"Underated Hotel"
I read so many previous reviews about this hotel not being kept clean and the non-smoking rooms smelling like the smoking rooms. This is not the case at all the hotel service is great and the room is nice.. Even my friends that came to visit me said I did my homework on choosing this hotel. I would definitely stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe. "Never again"
Continental breakfast - horrible, I wouldn't even come close to calling it any sort of breakfast. Bad location, seemed like it took 10 minutes to find anything worthy to eat or do during the day/night. Poor front desk, they remained closed until about 7:15 am (at least - that's when I left the hotel). There was no iron in my room, only the ironing board […] and when I asked a lady who worked there, because the front desk was closed, she didn't know what I was even saying because she couldn't understand English. Took 10 minutes to finally get an iron. There isn't even maid service that cleans up the room or makes the bed on a daily basis, which usually happens at other hotels. "Smaller room compared to the picture shown"
The room with queen bed and sofa bed is much smaller than what is shown in the picture. There is no breakfast at all during weekend even if you want to pay extra. For the price in that area, the best you get from this hotel is kitchen.
"Not a vacation Hotel"
Although the property is rather new, the housekeeping and maintenance departments get a zero rating. The hotel had the look of a men's dormitory after a long year of school. If you are a contractor staying for a week, it's OK. If your a family doing some sightseeing, not for you.
