Hilton Bradford - Bradford

Very poor customer service in the restaurant. Poor selection of ingredients in the menu.

it was awesome

Right beside the train station, and the town hall so easy commute and very easy to find from other parts of Bradford. Handy for the Unviersity and the Media museum.

Happy to recommend. Great bed, convenient location. Only possible negative I could mention was the slightly low showerhead, apart from that everything else was great.

The hotel was great but they don't have their own parking. The NCP parking was available next to the hotel, but da parking was really expensive.

very convenient for train station. Staff will let you leave luggage before checkin (even let you into the room early if it's ready!!)

I had no problem with the hotel, reception, staff etc. The big downside was lack of parking. Parking was available at the multi storey car park next door. This is not an expense which should be met on booking a hotel and one I have never come across. A small discount was offered which is not enough and a much larger discount should be offered.

I had enjoyed my stay and will always recommend the hotel to my business partners and friends anytime they are within Bradford. Keep up the good work lads.

This was a great weekend stay for me and the lovely lady. Convenient for what we needed and the staff were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Hotel located ion the heart of the city. ATTENDED A WONDERFUL JAZZ SESSION IN NEARBY PUB. Stayed overnight on Sunday, town very quite a peaceful. Very enjoyable overall

Nice hotel, friendly staff, room had not been properly cleaned when we got there as there was a hairclip on the floor. Fantastic breakfast. Parking is right next door but is expensive! Hotel only gives 10% off parking should be more!

Decent hotel. Downtown Bradford isn't great, but its close to the concert hall. Great price for a nice hotel.

Enjoyable stay go back again.

Stayed at Hilton after a while and realised - the standards are not the same anymore. Breakfast ok Staff ok Parking big issue (expensive) TV ok Staying at HILTON is like staying at prem lodge/holiday inn express but you have to pay premium price - just for the name

Apart from the hotel charging me extra £20 .. Which I am meant to get back ... 2 weeks later still waiting It was a good stay

There were two staff at check in when I arrived. One told me she was about to finish work so couldn't serve me (even though she stayed chatting to her colleagues). This was slightly annoying as I had a meeting to attend and was in a hurry. The woman being served at the other desk had a long, complicated query so I was waiting for ages. Meanwhile, two […] other hotel staff were stood around chatting. I finally asked if anyone else could serve me as I was in a rush. The chick-in woman was very rude - tutting and sighing at me and generally looking disgusted - and said no one else was available. The woman she was serving kindly offered to let me check in. This WAS a fantastic hotel at some point. which is expected from Hilton, but its a little dated (in the bathroom mainly). I really cant complain about anything, Staff at the front desk were always helpful, room was cosy with a great street veiw and veiw of a big ben syle clock which woke my wife up(cant say I noticed it much), Breakfast buffet was first […] class with great service, nice easy location to drive to. the only thing I will say is booking through this site will save you about 50% and I even rang direct but couldnt be beaten on price. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!! The best Hilton I have stayed in!!!!!! one of the days there was no hot water for about 10 minutes and i told the cleaner, who fixed it straight away! We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel because our sat nav tried to direct us down bus lanes (the hotel is right in the city centre) but once we were there we were pleased with our choice. We got a great deal on hotels.com. The staff were pleasant and helpful and even though it was Christmas party weekend, our room was nice and quiet.

Second time to stay at the Hilton while visiting elderly relations in Bradford. It's very convient for bus, rail travel. Friendly staff, room was comfortable. Only down side not being able to check-in till 3.00 as it was very cold and we arrived off the 8.05 flight from Dublin. Saying that, would stay there again.

Good location for railway station. Handy for bars and restaurants. Great shopping a very short distance away. Hotel staff were lovely. accomodation was good value. A 3 course meal cost £16 and this included a free glass of wine. The lounge/lobby area was tastefully decorated and had comfortable seating for you to relax. The hotel is centrally located beside the Bradford Interchange - the main terminal for bus and train services. The hotel is near many restaurants and shops, so nothing is too far away. The staff were largely friendly and helpful, especially at the check in desk. The breakfast was a lovely buffet that offered a bit of everything. We opened the window, but the Interchange was directly across the room so this was not always the quiet option. The toiletries were of high quality, and a hair dryer was supplied. Great service, but need air-con and a fridge for a mini bar. They have reburbedd the kitchen.. It's old and need some work. Service and breakfast is fine...v good in fact.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to rail and road links. Room was well presented and clean and bar & restaurant very modern and enticing. Had a very enjoyable , if short stay, only overnight. Re ception staff very helpful and welcoming,with advice on where to park and any other requirements. Ideal location for visitors to Bradford City Centre

probabably the best hotel to stay in Bradford, both for business and lesiure, the staff were helpful and no problems were experienced.

We were given a room that had a problem with the toilet water refilling. But the staff were very good and they upgraded us to another room within 20 minutes. Straff in the resturant were excellant. The Hilton hotel is in the middle of the city centre of Bradford, next to the Bradford Interchange station. Breakfast was very good, rooms clean. Unfortunately everybody from the street could have access to the hotel as there was no safety device at the entrance. Altogehter a good place to stay for some days.

Sentralt og rimelig. Enkel standard og litt slitt interiør. Rommet var rent, god valuta for pengene.
