It was fine. room was clean. breakfast was not filling. close to shops and movie theater. wifi was much too slow.

My stay there wasnt bad but when i booked the hotel there was alot of thing said on the website that did not come with the room. Each Red Rooof Inn is diferent so what you see on the booking websites may or may not be true. Wifi did not pick up very good in our room.

Had a wonderful time ,pool open 24 hours .Great customer service .The only thing I didn't like was the coffee ,I think they can do better .I will stay there again in the near future .

Overall great stay! Wonderful location in the heart of everything. Great staff, very clean rooms. Kids loved the pool. Unbeatable value!! Our only small disappointment was the breakfast. Not a lot of variety and the supplies were often running out...started the week with 3 cereal choices and 2 muffin choices. By day 3 it was 2 kinds of cereal and 1 […] type of muffin choices --- that gets old fast! Other than that small inconvenience, it was super! March 11-15,2012 Very nice hotel, clean,comfortable. Staff very helpful. Location was in good area, just off the main road, walking distance to may tourist sites. I would use this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed here recently on a romantic getaway. We really enjoyed the hotel and the pool. the continental breakfast left quite a bit to be desired, so dont allow that to be your deciding factor. We really enjoyed our stay there it was right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. We were also able to walk to a few places. So that was very nice to not have to drive everywhere we had to go. Everyone one there was very nice. And our room was very clean. We will be staying there again.

The staff was very helpful. I purchased a toy at the Disney Store and the manager helped us locate a very small screw driver to get the toys from the box. All our requests were taken care of. I would use this hotel again. Thanks

This hotel had great access to everything we wanted to do. My son LOVED looking out the window and being able to see the MaqiQuest castle. The hotel is on a side road the has a stoplight. Great feature when we wanted to turn left onto the main road. We also really enjoyed the newer shopping center located directed behind the hotel. We came "home" one […] afternoon, parked the car are walked over to get ice cream, play min-golf and take some cupcakes home for later. The fridge and micro were and HUGE plus for me as we have kids with food allergies and this made life easier. Pool was nice and warm and clean. :) Oh yeah....Kroger is a 2 second drive away. This was just OK for the money. The pool area was a little dirty and the whirlpool was cold the first night. We got one packet of shampoo for four people. Pull-out bed ok for small kids but uncomfortable for teenagers. No free papers as stated- desk clerk said he didn't know why. Weird stuff piled under stairwell. My kids and I had a real good time. We had a lot of fun in the indoor pool. The location was very convenient to all the restaurants and shops within Pigeon Forge. The complimentary breakfast was nice. My kids and I are cereal junkies. The hotel staff was very nice also. I would definitely stay there again. J.D Baughman

We wanted a good convenient spot and this was definetly it. Room was clean and housekeeping was great. pool was clean and only goes to 41/2 foot deep which was perfect . Shopping centre next door and directly across from magiquest.

Great comfy beds kids love the pool great it is open 24 hours

The staff were extremly nice and helpful. Facility was clean. Only disappointment was when I asked for an iorning board and iorn and they handed me a half size table top board and the iorn had stuff burnt on it. I would recommend this hotel to others.

They definitely need a better breakfast. Other than that it was a good experience.

Pool and hot tub were not as nice as advertised. Breakfast very average at best. Could not get wireless internet on end of hotel, had to change rooms. A/C didn't work properly in new room. People were nice. Better deal available.

I was pleased with the hotel and location but the king bed we stayed on was a little firmer then i would like. and i wish the had a better breakfast. Cereal and toast doesnt work everyday but would stay again.....

My family stayed a week in Pigeon Forge. We had a 4 year old and a 12 month old along with my husband and I. Our king room worked great with a pullout sofa bed. The pool is open 24 hrs and they give you towels at the front desk. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. 2 restaurants are right behind the hotel. The continental breakfast is pretty […] good. It's filled with fruits, muffins, cereals and biscuits and gravy. The only complaint I had was when housecleaning would knock on our door at 10 am even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign put on the door. Overall it was wonderful for the price. The room had stains on carpet and some on celing too but overall for the price it was good. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic as were the hotel employees. The only thing that I dissapointed in was the breakfast; it was terrible. Cold biscuits and tastless gravy in a croc pot, a few tiny muffins and thats it. i love this hotel, this is the third time i have stayed here in the past few months. the staff is so friendly, and the rooms are very clean

This hotel was really nice. The bed was big and comfortable. Indoor pool was excellent.

My friend and I came to Pigeon Forge a day early for a conference. We cannot say enough about our experience at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was incredible, the pillows were so fabulous that the next morning we took off the case and unzipped the second case and took down the name to see if we could purchase these for our own homes. […] The pools and hot tub were like we have found at extreme high end hotels and the great receptionist kept the pool open ALL night long! thank you. the shower was strong, hot and just perfect. Like I said, we can't say enough! Oh and it was the best rate and additionals friends who came in to town early for same conference spent well over twice as much and the did not rave about their hotel. Stay here and be pleased. Our room was very clean and large. Very comfortable and close to everything. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would choose this Red Roof Inn again.

Night 1 was ok, night 2 a bus load of kids came in and was not too bad just a lot of runing up and down the hall, night 3 some one in the room next to ours keep slaming the door every 5 to 10 minutes, I called the front desk at 11:00 pm and the desk clerk said she would take care of it. It didn't stop I called again at 01:00 am and the new clerk said […] he knew nothing about my first call, it did not stop until about 02:30 am. Wasn't happy at all. We never expected the qualaity of the hotel itself and the staff were exceptional! We will be back!

My husband and I were pleased with the hotel overall. The only thing we could suggest to them,is investing in better mattresses. The mattress in our room was very lumpy my husband could feel the springs on the side he was on.

Everything was great except the vending machine did not work and floor still wet from cleaning!! But everything else was wonderful.

I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY, THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN, THE ONLY PROBLEM, WAS MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T REALIZE THAT WE HAD A KING SIZE BED.I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I just spent 2 nights here for our 2-year Wedding Anniversary and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, quiet and had a really nice pool and hot tub area. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was updated and well maintained. Rooms were large and very clean. Staff was nice and ready to go ou of there way to help. There were many things to choose from on there contenetal breckfast. I would stay here again if we were to go to Pigeon Forge again.

Couldn't have asked for anything better!

We were very pleased with the Red Roof Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was located near to many of the Pigeon Forge attractions and good places to eat.

We were very impressed with what we got for what we were charged. We would definately stay here again & even recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly enough, but their concept of quality control was to fix things when reported as a problem, rather than proactively making sure that things were good to begin with. In a matter of a few hours, the following problems were reported: unpleasant smell in room from cleaning fluid; loud noise coming from malfunctioning fan in hallway; […] room heater with broken switch; out of coffee in breakfast room; orange juice that was mainly water. We loved the location since we were there for the Wilderness Week and the classes plus the hikes. Tanger outlets were really close by and loved the discounts this time of year. The experience was great. Everything was great, the room, the service, and everything that came with it. The only thing I had a problem with was the internet. It is not a secure connection. Went here with my son for New Year's and it was the best hotel we ever stayed in. Perfectly located to many attractions (walking distance to most), restaurants and shows. Slept like babies too. Definately would suggest this hotel if ever coming to Pigeon Forge.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel room was up to date, spacious and clean. It was a great room at a great price and the indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and accomidating at the end of a long day of sight seeing. Nice sized rooms & very comfortable. Pleased with accommodations but thought the breakfast was rather skimpy. Staff was very pleasant, hotel was clean, & they had an indoor 24 hour pool. Would stay there again.
