This is an extended stay hotel which is not geared toward typical hotel guests who are only staying for one or two nights. The desk closes at 11:00 pm,... there are no in-room amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer, the breakfast is only coffee and prepackaged granola bars and muffins, and there is no daily maid service. This hotel has smoking rooms and even though I booked non-smoking they put us in a smoking room and said they had no non-smoking rooms left. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, there was a full kitchen in the room and laundry facilities on-site. However I've stayed at other extended stay places that just felt more like a hotel.
