Sheets were clean, no blood stains. Updated rooms Nice place

We traveled with our grandsons and they loved the pool. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. They were restocking the food throughout the morning so we slugabeds had the same choices as the early risers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We'd stay again.

I booked this from my iphone at 2 am i was tired and had driven pretty long. I made a mistake and booked the next day. the night guy at the desk fixed it for me in minutes and took care of me. room was clean, and easy. I would stay there again for sure.

This hotel was easy to access coming up from atlanta. Close to downtown without the high prices. It was quiet and very clean, with an excellent staff

Very friendly, helpful staff. Exceptionally varied full breakfast. An exceptional value for the money.

An older property that has been updated. An indoor pool but tiny. Rooms modest but seemed clean. Right off the freeway so it is convenient.

Continental breakfast was not very good and there was not a lot to choose from, hotel staff was not very friendly. Room was nice as well as the maids. Would stay there again because it suited my basic needs.

We have stayed in Comfort Inns before and have had great experiences. We arrived later at night, were in town for a local band contest, and needed to go right to sleep. Our room faced the parking lot and the curtains were unclosable. Literally attached to the window so they couldn't move and the lights from the parking lot shown in on us all night long. […] It was as if we had search lights on us all night long. Clean hotel, good breakfast and nice people:)

Please be very careful using the Comfort Inn on Keystone in Indianapolis. The hotel's manager was dishonest and rude. She never did what she said she was going to do and it was only an attempt to have me pay for services I did not utilize.

Little disappointing that the pool was broken during our stay, part of the reason we choose this hotel.

The very best thing about our stay was the staff. They were all very friendly, helpful, and always asking us if everything was okay. The complimentery breakfast was also the best vararity I had ever encountered. Thank you so much Comfort Inn.

Great staff . Very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again on my next visit to Indy.

Our air conditioning unit quit working when we returned from dinner. Told the frontdesk and after looking at it said they would have it fixed the next morning. They gave us the option to move to another room, so we did. They offered to help us move our stuff to the other room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

the girls at the front desk were very helpful when we checked in. They were so sweet.

Hotel is right off I 65 South, 5 minutes from U Indy. Can't get any closer. Thought proximity to highway woulds be disturbing , but it wasn't. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quick, cereal, muffins, donuts, fruit and such with hot biscuits and gravy. Nothing special but a good start to the day with 24 hour coffee.

A very nice and clean facility. The staff was very nice and accomodating. I was very satisfied and I am a very picky person.

The hotel was good but breakfast could be a little better and the wake up call didn't work to my co-workers and for me I received the calls a little late.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn on Keystone in Indianapolis, IN. The staff was all very accommodating & super helpful & friendly. The only complaint I have is the pool was cold (for indoor) and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so it seems a little musty. Our TV picture on some stations were not good, however the man working at checkout […] said this locationis working on new TV's. This hotel had the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on in a hotel room. It was very clean and didn't have any weird odor like most hotel rooms do. When I checked the girl at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. They accomodated my early check in with no problem. The rooms were very nice and clean. It was very close to my conference location and it is just a short drive on interstate to downtown.

Not a bad place, better inside than out. Just a little dated but very nice staff and good breakfast.

Hotel looked as if it had been remodeled. We were at the end of the hall in a non-smoking room. It was a Sunday night and it was very quiet. Front desk very helpful in helping us find a restaurant. Everything was clean. Would stay again.

The room was clean... The breakfast area was very nice and the woman taking care of breakfast was right on top of everything. The hallway leading to our room smelled a little musty and smelly..but fortunately the room smelled fine. Thank goodness. Only downfall about this hotel is the pool. Water was very cloudy.. kinda scary looking.. and the temperature […] in the pool area if you were just sitting and watching your kids was about 100 degrees. The outside of this hotel doesn't represent the inside. Nice place, good room. Fitness room is a joke, but at least they tried.

I would recommend this hotel as long as you do not have asthma or allergies. The chemical odor was overwhelming when you walk in the door of the lobby. I am assuming it was chemicals from the adjacent pool. It was so strong, I immediately began to cough and feel short of breath. There was also a sickly sweet odor when entering the room, but it dissipated […] further into the room. The room was clean and comfortable. My wife and I wanted to just get out of town and get away from it all for a while. We like Indianapolis, they have some great places to eat and shop as well as to just relax. This Comfort Inn was clean and comfortable. It had a great breakfast and a nice pool for a hotel. The location was close to the freeway, but there was very little highway nose. […] It was close to the places we wanted to visit and not far from downtown. The hotel was clean and the staff was very pleasant, but our hotel did not have vents in the bathroom for venting steam (or scents) or an air conditioning vent. we had to leave the door closed between the bathroom and bedroom. When we went in it was so hot you couldn't stand it. The air conditioning unit was set as cold as you could set it in the room […] and the room still got warm during the night with three people in there. The beds were EXTREMELY HARD. some comfort inns are a bit dumpy, but this is top of the line. Clean, new with nice big rooms.

Hotel was ok for the convenience but if you're looking for a nicer comfort inn this isn't it. Front desk help was nice. The cleaning people are helpful and friendly but the room was a little less than I expected.

This was the best price for the Hotel and we have stayed there before.
