Dog friendly, clean, convenient for the I25 traveler, and priced right.

Rooms were small and looks like they need some moderization.

I chose this hotel because I needed to travel with my dog and their pet policy was good. The hotel seemed safe and was nicely laid out. The staff was friendly but didn't seem very competent - it took extra time to check in, clerk seemed confused and then gave us the wrong room number so we were trying the door of occupied room at 1:30am. While the Hotel conditions were pleasant, Hotel Staff showed TOTAL disregard for the other guests as roudy hockey players made noise all night long. Slamming doors, stomping and running down the hallways, cussing and loud partying could be heard until past midnight. Young female staff appeared more interested in flirtng with the young men than getting them to comply to excessive noise. This motel is very convenient to conferences at the Broadmoor Hotel, without paying resort prices. That was the purpose of our stay, which was only one night. This is the second time in the last 2 years that we have had a family member hospitalized in Colorado Springs. This hotel was a little further from the hospital than the hotel from our last stay, but the price thru Hotels.com was 50% less.

Clean updated clean pool and hot tub Quite rooms close to dinning and a movie theater

without a GPS this motel would be a little hard to find...but was well worth it...very nice for our needs

When we checked in the clerk was more than rude. He must have had a really bad day. Then, the next morning they were out of eggs and the lady said she didn't have any to prepare. This hotel was nice and a great price. Several eating options and a nearby Store.

The first room shown us smelled as if someone had smoked there. We asked for another room, which they promptly gave to us, but it was on the second floor and there is NO ELEVATOR! Fortunately, we did not have a lot, nor heavy luggage, but we had to carry everything up the stairs. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, and they both smelled sanitized. […] The pillows were thick and a bit uncomfortable, but the beds were OK. Breakfast was OK. Lots of carbs, but also bacon and liquid scrambled eggs. The gal managing breakfast was nice and accommodating. This hotel was situated next to I-25, easy on easy off. Room was nice and clean, parking was great with Denny's and Village Inn next door-great. A great room for a great price. Cozy and Clean, and not a dump that you would get elsewhere for the same price. Great Continental breakfast, and coffee/tea ready all the time. The decor and furnishings of this hotel are very tired. The room was not very clean, in fact we found a sock on the floor in the corner from a previous guest. What makes me really not want to recommend this hotel is the fact that by 9:15 the hot part of the complimentary breakfast had already run out. When I asked if they were going to make more, they […] said no that breakfast ends at 9:30. I said, "it's 9:15". They said "well we don't want to have to waste any breakfast so we won't be making more". I could totally understand if I was late to breakfast, but their sign says breakfast lasts until 9:30 so I felt a little ripped. I have nothing to complain about here, from the excellent scrambled eggs (I am an se officionado) and bacon to the comfort of the room. Kudos and thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was very nice, but the location is hard to find. Once we found the Hotel is was easy to get around, it was nice to have a Denny's & Village in close by, the 10% off room keys was real nice.

The room itself was clean, however, the bathrooms are outdated and the sink and toilets were very low to the ground (I'm 5'9 and it was quite a stoop for both. Also, the hallways could of been cleaner.....for 24 hours I had to continuously walk by two large clumps of dark hair on the top of the stairs leading to my room on the 2nd floor. I enjoyed the […] breakfast buffet every morning but noticed some items weren't restocked or resupplied (such as the eggs and bacon) so always ended up with just a muffin and coffee, it seemed. Finding the entrance in the dark was a challenge but it was well worth the effort once we arrived. The staff was friendly and accommodating for our special needs situation. The room was clean with plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was good too. I would stay here again when I am in the area.

The beds had new mattresses and were very clean and comfortable. Room was almost too small to maneuver but nice despite that. Breakfast is included, but it's not a shame if you miss it. Completely uninteresting part of town unless you're there for ice skating. Almost empty the weekend we were there.

Great place and convenient. Beds very comfortable and breakfast yummie. Only issue is that the windows were very drafty and our window fell open in the middle of the night.

This was a clean, comfortable room even though it seemed a little small but we were looking for a good place to sleep not to play croquet. This was a good value since they were offering a fifty percent discount on the room. Enjoyed the breakfast items offered.

Continental breakfast as expected, and included eggs with sausage or bacon, depending on the morning. Room was clean.

For some reason I was put in a hanicap accesible room so there was no tub, but just a cramped shower. The room was 121. I did not request such a room and did not bother to ask for a different room. The walls seem very thin! I could hear every bit of noise from the room next door. TV, talking, etc. Across the hall there was a barking dog in the morning, […] which I could also hear in my room. The breakfast is sub-par. The rooms seem dated, probably have not been renovated/upgrated since the 90s. The location seems to be a bit on the less-safe side, compared to the North part of Colorado Springs. There were several signs in the parking lot stating that the hotel is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft. The beds are pretty nice and I slept well. Also the room was fairly clean. A few of the lamps seemed to be a bit sensative and had to play with the switches to get them to light. After staying the night I decided to check out the Microtel which was nicer, CHEAPER, and had a better location. I would also recommend the Hampton Inn North 1-25 which is very comfortable, clean, safe, and a GREAT breakfast (not as cheap as the Microtel though). อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Traveled to Colorado Springs for first time to visit my son @ Peterson AFB. This hotel had good prices and was represented as being close to the base. Turned out to be further than expected but not that bad. Room was fine, bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. Two people could not fit in it at the same time. Staff was very accomodating.

Arrived on a motorcycle,asked for a room where I could see parking lot to keep an eye on the bike. Clerk said yea, I know what you mean,my husband has one too. Ended up on the 2nd floor looking at the AC unit.The only room that couldn't see the parking lot?? Hot breakfast means you have to cook your own dry tasting waffle.Not my idea of a "hot breakfast" […] otherwise it was a bit better than continental. There is a Dennys just across the way.
