Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tacoma - ทาโคมา

I would say this is a nice Hotel but a little too much in price for location and interior/Exterior. Looks a lot better in the pics....

The staff was very business friendly. The hotel is clean and the rooms just the same. The bed was the most wonderful thing to fall into. I slept amazing.

This was our first time staying here and we would definitely come back. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable. They had complimentary popcorn and water in our room as well. The freshly made cookies that you smelled and were offered as you came in the hotel was over the top!

The online explanation of the hotel says they have in room wifi and pay for view movies...neither of which are available...Otherwise, it's okay

one of the main reasons I stayed here was the free internet in your room. Unfortunately the connection was weak at best and I was unable to complete my work.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now, and am quite pleased, generally. The staff is friendly and helpful; the rooms are very clean and comfortable; and the free breakfast is convenient. Cookies at 7:00 p.m. are a lovely treat, but get them quickly! The only drawback on this visit was that the jets in the Jacuzzi were not working. I asked if they […] could have maintenance take a look at it, and they did, but for whatever reason they were unable to repair it. Hopefully it will be fixed before my next visit. Great place for families! Wonderful pool area. Little loud at night.

The room was okay but needs some tlc there was signs of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom more than likely do to no exhaust fan the wall paper in a couple places was peeling away from the wall the smoke detectors looke like they came from a chain smokers house and the last time I saw popcorn on the ceiling like the room had was back in the late 70's […] when my Dad removed it from our home during a remodel also the heat/cooling unit rattled on startup shutdown. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great place for a family, right off the I-5 and easy to get to. Close to the Tacoma Mall for food and quick shopping. Fun pool for the kids and a good quick breakfast that was family friendly. Wonderful front desk staff. No question about booking this hotel again for another tournament.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels a lot. This one was a little bit different. I wasn't sure I was actually going to complete my stay after entering my room. The room was clean and staff very nice and helpful. However, this hotel needs a serious make over. The rooms are a good size but extremely outdated. I had a very pretty pond outside my window […] complete with ducks which was lovely. Breakfast was also quite good. I would not return to this hotel or less a major renervation was completed. The complimentary bottled water and 7pm warm cookies were an unexpected bonus. Staff was always nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and shower and nice water pressure. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

we got a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper couch. it was clean and very quiet. the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was great. we all enjoyed it there, didn't get a chance to play in the pool or the weight room.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and responisve to all of my request. The only flaw I encountered on my stay is the temperature of the upper floor hallways-oppressively warm.

We had bad maid service. She apparently came in and made the bed and picked up the dirty towels and that's it. The second day we were there I had to ask for towels and the third day the night clerk had to bring them to me (we didn't have one single towel in the room) she apologized saying she was trying to get the towels folded and to rooms. It was […] 9:30 pm! Do they have so few towels that the night clerk has to do laundry? We also couldn't get our coffee refilled etc. We finally gave up on that one. The first room we were put in was freezing so we turned on the heat a bit. The heater started smoking, smelling, the smoke detector went off. We called the front desk and were told she'd be right up with keys to another room. I finally went down to the front desk and got keys. She made a big deal of saying she was "upgrading us to a jacuzzi room". Well yuk. The thing took up half the room, hated it. And....the tub was filthy. I asked the next day if housekeeping would please clean it. Thought maybe I'd use it. But I guess that was just not something they wanted to do. Gave up on that too. This hotel was what I expected for the price. I was very surprised at how expensive hotels were in Tacoma during the summer, but I did not want to sacrifice cleanliness and comfort for price. This hotel fit the bill - it was clean, comfortable and I do not regret staying there. I had no issues and my stay there went smoothly.

Room was dirty with dead spiders on ceiling above beds. Hall way was extremely HOT and we stayed there in the Summer. Breakfast was a joke. Hotel parking not the greatest. Should have stayed elsewhere. Will NEVER stay here again. If you need to stay near this hotel I would recommend Red Lion across the street.

The Hotel was very good but I felt it was overpriced. The rooms were clean and the service was good also but the rate per nite was out of line...
