Hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Was unaware that the hotel was under renovations. Besides the inconvenience of missing wood floor boards and debris in the lobby, the hotel was a decent stay especially for the price.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, rate good considering the fact it was Jazz Festival weekend

We recently stayed in this hotel on our way to the Outerbanks. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The free hot breakfast in the morning had a good variety and everything was fresh. We could not have had a better experience. Definitely would stay again!

We liked the hotel's location close to shops, restaruants, movie theater, skating ring. It was also nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. What we didn't like was the fact that only one elevator was working and that the breakfast/sitting area was looking at the pool at it was intimidating to have people looking at you from the windows. […] I suggest that they pust some curtains... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Rooms are not big enough to comfortable sleep 5 (we had 3 adults and 2 teenagers (kids), no cot would fit in the room and we had to get our own pillows from the front desk and towels for a swim (the pool and hot tub were nice - just no towels available).
