Pillows for the beds were EXTREMELY small. I was glad that there were 4 of them. Other than that... everything was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!!

This place is HORRIBLE. The walls are super thin, the front door to the room showed sign of rot, and there was tons of noise well until 4am. There were definitely some "professional ladies" working here as well.. and they didn't do much to hide it. I actually wound up checking out a day early, despite my 2nd night not being refundable. I had some concerns about the hotel and area after reading some of the posted reviews but decided to go with some of the positive posts and cross my fingers. I'm so glad I did. For a one night stay and the cost, room was Good. Elevator smelt of cigarettes. The room was was freezing when we arrived so we slept with unit off until morning. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Buffet started after we checked out as we had to be at the hospital by 6:30 am.

Unlike the Quality Inn i've seen and visited in Dallas, this is by far the best hotel I've visited for Quality Inn, so far. It's near everything which was great. it's a central location. Also the lowest rate that I could find on such a short notice. The had a hot free breakfast!

The hotel is clean and the rates are very competitive. It sits right off the Sam Houston Tollway about 3 blocks south of Westheimer, so access to locations on the west side of Houston is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and polite. I would stay here again.

Quick and easy checkin, room was spacious and comfortable. Also had frig and microwave, wifi access and continental breakfast was included. Would stay there again.

My husband, my two toddlers and myself stayed here before our home was ready for move-in. We needed a place that was clean, safe, and comfortable for the kids for a few days. When we pulled up, it looked like we may have made a mistake booking here. But as soon as we walked in the door, we were comfortable. Great place to stay for business or a short stay. The only downfall is the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy and there is no green space to walk outside. Free breakfast was mediocre. Free Internet was slow as molasses. Toilet ran forever, but comfort of rooms was ok.

After coming from another hotel for roach infestation, this was quite an improvement, and I was very pleased. It had a kitchen with a fridge and it was 3 times bigger than the other hotel along with it having a separate area for lounging.

The hotel was pretty easy to find. The facility and my room were a little worn but not too bad. The breakfast was good. It was easy to get onto the highway from there. Overall a pretty good place to stay, especially for a business trip

The hotel was fine, but the internet service was horrible - intermittent and, if you were lucky enough to get online long enough to download some emails, slow - slow - slow. How can you bill yourself as a business hotel and have such bad internet connectivity? This made the stay unacceptable.

No allergy tablets needed. The windows open! Clean rooms, decent breakfast, good elevator, adequate parking, easy central west location for Chevron, Halliburton, M-I, Schlumberger, Shell, and Conoco. We will be back.

I LOVED MY STAY THERE,IT WAS JUST THE INCONVINENCE OF TRAVELING BACK & FORTH UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT LOCATION.FROM THE BEGINNING I REQUESTED TO BE NEAR MY DAUGHTERS HOME,WHEN I GET THERE I FIND OUT I'M ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES AWAY.
