we came down to go to the MN horse expo, and stayed in the whirlpool suite. it was a beautiful room; so clean and so comfortable! would definately stay there again!

Friendly staff clean room. Up front parking for Seniors. Very quit area. Breakfast was great and even open a little early. Easy to book on line.

Everything was great except for the last night. Something broke on one of the heating units on the roof that caused an intermittent loud roaring sound. It was on a Sunday and they could not get anyone out to fix it. So me and the wife had had to listen to it all night.. But overall its a nice hotel...VERY CLEAN...we would definitely stay again.

everything great except pillows! too soft but great staff, amenities and locale

The people who were at the front desk during our stay were both friendly and helpful. The motel had an inviting feeling as we entered through the front doors. There was a fireplace and comfortable seating in the lobby. We loved the hotel! It was even better than we expected. It is very clean, kid friendly and cute. It is a 2.5 star hotel with a 3.5 star appeal. We'll definitely stay there in the future.

Nice hotel. Enjoyed a jacuzzi suite, swimming pool, sauna, and continental breakfast. Only complaint was room smelled like food, but staff came and sprayed and took care of the problem.

My Boyfriend and I wanted to get out of the city and get away for a night for our anniversary. We stayed in a King Suite and it couldn't have been more perfect! The room was quiet, clean, and the Jacuzzi was so relaxing.

Comfortable and very nice location. Friendly staff too.

Only one complaint, My wife and I stayed at the hotel on new years eve. We went to the pool area at about 11:00pm. There was quite a number children using the pool, sauna and hot tub. the problem: little or no adult supervision. There were at least 20 children in the pool area when we arrived and not one adutt ! We were in the pool area for about 30 […] minutes, after about 10 minutes 2 adults came in, but that was all. There were children as young as 5 years old there unsupervised. This clean, friendly, extremely affordable hotel is located minutes from the theatre and major highways, making it an excellent place to spend your Twin Cities stay.

Staff was friendly.

Our reservation, after being booked through "Hotels.com" had us bringing a child and reserved 2 queens. I called the hotel and they had not even gotten the reservation yet, but they said they would remove the child and give us a king bed at no additional charge. Loved staying at the AmericInn! Location was great and the hotel staff and hotel itself was very warm and inviting. Breakfast was great also! Would definately stay here again!

Working out of town during the week, I decided to stay at Americinn Hotel in Chanhassen. Upon arrival I was greeted by two smiling faces, after a long commute and work day, it was nice to finish off my day with a smile. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
