. Fine for just a nights stay. Ice maker was not working, one key was not working, room cleanliness was just average, fitness room tread mill safety latch not working and not clean...etc. Hotel manager […] was Indian gujrati - the most clever business community on earth. The hotel itself was nice, but upon checkin I was given not the room I purchased. The hotel was empty and they attempted to give me a smoking double room when my reservation clearly stated a non smoking suite. Then they attempted to charge me extra for the suite as an "upcharge." I had to show them where I already paid the surcharge. The clerk was less […] than congenial. The room was clean. Beds were like bricks. Breakfast was great. This hotel was great!! I had everything you would need such as a tv in living room and bedroom, phones in bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Great Air conditioning with free tolietress available--no cost to the client. Very clean and orderly. There are clubs down the road but this area is known for that. I was very satisfied with the hotel from the time we walked in to the time we checkedout. The room was nice and clean, the pool area very nice. Not to mention the cookies they have for the guest to enjoy and of course the breakfast in the morning, loved it all.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Location is right beside highway and you can get to downtown Dallas or Cowboy/Rangers stadium in 15 minutes For the mid-range price, it was well worth it. Breakfast was good, had 2 free happy hours during the week with finger foods and food for kids also. Fresh cookies baked each day

The last time I was in dallas stayed at this location when it was still country inn and suites......still the same as it always was except that composite dr used to be restaurant row and is now anything but! lots of adult entertainment going on until almost daylight, but the hotel itself is fairly quiet.
