I booked late so I ended up paying more for the room that it's worth. At normal rates if I had booked earlier, it would have been a better experience. The hotel and room is exactly what I would expect from this hotel chain. No frills, but clean.

We had asked for a non-smoking room and that is what we got, but the room and corridor outside were very smoky. We had to put a rolled up towel under the door to keep the smoke out of our room. The free breakfast wasn't worth the work of preparing it ourselves in a small crowded area. Sorry, but this is one Hotel I would not recommend to anyone. When choosing budget motels, I rely on the Super 8 chain, and this location is one of the nicer ones. I found the room and the bed extremely comfortable for the price. The location is also convenient both to the freeway and to the town of Pocatello itself. It's true that you get what you pay for. However, shouldn't every hotel shampoo their carpets once in awhile? I couldn't believe how black my white socks became after walking across the carpet of my room. Gross.

The hotel itself was fine with no problems but for the extremely noisy guests above me. I didn't get much sleep because of them but that shouldn't reflect on the hotel itself. The room was clean and they had a great TV in it.

Hotel is in the beginning process of a complete update. New mattresses were being installed. Room was typical Super 8 and very roomy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical Super 8. Hotel still offers smoking rooms on certain floors and you can smell smoke in the hallways. I would suggest they discontinue offering […] smoking rooms and move it outside. TV equipment was new flat screen but no cable movie channels They could use HBO. Room coffee, and refer were good. I was upset when we first arrived and ended up having to pay a fee for our dog, even though I called ahead of time and asked about this. The guy said no, no extra fee... Annoying really. It served us well. clean.......breakfast -typical ........no place to play games in our room but we were happy playing cards in the lobby........beds comfortable.

The blankets had many stains and recent spills. We were only given one washcloth for two people. The air -conditioner sounded like an engine. We had to have it on the entire night to keep the room cool. I felt like I had come out of a rock concert when I woke up. The breakfast consisted of only carbs. Location is convenient. Older hotel that could use updates and more regular maintenance in public places (carpets). Overall a good place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Affordable and good location, if you plan on "hanging out" remember thete is no pool, great activities around town though . Would gladly stay again.

It was a nice stay.The hotel was close to other hotels which was nice because my family(extended) was close by...but not too close. It was also minutes from little of cool little places to eat...I would Recommend Butter burrs. Also close to gas stations and the freeway. This is exactly the kind of hotel I stay at when all I need to do is have a place to sleep. Carpets in hallways need cleaning though.

Mold in the bathroom, old, frayed carpet, stinky a/c unit that is too high to conveniently reach. I'll never stay at this place again. Yuck.

Just an overall wonderful experience. We had some issues with needing to get a room on the first floor with a refrigerator and they made it happen without question. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the interstate wonderful restaurants nearby. The best super 8 I've ever stayed at by far.

Interior of room is dated. Tv is old CRT version with poor picture quality. The bed needs to be replaced as the springs are felt sitting on it. Not comfortable to sleep on. Floor in room and hallways wooden and squeaky.

The beds were way too hard for my wife and myself, the shower was way too small, with the shower head too low. Other than that, it was pretty nice

Upon arrival, the clerk changed our room to one with a smaller and single bed. The cost was less, but we did not receive credit for the room that I registered for. Instead we paid for a room with 2 king bed for the first night and the second night one single queeen bed. Close to the freeway. That is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The whole place smelled bad. The walls and floors were so thin. Stained carpet, not so clean walls. Pillows that were so very flat we could not tell the difference when we removed tham. I would have no interest in ever staying there again.

One of the perks in staying at this motel is that quite a few of the surrounding restaurants give you 10% off your bill if you show the key card for the motel. We thought that was pretty neat. Also lots of tv channels, particularly MSNBC, which we appreciate. We found the breakfast disappointing, however. Little variety.

This motel was not 3 stars by a long shot. Bed was saggy, paint was coming off the walls in the bathroom, carpets were stained, smoking smell was prevalent in the hallways and the elevator, linens were scratchy as if no fabric softener was used during washing, sink stopper would not work. The folks at Super 8 were geniunely kind and accomodating. If we need to stay in Pocatello again, we will be booking a room at this hotel for sure.

Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad really also. Just a stopover for trip to Laughlin, beds could use updating but the price wasgood though.

The hotel is a little older but they had it clean. No Smell. the clerk was very helpful and let us know that the eating establishments around there offered a discount if you show them you have a room key. Very nice indeed.
