Booked a deluxe room, small but ultra modern, nice view over city. Beware, hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, but had little impact on our stay (myself & 12 year old son). Staff helpful. Close to MRT stations so easy to get around, shopping, supermarkets, food outlets, restaurants close by. We stayed from 9/4 - 13/4. Unfortunately hotel is undergoing refurbishment of the foyer and bar. We were upgraded to a club room which ws nice . The toilet was great with a bidet built into it plus a seat warmer. Room and ensuite smaller that we anticipated but was fine. Bed hard but did not bother us. Restaurant really expensive so avoid and go over […] the road to the food hall where you can get a feed for $4.50. The locals eat here, Tube station 3 min walk. The hotel was under going a major construction rennovation. The NOISE was deplorable. They should have closed for the period of the heavy construction. It was disgraceful!

Rendezvous Hotel is undergoing renovations during our stay but overall, we enjoyed the experience because of the convenience . it is very nice, clean, accessible to food establishments and transport, staff were very accommodating. I will definitely recommend the place for travelers.

pool and gym were closed and the hotel was noisy with renovation for 1year too costly for this standard also no breakfast included in price I would go fror pricier hotel

close to MRT stations with 24 resto in front. with good walking distance to attractions. quite weekend hotel. sheets are clean, towels are replaced and bathroom is always cleaned, no mildews or drainage smell. i'd definitely recommend the hotel for business and pleasure.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Staff were polite and helpful. We were able to book tours right at the Hotel. Room was very clean but in places the wall paper had become unglued (not surprising in such hot humid climate) and some tiles were loose in the bathroom. All lights and air conditioning were connected to a control panel. Unfortunately on my side […] of the bed there was no control for my bedside lamp so when my husband switched off the bedside lamp control, mine also went off. If I needed a light on during the night had to go round to his side during the night . Both lamps would then come on, disturbing my husband. Otherwise, all else was fine. This hotel is very well located right on the main shopping road which becomes Orchard. It is a few minutes from two underground stations, and the local and hopon buses stop right in front. There is a 7-11, Starbucks, and Food Court right by the hotel. They have a nice swimming pool. Room service and mini-bar prices are a bit high, so just go across the […] street to the 7-11. Same for eating. The Front Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. It is not in the middle of the posh shops, but they are a short walk away or easily reached by public transport or a $US5 taxi ride. The Rendezvous has a great location for easy access to the metro, buses, museums and shopping in Singapore. The staff was very helpful with directions. Rooms were clean and adequate for a short stay.

We were put in a room close to construction work, ongoing work that was predictable and noisy. Our complaints about the noise (drilling, banging, etc.) met with resistance and rudeness from the management who inssted the noise would cotinue until 6 in the afternoon. Finally we had to repack, an inconvenience to two weary travellers, and change rooms. We […] had to stay in Singapore one night more than expected, and were told at the desk that the charge for that night would be the "walk-in" charge, almost 2 times more than what we had booked online. The receptionist was adamant and unpleasant during this discussion. Finally we managed to booked onlineat the original price. There was no wifi in the rooms, and we could not use our Ipad which had worked well in every other hotel we had stayed in, including in Laos and Cambodia. We had to pay $5/5 minutes to use a computer that was kept under lock and key. To get online with our Ipad we had to go to the small, noisy lobby and get help from the staff which was not qualified and ended up locking the Ipad. Individual staff persons were fine, bellhops, door openers, etc. but overall this was the worst hotel we've stayed in in recent years. Good Hotel, great location, I would stay there again without any hesitation.

Hotel was cool generally although the bar was closed due to renovation. It was difficult to relax therefore as no bar area. Also limited stocks of wine available. Had to drink in the main restaurant which is far from ideal! I had club room which was modern, clean if not a little small.

Good location near Orchard road and MRT station. Pricing decent compared to many other hotels in that area.

The hotel provided everything I needed from a business perspective. It was convenient, comfortable and cost effective (CCC) and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. I felt instead of an Indian restaurant in the building, ideally, a restaurant with the Singapore touch of flavor would have been appropriate.

The deluxe room was a little worn and shabby. Probs with TV and I didn't receive 2 urgent phone calls as the signal on phone didn't work. Location was great and service excellent, all staff helpful but food is of course pricey and our room service breakfast was inedible. How about a decent sized cup for coffee and long-life milk? Although we arrived early in the morning we were in our room in less than 2 hours. The location was great and the staff very nice. Yes we would recommend this hotel for it's quality, location and price.

This hotel is conveniently located near the shopping areas at Orchard road as well as close to the Clarke Quay Area where there is a lot to do. The rooms are not very large but the hotel has a vintage charm to it. There is a good 24 hour food court across the street and its always easy to grab a cab. Why there was not a control of Airconditioner. Room was too cold and I had catched a cold. The check-in Desk persons are too business like and stiff. There is nothing to feel kind.

The hotel charges for parking by in house guests. The rate is SGD8 per day. The competitive hotel rates are therefore off set by the parking fees making it less attractive for those guests who intend to drive to S'pore. The room and decor looks tired and should be refurbished. The bathroom is pretty small.The TV channels are not as listed when I tried […] to watch a Premier League game and was told that the sports channels had been taken off. The TV was rather small akin to the one which I bought 15 years ago. I know many other hotels which provide at least a LCD 32 inches. Exceeded our expectations! Walking distance to Little India and China town. Hop on Hop Off Bus stop in front of Hotel. With a days pass you could get dropped off anywhere in the city. Excellent hotel, lovely rooms, nice restaurant, very close to Metro and just a short walk to Orchard Road.

This hotel was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was fine. Great price on hotels.com. 1 for 1 drinks at the bar a nice plus. It is within walking distance to Orchard Rd and close to the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be returning for a few more nights in Singapore and booked a different place to try something new, […] but would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Check in was very smooth than many hotels. We were in our room in 10 min. time. We are happy that it is a non smoking hotel. The AC was very effective(unlike many hotels) and the bed was extra nice. The room we occupied was clean and equipped with ironing and all other facilities. But only dissapointing thing was unavailability of free WiFi or internet […] which I think is a very minus point. The hotel is quite close to several main shopping areas, like Orchard Road to the west, and Raffles city and Suntec city to the east. There are two MRT stations within walking distance, Bras Basah and Dohby Ghaut, which together give you access to four different MRT lines, and there are two busy bus stops on either side of the hotel. On the downside, Rendevouz is a bit run down for a four-star hotel. Our room was a bit too dark, it smelled a bit funny (no wonder, the windows didn't open), and the furniture looked well used. Rendezvous was an excellent hotel, rooms looked recently renovated and everything was top notch. Friendly and helpful staff. Location wise was pretty good as well. Safe clean location surrounded by modern building. Can walk to Orchard St shoping strip in 15min. Taxi rides to other major attractions such as Chinatown, Little India, the Marina etc within […] 10 min. Or if you're keen walk to them within an hour. (Only thing I'd say with the Taxi's the drivers aren't always sure which hotel you're heading to because they don't use the French pronounciation rather they pronouce the word as its spelt - handy to have a map with you just in case). The tourist buses also stop out the front of the hotel to do the city loop or get to the Zoo. Train station is less than a 10min walk as well. Would stay there again อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Outstanding.

Great location, friendly staff, nice pool and gym! Horrible beds! Very hard, but they came and stuffed up with extra blankets under the sheets... At this price, a breakfast should be included, not neccessarily the big one, but still. Overall happy with the stay except beds....

This hotel is in a prime location for Orchard Rd shopping. We walked straight down the road to hit up the malls, when we got tired or had too many bags, we took a $4 cab ride back to the hotel to freshen up and drop off our goods. Walking a few blocks in the other direction is the Raffles Hotel and all that comes with it. The metro is not far from the […] hotel, but since we were just in town for a couple days, we exclusively used taxis which aren't too expensive in Singapore. The hotel itself is beautiful. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was spectacular -- especially the bathroom. Huge shower, great lighting, and a bidet with its own 8-button control panel. We had to ask for extra towels each night we arrive back in the room. Housekeeping should replace the same number of towels they pick up in the tub every morning. The bathroom was clean but not spic and span. The drain in the floor of the shower area in my mother's handicapped room had grime and mildew. The coils inside the electric water pot had […] molds which showed that it does not get cleaned. We used the pot one in the adjoining room which wasn't a great improvement but good enough. The airconditioning in the handicapped room was not very cool even if it was already set to 16degrees. The remote control of our tv was not working and we had to ask for a replacement. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Easily reached from two MRT stations, - Bras Bahah and Dhoby Ghaut, - centrally situated for and within walking distance of most downtown places of interest, clean, comfortable' and with a good streetside restaurant, the Rendezvous was for us an excellent choice of hotel from the many good hotels in Singapore.
