EVERYTHING WAS GOOD
All in all my stay was good. I was not happy that there was no one manning the front desk at 10:30 when I wanted to check-out. I did not like the idea of just leaving my key on the front desk to be checked out whenever the front desk person decided to come back. If you want to make sure you get properly checked-out I suggest booking a different hotel […] since the people there don't seem to care enough to have someone at the front desk at check out time. Was visiting to attend Scholarship Honorary luncheon and Honors Society Luncheon and the Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable and clean. I wish there could be a break in the overnight price for University parents stay. .Funds are tight when having children attending college. "Visiting Ball State"
The hotel is in need of some updating. Carpet stained in many common areas. When we checked into our room it had an unpleasant odor (kind of like stale smoke). Overall a great hotel that puts you close to anything you need in Muncie. Pool was clean along with the hot tub. Rooms were nice but only downfall was walls/floors were a little thin. "Great Location, Great Hotel"
Some friends and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending this weekend, and it was one of the better Holiday Inn Express locations I have stayed. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating-- they even allowed us to borrow the conference room for a short while to catch up with some others in town. Would definitely stay here again.

"Hotel very close to our needs"
Hotel was very close to our needs. Service was great; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. They were installing new carpet in the hallway; very pretty.

"Not the best breakfast"
Good hotel. I have stayed there before because my client has a discount (which by the way they can never find). I would rather stay in the Hampton Inn. The TV's are ancient and need to be updated to digital and the breakfast is not that great.

The hotel was clean and close to amenities. The staffnwas very pleasant and efficient. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

Everything was fine. One minor item, we found a small container between the mattress and headboard when we checked in. Room was otherwise clean. I always check for bugs, there were none. I also always check to make sure the alarms are turned on and/or have batteries, they were working. Extremely friendly staff. Wireless network signal was weak. "Holiday Inn Exp-Muncie,IN"
The hotel was OK for the money, however it was not memorable. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. Some maintenance needs to be done. This hotel has the old manual entrance doors. Automatic doors would be helpful especially if one has lots of luggage.

The interior of the hotel is dated and has a slight musty ordor, as you inter, but clean. The carpet wear is starting to show. The inside pool and spa appeared to be clean, was inviting, and was in use. The very small exercise room's air condition was broken. The lobby internet wasn't working. "holiday inn express muncie in"

The hotel was very clean, however I have a few complaints, #1 the housekeeper knocked on my door at 7:30am and again at 8:30am, the second time I asked for one of those DND signs, which I did not have before. Why are they knocking on my door when I had not checked out yet ? Very comfortable place to stay, you will feel relaxed and well rested. Everything is clean, very nice, the staff is especially nice and helpful. You will be glad you chose to stay here.

the hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok - woud have liked a better tea selection, but that's getting picky (just regular lipton tea). My only complaint is the TV's in the room. They offer digital cable, but they don't have digital TV's so the picture doesn't come in very well. Other than that, it was a good stay.

thier employees was very rude and couldn't tell us how to get to the hotel. We were lost and she was very unconcerned- If a manager had been present I would have filed a complaint but as we didnt get to bed until 1 am because we were lost, i had no time

STAYED HERE FOR 4 NIGHTS AS SON WAS GOING TO BALL STATE UNI. vERY CLEAN HOTEL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. wILL DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Hotel was fine except our room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled like smoke! Pool and breakfast was great though!
