Room and service was excellent. Staff was very courtious and helpfull.

Hotel was under construction, and still maintained a great level of cleanliness, and service. It was comfortable for our family of 5 in one room which is a rarity. The pool area was not large but very nice for a nights stop on the road home from Orlando. The breakfast was wonderful to get us going in the morning. No complaints.

I stay in a lot of motels as a part of my business travel but this Holiday Inn Express was without a doubt one of the nicest places I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.

After 2 weeks in the car, we had our last night here. It was a perfect stay. The shower was amazing, the service perfectly hospitable and the breakfast was a treat as we started our last travel day.

Our bed was not very comfortable or supportive. My wife and I kept sinking into the middle. The shower was also clogged and we ended up showering in 3 inches of water. Gross! The breakfast we were given consisted of Oreos and Chex mix. Uh, what?

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good-cinnamon rolls are great! Only problem with our room was the person snoring on the other side of the wall-but luckily turning on the fan drowned that out.

Great hotel, helpful staff, wonderful king sized bed and a very nice breakfast. Close to some nice restaurants. Cannot buy beer on Sundays

We really enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi tub and shower! The staff is friendly and breakfast is great too! :)

Our room was VERY comfortable and clean. The mini-kitchen area was a nice surprise.

Great location right off the highway and on the main strip in town. Very quiet location with a very helpful and polite staff. One of the nicer hotels in the area. The only downside was that it is not a completely non-smoking hotel. My room was in a non-smoking wing and I could still smell heavy smoke outside my door, as well as in the lobby and the […] stairwell. I did not smell it in my room and would stay again. We arrived late in the evening after driving for 12 hours, and they gave us two chilled bottles of water, and when they noticed that we were also checking in a pet, they gave us a bottle of water for her too. The room was very clean and comfortable, nicely set up with a couch, table and chairs, and mini kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, and the […] bedding was very nice, and even the comforter was freshly laundered. The bathroom was very clean and spacious and had a large, jetted tub. The air conditioning was already turned on for us, and at a very cool and refreshing temperature. After the other hotels we stayed at on our road trip, one of which was awful, we were so thankful for this hotel. Hotel location was very convenient and quiet though by a major road, easy access to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and warm, hot day so they offered complimentary bottle of cold water when we came thru the door. Breakfast was above continental... very nice options with fresh pancakes. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and it is always wonderful. The staff is friendly, the pool is great, the rooms are clean and breakfast is fantastic! We love this hotel!

My husband and I stayed Christmas night, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. They served cookies and milk at 8 p.m. and breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and clean. We also had a whirlpool in our room that was also quite nice. I will defiantly be coming back to this location!

Not bad for the price! Some is slightly dated, but still very nice and the location couldn't be better! We will stay there again!

This hotel has so many little advantages. Warm cookies at 8:00 PM along with coffee. A wonderful breakfast with Eggs, Pancakes, and THE BEST biscuits. It's a little trip into downtown but very convenient to the interstate. Apples and Oranges are always available. This is an absolutely perfect hotel. We have stayed there twice with our 2 kids and both times were awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful (and they have a pancake machine!!). From the time we entered the hotel all staff were asking if they could be of help. We were told about certain times where there would be homemade cookies for their guests. We were also told about the times and places of the hotel continental free breakfast the next morning. We loved being pampered and taken care of at the hotel.

My husband and I booked a weekend at this hotel as a getaway from the kids and hussle and bussle of our lives...We could not have had a more relaxing experience...The hotel was clean, quiet and very accommodating and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly...The rooms and halls were quiet...We weren't disturbed at all...We had a deluxe king suite […] with hot tub...The hot tub is HUGE so there is plenty of room to kick back and relax...The hotel serves a great breakfast every morning and cookies with coffee at night...They did have fresh apples and bananas out 24 hours though...I can't recommend this hotel enough...It is just awesome compared to the other options in the area...We definitely will be visiting this hotel whenever we are in Paducah for the weekend... อ่านเพิ่มเติม
