Was not pleased to be put in a room adjacent to the fitness center when it appeared that many other rooms were not being used. We were awakened at 5:30 a.m. to the sound of a treadmill. Otherwise, the hotel was very pleasant.

"nice getaway"
We were looking for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel was nice, very clean and quiet. Being right next to the outlets was a bonus!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great breakfast included in the stay. Every member of the staff was very accommodating and polite.

"Business Trip - Nov 2011 - Rehoboth Beach, MD"
Good location close to outlet malls and beach. Room was comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
My wife and I had a great time at our stay in the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was friendly, the room was very tidy and welcoming, and the environment was conducive for our stay. The complimentary breakfast was also a great feature with a wonderful selection of items.

Everything was perfect at the hotel. I could not believe the breakfast that we had each day. The pancake machine is fabulous. The service during our entire stay was wonderful. Employees were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. This is definitely a place that I plan to visit again.

We go every year to shop at the outlets and its the only hotel we will stay in. Right in the heart of everything, clean, friendly, beautiful and a home away from home. Highly recommended and rates are great!

Nice hotel, close to what we needed to see. Went down in late September, and it was still a busy area. Staff at hotel were wonderful.

"hotel at rehoboth"
we had a nice stay in rehoboth at the holiday inn express-the only complaint was that the carpet was very stained in the bed and living area-made me question the cleanliness of the room. the front desk was very helpful, and the location was great.

Was pleasantly pleased with my stay at this Holiday Inn. It was convenient and comfortable. I didnt care if the pool was small. Spent most of the time at the beach. That is why I went , for beach time not pool. One issue was with front desk, as they should have immediately mentioned the shuttle service to the beach. This is the way to go, leave your […] car at the hotel and take the shuttle and buy the days pass. Which is until 2:30am. It was also cheap. The beach meters are ridiculous. "close to all"
My husband, our two kids and myself stayed at this hotel. The room was on the 4th floor, it was very spacious and clean. The beds were not so comfy but the full hot breakfast was fantastic (ALL YOU CAN EAT) And the staff was nice. The water park Jungle Jim was walking distance and we had a lot of fun there. We will surely stay at this hotel again.
Hotel staff was very good , nice and clean , quiet place to sleep. Location to outlet malls was close by if you want to shop. However if your stay is to enjoy the beach the parking at Rehoboth Beach is brutal , you have to allways be going from the beach to the car to keep feeding the meter. The beach was nice though. The hotel was nice, albeit the swimming pool not as large as it looks in the pics. The continental breakfast was also good, although they never have all the stuf out by 6:30 as advertised. The rooms were comfortable and large and the a/c units were new and working very well. The only issue was that there was only 1 elevator for the entire hotel and […] that one was built in the 1800's, so it takes an eternity to get to your room. I could feel grass growing under my feet which was much faster than the elevator. However, it was a longer than expected haul to the beach and given that we were there for the July 4th weekend, ended up going to the beach only once (in 4 days). My husband and I have liked the Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed in...so this is very similar to the others. The queen beds seemed small for some reason and the mattress pad was lumpy and didn't stay in place on the mattress. The premium we paid to stay this close to the beach perhaps lead us to expect a bit more from the hotel, than it delivered. The […] location is so close to Rehobeth beach it attracts people with lots of small children and bit more noise than we would have liked. The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was free and very nice. You could get anywhere in a matter of minutes as the hotel is located just off of Highway 1. The room was clean and pleasantly decorated. "Nice rooms 4 min from beach"
The rooms where very high class and clean. The hotel is 4-5 min from beach you have to walk past one main road and about a mile are two to the water. They have a small pool and no hot tub nice and helpful customer service.

"Clean, convenient and a cool pancake machine!"
The hotel was extremely clean and very conveniently located. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was even given a restaurant suggestion which was very nice. As a bonus, the free breakfast was above average and included a really cool automated pancake making machine which fascinated my kids. Push a button and out they came... "Outdated"
My kids did not want to stay here. The location of our room looked like a dirty basement of a building. The door would not lock when closed and I had to slam the door to secure. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again. The only nice thing about the stay was the free fruit they offer at the front desk as well as the hospitality of the front desk.

"Not a Beach Hotel but close to it all...."
Close to Beach, Outlets and Ferry....But on a Main Highway so you need to drive to get to those places. Clean, Nice, Cheap.
Hotel was in convenient to beach and outlets. Very pleasant reception at the front desk, and room was quite comfortable and clean. Great breakfast assortment and delicious, too! Would highly recommend this hotel in the future. Nightly rate was very reasonable, as well.

"Rehoboth Convenience"
Just needed for one night - very spacious room and comfortable beds. No tables available at breakfast so could not take advantage of free continental breakfast - no problem - went to local inexpensive restaurant we were familiar with. Would definitely recommend to others.
"It Worked for us..."
Previous stays at a Holiday Inn Express locations were less than satisfactory. This particular location was an improvement. Namely the bed and the food. However, we needed a computer and printer but the one in the lobby was down so we were offered the use of one behind the front counter and got what we needed. My expectations were almost reached the […] bar based on the price and reputation of this chain. I say almost because while the comfort of the bed was better in this location the quality of the food decreased. Given the choice between a comfortable bed and good food (although I paid for both) I'd take the bed an simply go up the road to IHOP or Bob Evans. So over all the value of the hotel did not match the price we were charged. The staff was courteous and professional, the hotel is showing signs of wear and could use a make over. "The Hotel in Rehobeth was close to rest. and shops"
Arriving at Holiday Inn Express was easy and convenient. It was less that 1 mile from the venue we were going to. The location was close to all of the prime shopping and plenty of restaurants were in the area. The hotel was definately clean and comfortable and I would definately recommend it to others and stay there myself again.

"Holiday Express in Rehobeth Beach"
We liked the location of this particular hotel because the shuttle bus to the beach and other surrounding areas was right behind the hotel. We could walk there, so we didn't have to pay for parking. The breakfast was more than we hoped for with a variety of breakfast items and plenty of seating room. The room was quite big, and had a microwave, a refrigerator, […] and a coffee maker.
