First thing, the employees are amazing, they were very helpful and pleasant. The beds a bit uncomfortable but the breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel for complimentary breakfasts. I will come back and recommend people to stay there.

I booked this room for my kids because they went to a concert. the hotel itself was great, but they made my son put his bebit card on hold for damages, which I understand, to couples in their twenties can damage a room. they did no damage, but they did charge my son 50.00 for us using two different credit cards. Stayed a night stay with our twin 1 year olds, and was worried about the stay. However, the staff was awesome, the room was great, and they provided everything we needed.

our stay was great and the location was close to the Key Area for the Rihanna Concert we were attending that night.The space needle is also close and is within walking distance. Great place to stay with kids. Great location. Don't order room service. The Emerald something or other, has really bad food. The morning breakfast provided is great.

Hotel room was clean and smelt fresh. Staff very helpful. The free breakfast was great although very busy due to it being Easter weekend. Hotel is located 10 minutes walking from the Space needle, 20 minutes walking from Downtown, several bus lines stops nearby. Great price, location and magnificent service. We arrived early an left very late and at both times, they granted us the courtesy of holding our luggage while we tour Seattle. Highly recommended hotel.

They are remodeling and updating stuff. We didn't have a microwave or fridge, which was tough for our family for the week. Pool is very little, not hot tub. There is a fitness room which is small but usable. The breakfast was great all week. Great location..........walking distance to Seattle Center and the Waterfront.

We have always loved holiday inn exprsss. Its always clean and the service is very good. It was in an area that got us to where we wanted to go quickly. And it gave us a good seattle experience. Thank you! We hope to be back soon!

This hotel might be a little older. Has the old window unit for heating and air. I will say that the cleanliness of my room was impressive. Also, the hot continental breakfast was better than I expected, with bacon or sausage and eggs offered most days. Very friendly staff too. And it really is located about 5 blocks from the space needle.

I thought at first the one way streets were horrible and difficult to maneuver, but after I got use to my hotel being on a one way and discovered the back roads it was great. The service at my hotel was great, my kids loved the pool, too bad there wasn't a hot tub for me but overall very satisfied. Hotel is next to a main road and the windows are paper thin so its really noisy. Asked reception to move us, which they kindly did, but still the walls are so thin you can hear all the rooms around you and noise in the hallways keeps you awake. Not sure what we expected from website's "ILLUSTRATION" of front of hotel combined with Holiday Inn Express stays elsewhere, but this hotel did not meet our expectations. As for the location, in terms of surroundings the location was worse than expected although is walking distance to Museum of Science and Space Needle. I did not like the bathroom setup, the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom and the hotel was noisy. The breakfast was great and not far away from the Space Needle.

Honestly I have never felt so at home and so comfortable than I have at this hotel. They have the sweetest staff. Me and my 3 girlfriends came to this hotel for new years. We were greeted with smiles and our service was fast. The house keepers were really sweet and would let us sleep in before cleaning our rooms and told us if we needed anything just […] ask. They were ready to serve us at any time. The staff were really caring, anytime me and my girlfriends didn't come all together they got worried and asked if we were fine and where the other two are. I never had such a sweet and caring hotel staff attend us. At our last night stay we really wanted food but the kitchen was closed, but the staff was still really sweet and went to get us food that we asked for. Honestly the best service I have ever received at a hotel and If i ever come to seattle I will definitely be staying at this one again! The beds were comfy, the only problems I would say was the washrooms didn't have a vent or sink in it. That was the only thing we didn't like but we survived. The hotel is old and outdated. Needs a reno, there was no fridge nor microwave, we have a baby and we needed to heat her food. We had to go to the lobby to heat the food and back to the room. Jeremy at Front Desk was very polite and professional. I truly believe in outstanding customer service and he was excellent.

Very convenient, safe location. Within walking distance to Pike Place Market and many tourist spots. Great area, great restaurants nearby. The hotel is pleasant and clean. The complimentary breakfast is decent and much appreciated.

Very tight location. The parking situation was terrible. Ran out of parcade space. Low staff at the main desk in the evening. Waited to get overflow parking pass. No discount or apology. Room was nice. Good breakfast.

For the price I paid - it was a good choice. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was good and heating was perfect. Nice to have the pool although it was old. Breakfast had some nice choices. The immediate area of the hotel was a little sketchy but felt safe during day for sure. Easy walk to Seattle museums.

Great location for the Pacific Science Center and the Space Needle. Pool was small and breakfast was packed, but forgivable for a location in the center of the city on a busy weekend.
