The manager was extremely unhelpful, and rude. (His wife is the other manager) My room was advertised as a "Two Queens Non Smoking," but I got a room with two double beds. The manager told me this type of room is the only kind offered (WHY IS IT ADVERTISED INCORRECTLY THEN?) The manager even came into my room at 6 AM trying to charge me for additional […] guests even though we had the correct amount of people staying in the room. Additionally, the room (sheets, chairs, floor) was very dirty. Many things in the room were broken such as the blinds, and there was a patch on one of the doors with a deadbolt lock. The room was okay for the price. We had a downstairs room and whoever was upstairs must have been renovating the room or maybe having marching band practice. What I don't understand is why the manager did not put a stop to it, our room was right next to his and there was no way he could not have heard.

nothing to complain about. everything was comfortable. great price for room. will be staying here again for sure.

The rooms were very bad unclean dirty towel not enough for two people carpet filthy, smelly with smoke after requesting non smoking, trnsient and homeless people all around, very disappointed with the rooms

Bed was very uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping in a box spring. Phone didnt work, do they even check and make sure it works? Bathroom had a bunch of insects. Very annoying!! The room was dirty, smelly. I paid for a queen and I got a full - wth. This place is in a ghetto spot. The service is horrible. I would not return there again.

Had roaches, locks did not work. Will not stay there again

My spouse and I checked in around 9:00pm we planned on staying there to rest on our way to a wedding in Las Vegas the next day. The manager who checked us in was unhelpful and did not realized we booked in advance! I had to explain that we had previously prepaid! ( we took pictures) The shower was dirty as was the carpets, the comforter, sheets, walls, sink and toilet! The sheets on the bed were discolored (stained). By 9:40 I was ready to check out my husband who is military ( seen better conditions while deployed to the war) needed to shower badly, he did and we decided to check out. While driving up to the hotel front desk we noticed we were being followed by a creepy guy in a black car. We tried parking and he blocked us almost hitting our car. We drove away from the hotel afraid for our lives the man continued to follow us driving erratically! Waving his hands and gesturing if tho he was going to shoot us, we assumed he had a weapon. We immeadiatly called the hotel to explain what just happened and the manager stated no such thing happen nor was the room unsanitary or roach and bug infested! We explained that we were afraid for our safety as we did not feel safe after being almost attacked by the person driving the car that had been parked in the hotels parking lot prior to chasing us. We advised of the unsanitary conditions and that we were on our way to check out but could not do to the chase, we explained that we would mail the hotel keys in! This hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. Me and my friend traveled along way from home and when we arrived we felt very unsafe. We had to put chairs in front of our door just to add some peace of mind. I would suggest if you are a young woman DONT stay here.

for a low cost hotel is good has fridge and coffee maker in room

I wanted to call the desk to get the password for the internet. The handset was completely broken in two. The remote for the TV was gone, the coffee pot leaked ugly water from the bottom all over the counter everytime. The outlets were so old, my phone charger wouldn't stay in the plug. I revisited Days Inn at the end of the month. It was as nice as at the biggining of the month. Yes I would stay here again.

we stayed in this hotel for 3 days and the internet specified/advertised was high speed internet but the internet provided was DSL shared between many rooms and it is wireless so it was too slow even to connect. if you are looking for a place with good internet connection, you shouldnt take a room in days inn riverside

I was attending a weekend workshop in San Bernardino. I went to hotels.com and found the Days Inn the closest and the best price. The services was friendly the roon clean and comfortable. This hotel was unclean, there was hair in the bathtub, and the towels looked used. It's located in a very bad part of town. Wouldn't recommend it for family's

I reserved a room on Hotels.com for 1 Adult 2 Kids. When I arrived there were 2 people in front of me and in both cases the clerk was upcharging them saying they didn't have children listed on the reservation and both people said they had. I looked over my reservation, knowing that I had entered 1 adult and 2 kids, and it didn't say how many people […] were staying. When I got to the window he tried to tell me that the reservation did not include the kids. I told him that I had heard what he had said to the to people before me and that I had reserved for children. That I did not think it was right what he was doing to everyone and that I was going to right a bad review about his upcharging people when they arrived. Not bad though the bed was too firm. Management was nice to deal with.

Filthy carpet, mystery substances on walls, and the bedspread had cigarette holes in it -> in the non smoking room. Room reeked of cheap air freshener. Walls were thin and could hear everything in the adjoining room.

Staying at this hotel was the worst experience! :( The hotel room was unsanitary. The carpet was sticky, the bathtub was full of hair, the towels were stained, and I found trash in between the sheets. This had to be the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. when we stayed here last year they did not clean the room while we were gone and would not give me clean towels to shower with, but this year the room was clean and everything was great!

The hotel staff were really nice and friendly. The area around the hotel itself was sketchy and I didn't really feel safe. The hotel is not responsible for that though. The hotel room was grungy, but we weren't looking for a super nice hotel, just a place to sleep for the night after a music festival. All the essentials were there, so it was fine. The hotel needs improving a little, curtains need to be fixed. cover had burn holes in it. carpet need to be clean more.

You get what you pay for --or so that is the saying, but this trip left me feeling I should have paid even less. When I arrived, I stood in line behind a guy for 15 min. while two people on staff tried to figure out their computer system. Later when I found my room, which was on the ground floor the window was left wide open. Seemed shady but the staff/owners […] told me that was to allow the carpets that were cleaned earlier that day to dry. That explains the wet carpets!! The good news --I had my own private security detail --which consisted of a man in a wheelchair cruising back and forth in front of the downstairs units while drinking a 40 and smoking a cigarette. Good thing I requested non-smoking (sarcasm). My advice spend more money -- don't go here unless your only other option is sleeping on the streets. There is no much to say. Very satisfied with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Just a good hotel to sleep at, maybe not to lounge and relax at but great enough to snooze and then go on for the roadtrip. Missed the breakfast when I was there.

I stayed at this hotel since it was a low cost for the area, and it seemed just like a good choice. You do get what you paid for since I felt it was an average hotel with nothing that impressed me since it didn't have a lot of amenities. They do have internet access, but that is all of there amenities; nothing else impressed me.

Nice hotel in a seedy but safe neighborhood. Good value in an overvalued market. You can pay triple the price for the same room in a ritzier neighborhood. The place was quiet and clean, with a nice restaurant next door. What more do you want?

Recently I went to a concert to San Manuel Casino with my husband,didnt want to drive far so I found this hotel not too far from the casino and at good price..a bit small but good for one night not to mention the price and really, really clean but didn't like the area at all.The front desk clerk was very rude, he seemed in a bad mood just looking at […] the screen where it shows all the cameras..maybe I should of paid attention to that. I didnt need much from the room, so it was really hard to disapoint. I just needed a clean bed to sleep in, and a good shower for the morning. It wasnt the greatest hotel room ever, but it was exactly what I paid for.
